That Adonis is Mine!

Shawn wakes up early as he felt stuffed inside, no place to vent his frustration. Instead of heading out to the gym, he headed down to run around Tetrad Hill Park for a short run. Perhaps a change of pace would give him peace of mind.

Who knows he might encounter Sophie in the park, but he doubted that. It was too early for that girl to be running around the park alone. Shawn wore a black sleeveless running singlet and matching long sweatpants with black and blue running shoes.

He plugged in a Bluetooth in-ear earphone and began to walk to the park entrance near to his apartment. The park was quite massive and have 4 different gates or entrances - Fire, Water, Earth, and Air. Three of them were closer to apartments around Tetrad Hills respectively while another one for public use.

Shawn made his way to Earth gate, started his music playlist and began to run around the park after a short time of stretching. There were a few runners here and there even though it was an hour before daybreak.

Shawn continues running around the park on his pace, gaining tranquility over the silent peaceful environment. After a complete round over the park, he stopped at drinking fountain where he encountered a couple in matching attire - the women refilling two water bottle while the man doing his stretching.

The man later instructed the lady on warming up and stretching afterward and later they left with the women running in front of the man to set the pace. From Shawn perspective, he could see the man intentionally asked the lady to run ahead so that he could match her pace and run together since she was a beginner in this.

Thinking about the couple made him think about him, Sophie and unexpectedly Michael. The calmness he felt were purged and overridden by a sense of plight. He then took a short sip before continuing another round of running, to gain back his peace.

After a few rounds running around the massive park, Shawn was drenched with his sweats, his shirt hugged close to his body more than he was comfortable with. He stopped at a drinking fountain to rehydrate himself before going back to his apartment.

He drank a few mouthfuls before tugged his shirt up to wipe his sweat on his face. As he proceeds to do some cold down exercise, he felt someone is walking closer to him so he moves aside to give the person access to the drinking fountain.

The person walked close to the fountain but hesitated to drink. Shawn turned his head to see why but he was shocked to found out that it was the person he been thinking about the past days. The person that invaded his mind - Sophie Shane.
