Worried at his sister lack of response, Vincent trying to reach her hand but Sophie stood up suddenly. She then walked away from her seat and heading to a large crowd near them. Looking at her back, Vincent resigned to his fate.





'My little sister abandoned me.'





Sophie on another hand, didn't realized that she had burned her bridge to help her brother out even before she got safe him. Now, her mind was about her Adonis.





Ever since she heard Shawn Edward was also the participant for the auction, she had been looking at him. She saw how Shawn was surprised that he participated with the event then making a call to who she assumed John.





'He must been tricked to join tonight event.'





Shawn then put down his phone with a cold air around him. Sophie could see his reluctant in being 'sold' tonight.

At first, Sophie remained on her seat throughout the bidding time commerce. Thinking that no one could placed a bid at Shawn but she was dead wrong. Ladies were circling Shawn like a predator cornering his prey.





So Sophie stood up and make a beeline to where Shawn is with her phone on her hand. Like vincent, Shawn also wearing a full tailored black jacket suit with a deep green lining, white shirt and black tie. His perfect sculpted face totally a feast to her eyes.





Went she arrived near him, after standing beside him then Sophie realized. Their attire were matched!
