"Haha... haha... hahahahaha!!! Damn this is freaking awesome and deadly at the same time!"

Jay kept glaring at the screen where the mission was displayed.

"Amusing, this is too amusing!!! I have never felt this way before."

After seeing the warning he was thrilled even more. His heart raced and he got excited. For some reason the rewards were what made him interested and there was no option to deny the mission which meant that it was mandatory.

So jay without wasting any time immediately started reading the books. One by one the books were being learnt by him and the time kept on passing.

It was weird that he was given only 1 day to memorize the vast amount of books that would fill at least 3 national libraries.

Soon 10 hours were passed by.

"Uhh... my back is aching but finally, I was able to memorize all the books and skills! Huff huff."

He was panting a little. His back hurt from sitting since 10-11 hours. Furthermore he wanted to complete all the tasks as soon as possible.

Then he checked at the tasks.

"Oh? How did you know that there is a part that has been kept secret till now, my child?"

Jay suddenly fell down due to the sudden voice.

"Well, I just guessed it after reading through the books."

Jay knew it very well that the darkness could read his mind however even after doing that for some reason it wasn't aware of the system so obviously it wasn't a good idea to reveal about a secret if his.

He just showed puppy eyes in order to learn about the secret past. He had no interest in hearing a boring past, the only reason he asked this was to complete the mission.

"You are quite sharp my child. Very well, let me tell you about the secret past that has been kept secure for all these past years."
