The Adventurer System

Asarki raised her brows as she easily understood what was Grim plotting at her. "Okay. So tell me what is our next plan for this attack? You should have a concrete one."

A concrete plan, why? Because if Grim's party collected too much magic stone in this game events. Other participants were surely attacked their base at once as the ranking will show above them.

She pointed her index finger at the sky, so Grim Draigh would be aware of what she trying to say.

Yumiro was narrowly looking at the blue sky. After that, he noticed that their party name was still not on the rankings.

In just 7 minutes, the other parties were already collected the magic stones which helped them to stand out in this game. On top of that, it was a sign that they weren't ordinary adventurers as they could have such stones at the very beginning.

However, Yumiro was well savvy that none of those adventurers could surpass the power that he had right now. One thing he put inside his head, and to wasn't for being overconfident as it can be the main reason to defeat in this battle.

He kneaded his chin, looking at Asarki from top to bottom. Which made her uncomfortable. "Grim, what are you doing? Where are you looking at?" She crossed her arms to cover her chest.

Yumiro had an expression of an innocent man until he realised what was wrong with it. "Eh? Don't jump to your conclusion, Asarki. I'm just thinking which adventurers we attack first."

"I'm not concluding, I just saw that you had a perverted face!" She shouted and her voice echoed throughout the forest.

"Are you crazy? It never a chance to come to my mind to do something to you. You're a horrible woman..." He whirled around so he continued to think for their next plan.

"How dare you to say that kind of words to a woman like me?!" Asarki angrily responded.

He faced her cluelessly and said. "Really? I thought you're a man."

Asarki gritted her teeth as she wasn't expecting this man would be more annoying when he learned to open her mouth.

Afterward, when the situation calmed down a bit. He suggested something that piqued Asarki's attention. "Let them collect more stones, and we will take them once they increase their numbers."

"This is a reckless plan, how you can guarantee that we could steal their stones?" Asarki asked him in a deep tone.

He walked towards Asarki along with a serious expression. "Tell me, Asarki, when was the time I didn't fulfill the words that I said."

She let her shoulder down as she realised Grim couldn't say the words something like this if he couldn't do it. "Fine. I'll believe you this time as you also gained an exceptional skill right now."

Two of them agreed with their plan, while Hippie left inside the dark small cave.

After a few were moments. Grim and Asarki reached the middle part of the forest as they wanted to be more familiar with the place before they attacked the adventurers.

'Tall trees, high cliffs, and the surface aren't slippery. I can move in this kind of place.' He uttered to his mind and ordered her that would help them to easily find out the adventurers' precise locations.

Not to mention, even though Grim obtained a skill that could determine the location of the living things. Still, Asarki's zexel was way more better than his [heat] skill.

She nodded her head at him and said. "Leave this kind of job at me."

Her eyes were started to gleam as she was widening the range of her eyes by following the mana scattered all over the place. She has a certain group in the 500 meters of north and two groups in 700 meters in the south. It looked like the adventurers in the south were battling with each other.

"Which your first pick, Grim? Did you want to join in their battle or hunt the group positioned in the north?" She suggested with a smile, knowing her zexel was always useful in any type of situation. 

He smirked, then fearlessly stood up in front of her. "We will hunt them all, Asarki. But first, let's attack the adventurers that are located in the north quickly."

After he spits these words. Grim started to move at a flashy pace.

'What the hell?! How he can be faster like this?! He just went to the Nefas Dungeon once and he can be more stronger like this.' She mumbled, hard trying to catch up with his speed.

To determine the meters gap between them. It was around one hundred twenty meters and it was increasing and increasing every time these five hundred meters dashed getting longer.

After one minute and thirty seconds, Yumiro spotted the adventurers were roaming around. However, he didn't make any as he waited for Asarki to arrive.

Four minutes had passed. Asarki arrived and was heavily panting.

"G-Grim, c-can you be slower than your speed? If I continue to keep myself to catch up with your speed. I'll exhaust in no time."

"Okay." He pointed his index finger to the adventurers who were wielding a spear, sword, shield, bow, and magic staff.

In a short time, they were already made a camp where the three adventurers were guarding the stone and the two looking around to find adventurers that were closer to their area.

"Grim, don't move yet. As the Arcane of that party used a trap to add protection to the magical stones." Asarki warned him.

"Yeah. That's the main reason why I awaited you here." He replied and added. "So tell me, where are the traps located?"

Even though, Asarki couldn't tell what kind of traps planted it since the Arcane used different spells. "One trap in the entrance that had 1-meter radius range before it activates. The other four around of the stones. And they used a thick barrier to protect the stone from stealing."

Grim just smiled at her as he knew there was nothing to worry about since there was no hidden skill that could turn the favor of this fight.

"Just stay here you don't need to fight and conserve your energy." Grim said, then let himself to fall out the tall tree.

"Of course, I don't want to fight in the meantime." She reclined her back on the wall and decided to just watch the fight.

Thud!

As soon as he landed on the surface, the other adventurers were started to alarm. He had a stolid expression on his face, observing how were those adventurers' would approach him.

"The masked guy! Raised your guard!"

"Huh! Do you think you can beat us because you have defeated the weak adventurers you faced in the five versus five valor?!"

"You're being an overconfident masked guy! But we are way different than the other adventurers you fought."

The three adventurers who specialized in close combat charged him at once. While the two were using magic skills to land massive damage and buffed their party members.

In an instant. A green magical light appeared over him, so he moved back to dodge the attack.

A tremendous explosion occurred in the place where he was standing before. And all of a sudden, when he was in the mid-air, three adventurers appeared and swinging their weapons.

However, the three just hit the air as the masked guy quickly vanished from their visions.

"Glitch?!"

"What the hell?!"

"No, it's not a glitch, the masked guy had just an outstanding speed."

Grim appeared behind them, using one of the monk skill he received in the Nefas Dungeon.

In just a blink of an eye, three adventurers fell to the ground and couldn't move their bodies. As Grim Draigh used powerful fingers and hit their vital points.

"What the heck?! What kind of skill is that?!" Asarki shouted as it was the first time he could see a player have a skill like this.

Grim grinned at the long-range adventurers.. "I apologize, but you two need to eliminate."
