Chapter 3 Harley Potter

Hogwarts, in the headmaster's office.

Dumbledore put down his quill, handed a letter he had just written to Ash across from him, and smiled kindly:

"This is yours, Mr. Black."

Then Dumbledore looked at Snape standing aside:

"Professor Snape, could you please take our Mr. Black to Diagon Alley to purchase the items on your list?"

Snape met Dumbledore's gaze and said silently:

"good."

"Mr. Black."

Dumbledore smiled and nodded, and said to Ash:

"Please follow Professor Snape for the time being. He will take care of everything for you."

Ash and Snape, who had received Dumbledore's promise respectively, left the principal's office. Snape said stiffly:

"We'll floo over there."

Ash looked at Professor Snape's somewhat inhumane attitude and asked thoughtfully:

"Professor Snape, has anyone ever said you resemble one?"

"Who?" Snape asked.

Ash recalled:

"Aesop Sharp, he was also the Potions Professor at Hogwarts, and you are just as...well, serious as he is."

"I know him."

Snape still looked inhumane and said in a cold tone:

"There are many professors at Hogwarts, but not many can leave their names and deeds. Professor Sharp is one of them. Some of the potions he invented are still in use today, and he also participated in it for a hundred years. The previous war to defend Hogwarts was even mentioned in "Hogwarts: A School History"."

After a brief pause, Snape continued: "But I don't think anyone would think that I resemble Professor Sharp."

"That's right, after all, it's been more than a hundred years."

Ash nodded in agreement, but soon fell silent and sighed softly:

"It seems that the impact of that war on the history of Hogwarts was indeed not small."

Snape glanced at Ash, who seemed a little depressed, and fell silent as well.

He knew that Ash seemed to have some misunderstandings. Ash thought it was because the time gap was too long, so no one would say that he and Professor Sharp were similar.

But in fact, it was just because of the huge gap in their identities. Professor Sharp was the hero who once defended Hogwarts, and he...

Snape stopped, facing the fireplace connected to the floo network.

Snape grabbed a handful of Floo powder, handed the remaining connected bags to Ash, and said in a serious tone:

"Now, Mr. Black, I hope you can remember, this is Diagon Alley, not Knockturn Alley, not a single word wrong!"

After saying that, he demonstrated to Ash, sprinkled a handful of Floo powder, and said in a straight voice:

"Diagon Alley."

Ash knew where Diagon Alley was and didn't mind a trip to Knockturn Alley, he really needed to buy something from there. But now, under Dumbledore's supervision, he was not suitable to make any extraordinary moves at least for a short period of time.

Therefore, Ash did not intentionally make a mistake, sprinkle Floo powder, and say "Diagon Alley" in a decent manner.

——

Diagon Alley, Madam Malkin's robe store.

"Ah ah!"

The girl who was waiting to try on clothes was startled by the sudden appearance of the figure in the fireplace, and took two steps back with an exclaim.

Ash walked out of the fireplace, showed a kind smile and greeted the girl who was startled by him:

"Hello, although I was teleported here randomly, I'm sorry if I scared you."

The girl with eyes as bright as emeralds quickly waved her hands and whispered:

"No, it's okay, I'm just too nervous."

She looked at the silver-haired boy in magician clothes in front of her and asked curiously:

"Did you just use magic?"

Ash patiently explained:

"Strictly speaking, this is a magic item called 'floo powder'. As long as you shout out the corresponding destination and sprinkle a handful of floo powder, you can teleport between fireplaces connected to the floo network. .”

When the girl heard Ash's explanation, she felt cloudy and foggy, and the strong sense of shame made the girl's delicate face blush a little. Although she could understand every word, the combination was completely incomprehensible to her, which made her feel a little embarrassed.

Ash saw the girl's embarrassment, smiled and comforted:

"It doesn't matter if you don't understand. You are not a wizard after all. You will gradually come into contact with these in the future."

After a pause, Ash continued:

"But I'd rather you not come into contact."

"Why?" the girl asked cautiously.

Ash patted his clothes, and a large amount of soot spread into the air, causing the girl on the side to subconsciously cover her mouth and nose. Ash then shrugged:

"As you can see, this is not a very decent way to do it, especially for a lady."

"I would rather recommend you to use Apparition or Portkey. Of course, the former is somewhat dangerous, so I suggest you use it only after you have mastered it."

The girl took Ash's advice seriously and said with gratitude from the bottom of her heart:

"Thanks."

After thinking for a while, the girl quickly added:

"My name is Harry, Harry Potter."

Her voice was quiet, both out of shyness and fear of being heard. In the Leaky Cauldron, the wizards were excited to hear her name. Although being popular is a good thing, she actually rejects such enthusiasm in her heart, fearing that she will be watched by others again.

"Um?"

Although Ash already knew her name when he was talking to the girl.

But after hearing the girl's self-introduction, he still pretended to be surprised and carefully looked at the girl's appearance - long reddish-brown almost black hair, a face as delicate and beautiful as a doll, and those crystal green eyes like gems.

So, this is indeed the effeminate Harry Potter.

Thoughts flashed through Ash's mind, and he quickly showed a decent and generous smile and said with a smile:

"I'm Ash Black, you can call me Ash."

"Okay, Ash." The girl's face was flushed and she was a little excited. She was happy that she had made the first friend in the wizarding world.

Mrs. Malkin greeted with a pleasant smile:

"It's your turn, honey."

When Harry heard the greeting, she quickly ran in the direction of Madam Malkin, not wanting to trouble others.

Ash also looked at Madam Malkin, who was a short, fat witch with a nice smile and dressed in purple.

The girl with long blond hair jumped down from the footstool. She was wearing a black robe, tall and slender, and her skin was astonishingly white. She passed by the rosy-cheeked Harley and walked towards Ash elegantly.

With a confident smile on her delicate face, the girl asked in an arrogant tone:

"Hey, are you a Slytherin student?"

She looked at the Snake Yard logo on Ash's clothes with a twinkle in her eye.

Facing the arrogant girl, Ash still smiled and said in a gentle tone:

"Not yet, I'm a freshman just like you."

"Cassandra Malfoy." The girl still looked arrogant, but she took the initiative to reach out to Ash.

Ash's eyes became more subtle, Harley + Cassandra, yes yes yes.

Bad news: Stitches.

Good news: It’s all sewn.

For a moment, Ash didn't know whether he should be happy or even happier.

Well, it's quite subtle.
