Angels eyelashes slowly fluttered open, the room was fuzzy at first and Angel could barely make out her surroundings, all she really knew was that she was lying on a bed. Someone moved next to her, Angel rubbed her eyes blearily and looked over, she almost fell off the bed. she glanced around her and realized she was in the nurses office and suddenly remembered what had happened, her face went red with embarrassment. She had fainted in front of the new guy and he must have brought her to the nurses office, and now someone was lying right next to her! Angel started to slowly inch off the bed, trying not to disturb the person lying beside her. "Hey" a warm voice said, Angel jumped in surprise, she turned slowly when a hand touched hers, Finn was beaming at her.





"Sorry, did I scare you" he asked gently, Angel could only nod in reply. "I carried you here after you fainted"he said shyly. Angel stared dumbly at him "you carried me?" was all she could manage to say. Finn went red, both of them sat in an awkward silence until Finn realized his hand was starting to get sweaty. He quickly pulled his hand away from hers, then he cleared his throat and looked at her. Angel snapped out of her trance and flushed red again, they both turned their heads when the nurse popped her head in through the doorway "everything alright in here" she asked sweetly.


Finn looked up at her "yeah uh, I was just going" he said, he quickly got up from the bed and took one more glance at Angel before leaving the room.





The nurse winked at her "you must feel lucky with a boyfriend like him" Angel felt to dazed to correct her so instead she got up and grabbed her bag "thank you" she said before she ran down the hall. The nurse gazed after her with a confused look on her face "was it something I said?" she thought. @@
