Saturday morning

It’s not uncommon to fall asleep while playing on your computer or phone. That’s what happened to me, too, when I fell into a deep sleep.

“… Morning?”

The sun was shining through the curtains, burning my eyes as if to tell me to get up quickly. Then there was a knock on the door.

“Oojirou, good morning~. You’re awake, right?”

“Oh, good morning. Yeah, I just got up.”

“Can I open the door?”

“I don’t mind.”

Lida opens the door to reveal herself.　

She was not wearing the adorable nightgown of yesterday, but a neat dress like she was going on a date.

I wonder if she’s a lady of some kind.

Come to think of it, Lida has a nickname, “The Ice Lady”. It looks too good on her.

“What’s wrong with you?”

“…… Lida, your outfit is too cute.”

“Oh, I’m so happy ♡ I picked out this dress for Oojirou. I was hoping you’d like it.”

“Really? That makes me happy. “

“And underwear too ♡”

–Nah, what?

I didn’t expect that, or maybe I was just excited that she would go that far for me this morning. My mind was a bit foggy, but it felt clearer.

“…… Well, well. Clean up your room. “

“I’m done.”

” What?”

“I finished while Oojirou was asleep.”

” That’s fast.”

” I’m a short sleeper!”

I’m jealous of you. I’ve got the opposite problem, I need to sleep. I guess it’s because of my work.

I cleaned myself up and had a quick breakfast. Lida offered to help me clean up my room, so I obliged.

Thanks to her, I finished in less than 30 minutes.

It’s nice to work together.

“Thank you, Lida. Thanks to you, I’m done. I’ll pay you back. “

“No problem. We live together, so it’s only natural for me to help out.”

However, we are not really in love with each other. We’ve only been living together for a few days. We’ve gotten to know each other through ……, but there are still some things we haven’t exposed yet. Maybe we’ll see the good and the bad in the future.

A delighted Lida hugs my arm.
