Alex decided to stop his story to ask an important question.

A little surprised by the direct question he paused and had an unreadable expression.

"My father may be a great king but he isn't a good father."

Alex became silent for a while and after a small pause he remember that that this poison was an incredible low grade one in his eyes. This small wait for the prince was just a reminder that his last hope was gone. He had gotten a small glimmer of hope from the pill he got from Alex before. The pill had erased the poison from his muscles in the arms, therefore a small flame hope has been lit. He knew though the true essence of the poison was located in his heart and brain, so even if arms where cured it could mean nothing when it faces where the most concentration where laid.

The kingdom he hailed from was as far north you could go in this continent and by travel by normal means it would take half a year and with the fastest it would take 2-3 month. So reporting his condition to the king and finding out who did this to him, before he died was impossible.

After the explanation from the prince on what we already know he finally said "what I can do now is to at least make a name for myself and send a letter to my father in the end."

After fumbling with his word due to what Alex said for a while he finally managed to put forth his real feeling and thoughts.

"I will not kill the person or take revenge but I will make damn sure he or she won't escape from the truth coming out"
