After that, the man and Sofia started to talk about business stuff that Dan didn't pay attention to.

He did figure out that the man's name was Oliver. He also managed to get a million-dollar transferred to his account from Oliver.

The meeting ended an hour later which meant that Dan could finally go home.

As they went out, all of the cars Dan saw were supercars so he decided to buy a supercar tomorrow.

'I am sure that I will have to go to other meetings with Sofia and they will all be rich. If I keep being the only one without a good car, it will be pretty embarrassing.'

The next day, Dan had a bit of a problem.

'I want to buy a car but I also have to protect Sofia, how am I suppose to do both at the same time? If I am not near Sofia and she dies then the mission will fail. What am I suppose to do?'

At the office, Dan asked Sofia, "Can we go to the car dealer today?"

"Why?"

"I need to buy a car."

"Can't you go buy it yourself? It's not like I can stop you."

"Yeah, but what if you die while I am away?"

"There's security all over the place, Just because you won't be here doesn't mean I will die. I have been alive for over 20 years without you guarding me."

"Ok, good point."

Dan gave Sofia 5 healing pills.

"If you are injured when I am not here, use those pills and call me."

As Dan was leaving, he remembered something and turned back and said, "Remember, each pill costs 5 million. If you use them you will owe me money."

With that said, Dan left the office and went on his old car to a car dealership to buy a new car.

As he got there he saw a lot of supercars and employees but not a lot of customers.

That was to be expected as not everyone can afford a supercar.

Dan wasn't dressed nicely like the other customers but unlike in the novels, the employees still didn't treat him badly.

A young woman came and asked Dan which car Dan wanted.

"I don't know, can you show me some car that cost around 300 thousand dollars?"

'I have 11 million dollars on me without counting my salary of 25 million dollars for guarding Sofia so spending 300 thousand shouldn't be too bad."

"Alright sure, Follow me."
