Since the hunt was tomorrow and there really wasn't much to look at in the village. Plus Dan had no money to buy anything as well so he just went back home to cultivate.

Dan cultivated and just got 38xp because even though reaching the 1st level of Qi Gathering realm made him need less sleep, he still needed to sleep for some time.

In the morning, a man came to tell Dan to come to the village chief's house to eat some food and get ready to hunt.

After Dan got to the house, there were 2 men aside from the village chief there.

The village chief said to Dan, "These are Jacob and Lucas from the village who have broken through the first stage of the Qi Gathering Realm, they will be going with you to learn how to hunt. There will be 5 people with the 3rd Qi Gathering realm with James in the 4th stage leading the team."

After everyone was done eating, the village chief took Dan and the other 2 men to the storage room which was guarded by two 3rd level experts.

As the door opened, you could see rows of weapons. There were swords, spears, axes, gloves and some things Dan didn't even know what it was.

As Dan and the 2 other men were shocked at the sight of so many weapons the village chief interrupted.

"To hunt beasts you will need a weapon so go ahead and choose one, you might even find a very great weapon."

As Dan looked at all of the weapons all of them were just level 1 weapons but some of them had better attributes than the others.

Out of all the weapons, Dan picked the best one he could find.

Another thing was that as Dan looked at the weapons of Jacob and Lucas, there was still the ability to upgrade their weapon meaning that he doesn't need to be the owner of the item to upgrade it.
