Brothers, I have to take a day off today.

My cervical vertebrae and the back of my head hurt, my shoulders and my back hurt, and I couldn’t hold on until I was halfway through writing.

I went for a massage last week, and Master Namo said that my neck, shoulders, and back were all stiff.

The massage effect was quite good. But the massage place was crowded, and the mycoplasma infection I was infected with was likely to kill me.

I'll have another massage tomorrow at noon, and I'll make up for today's massage when I get back.
