Zhunti, one of the Two Saints of the West, was audacious to a point of shamelessness. During the Conferred Gods Tribulation, he and his senior brother, Jieyin, secretly plotted against the Three Pure Ones, manipulating their destiny and indirectly leading to the annihilation of the Jie Sect. Numerous Jie Sect disciples were placed on the Conferred Gods List, becoming names on the list, bound by it and deprived of their freedom. Later, Zhunti returned from the West to the East, once again unfazed, deceiving the remaining 3,000 Jie Sect disciples.

It was good to be willing to convert, but if they were unwilling, they would be forcibly converted. Almost all of the 3,000 Jiejiao disciples were forcibly converted to the West, and almost all became mounts of Buddhist bodhisattvas and practitioners, suffering terribly.

Zhunti Taoist is not a good person, and Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva is certainly not a good person either. Otherwise, he would not have used the magical powers of Buddhism to convert Zhu Moye. As the saying goes, if the heart is not right, then evil will follow.

In Zhu Moye's mind, Buddhists are a bunch of hypocrites, wearing Buddhist robes but doing the work of robbers. Perhaps even worse than robbers. In Western Buddhism, Buddha is compassionate and does not refrain from killing. This is true, but not entirely true.

If you are a person with potential, Buddhism will not kill you, but will try every possible means to convert you, even using some despicable tricks, which are endless and will never be repeated, making it difficult to guard against.

If you have no potential, Buddhism will kill you, calling it a failure to convert demons and sending you to the Western Paradise, essentially sending you to death. That's fine. But the most disgusting and unacceptable thing is that after killing you, Buddhism will hypocritically chant the Rebirth Mantra for you, hoping to help you reincarnate.

I have to say that Buddhism really provides one-stop service.

Killing you is to help you escape from the sea of suffering and reach paradise as soon as possible. Reciting scriptures to you is to help you reincarnate as soon as possible. Everything Buddhism does is for your own good and is definitely not to harm you.

Killing you is for your own good!

It is for your own good that they convert you into Buddhism and make you a mount. They try every possible means to brainwash you, make you believe in Buddhism, work for Buddhism, give up your seven emotions and six desires, and accompany the Buddha all year round. When the Bodhisattva wants to travel, you have to step on the ground with all four limbs, carry him on your back, and fly into the clouds. It is really majestic!

The Buddha said: "You must believe that Heaven is kind and compassionate, and that the earth is generous and capable of bearing all things. Buddha is not here to harm you, but to help you." By joining the Buddhist community, you will be free from the three calamities and eight tribulations, and receive the blessings of Buddhism.

Isn't this a bandit? A bandit force with a cultured background. If Buddhism isn't a bandit, then who else in the Three Realms is qualified to be a bandit? Who dares to call themselves shameless or bandit-like?

Therefore, it is not an exaggeration to say that Zhu Moye has no good feelings towards Buddhism. Instead, he hates it to the extreme.

However, it’s not that there are no people in Buddhism at all. It’s just that most of them are very hypocritical, just like Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva. Isn’t his behavior shameless? Isn’t his behavior robbery?

Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva!

Western Buddhism!

In an instant, thousands of thoughts came flooding into my mind.

Zhu Moye's face was gloomy and uncertain. Legend has it that Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva's wisdom had reached the requirements for Buddhahood, but he did not achieve Buddhahood. Instead, he made a great vow, vowing, "I will not become a Buddha until hell is empty," just like Guanyin Bodhisattva. Guanyin Bodhisattva had originally had the opportunity to become a Buddha, but while traveling from the South China Sea to the Great Leiyin Temple in the West, he encountered a woman being pursued by a tiger demon.

When Guanyin Bodhisattva arrived at the gate of the Great Leiyin Temple, he could not bear it and turned back to save the woman, thus missing the best opportunity to become a Buddha.

In other words, although Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva is a Bodhisattva, his magical powers are as strong as those of the Buddha. It seems very difficult to escape from him, and there is almost no suspense.

Zhu Moye knew that he was in big trouble, and he was extremely angry and completely hated Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva. At the same time, the other party was eyeing him covetously. If he didn't handle it well, the situation would become even worse.

Now, the situation has become precarious.

escape?

Do not!

Not to mention the power of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, which is also ranked among the top in the Three Realms. Take Zhu Moye's status as an example. He is the Supreme Being of the Eternal Ages, the Emperor of Man, and is as respected as the Emperor of Heaven. How could he easily admit defeat, lose confidence in himself, and flee without a fight?

So what if he is a Bodhisattva?

Anyone who dares to stand in my way will be killed without mercy!

In an instant, Zhu Moye's aura suddenly changed, rising like a tide, and his heroic spirit suddenly surged to the sky. The blood in his body seemed to boil, and a cold light flashed in his cold eyes, revealing murderous intent.

Completely broke free?

This boy, at a mere Quasi-Earth Immortal level, was able to break free from my magical powers with his consciousness, unaffected by them. Hmm? This boy's murderous aura is so strong, it smells exactly like the Netherworld Blood Sea. Could he be a disciple of the Styx Patriarch?

Wait a minute, is this the aura of the Human Emperor?!

Am I seeing things right? This child possesses the aura of a Human Emperor and the aura of slaughter. What the hell is going on?! Wasn't the position of Human Emperor already determined to be eight? After the Lich and Lich Calamity, humanity rose to power, and the Three Sovereigns and Five Emperors emerged from the heavens. They had already usurped the thrones of the eight Human Emperors, becoming saints and on par with the Celestial Emperor. Now, yet another Human Emperor has appeared, accompanied by a murderous aura. Killing the Human Emperor?!

Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva opened his eyes, paused, and stopped chanting. He frowned, his eyes filled with astonishment, and subconsciously began to deduce. However, as time passed, the deeper Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva's calculations became, the more shocked he became, and it was almost unbelievable.

It wasn't that he had deduced anything. Quite the contrary. His calculations had only left him with nothing. This result seemed to confirm what he had been thinking: could the other party be the new Human Emperor, a Human Emperor born of slaughter?

The secrets of heaven are obscure and cannot be seen through.

This child possesses great merit and great fortune, so the secrets of heaven are obscure, and it is impossible to glimpse the heavenly fruit. How strange. Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva never expected Zhu Moye to possess the aura of the Human Emperor. He could not calculate his past, and as for his future, the secrets of heaven are also obscure. Could he be the main figure in the new catastrophe?

Thinking of this, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva's expression rarely changed. He stared at Zhu Moye with complicated eyes, thinking in his heart, "This is bad. I must be entangled in karma."

Chapter 503: Fellow Daoist, please stay

The most terrifying thing in the world is cause and effect.

There must be a cause for every effect, this is the law of nature.

Even those with great supernatural powers cannot avoid the entanglement of cause and effect.

During the prehistoric era, Hongjun preached, and the mighty masters of heaven and earth gathered at Zixiao Palace. The first cushion naturally belonged to Hongjun. Subsequently, the Three Pure Ones took the first, second, and third positions, with Nuwa occupying the fourth. The fifth position went to Jieyin Taoist, one of the Two Western Saints. The sixth position went to Hongyun Patriarch, the first red cloud to appear after the creation of the universe, possessing the power of a quasi-saint.

But Zhunti Taoist was a step too slow, leaving no room for him to sit, and Hongyun took the initiative. He was deeply upset, but he couldn't get angry in Zixiao Palace, so he could only unleash his shameless style and cry loudly. Hongyun Patriarch was kind-hearted and couldn't bear it, so he gave up the sixth cushion.

The Taoist Zhunti sat down without even saying thank you.

Ancestor Kunpeng, who arrived earlier than Taoist Zhunti, was furious and secretly held a grudge against Ancestor Hongyun.

Later, when Hongjun Laozu divided the sainthood among the Three Pure Ones, he gave them three primordial purple qi, as they could become saints. Nuwa, who had great luck and could become a saint, was also given a primordial purple qi.

The two Western Saints could also attain sainthood, and a stream of primordial purple energy was also shared between them. As for the final stream of primordial purple energy, Patriarch Hongjun gave it to Hongyun. As the saying goes, there are fifty great ways, forty-nine of which are derived from the heavens, leaving one behind to escape. Patriarch Hongyun was schemed against by Patriarch Hongjun of the Heavenly Dao, a consequence of Hongyun's unauthorized abdication. Therefore, Patriarch Hongjun schemed against him, retrieving a "result." Meanwhile, Patriarch Hongyun also forged a karmic bond with Patriarch Kunpeng over the location of his cushion. Ultimately, Patriarch Kunpeng ambushed Patriarch Hongyun midway, rendering him unable to defeat and ultimately succumbing.

The Hongmeng purple energy also disappeared without a trace.

After this incident, Zhen Yuanzi, the ancestor of earth immortals and a long-time friend of Ancestor Hongyun, learned about this and started hunting down Ancestor Kunpeng. He forced him to hide from place to place and no one knew where he had taken refuge. He disappeared without a trace.

This is cause and effect.

Suddenly, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva was startled, sensing a mysterious force descending from the sky upon him, connecting him to Zhu Moye. It was incredibly strange. Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva gasped, knowing exactly what it was. This karma had come so quickly!

Suddenly, his face became even uglier, as black as the bottom of a pot that had not been cleaned.

At the same time, Zhu Moye seemed to feel a surge of mysterious power, lingering and seemingly engraved deep within his soul. However, this invisible power did not cause any harm to Zhu Moye's body, but rather brought him endless benefits.

cause and effect!

The invisible force of cause and effect, the most terrifying killing move of heaven!

Whether immortals, gods, Buddhas, demons, or even humans, no one can escape the cycle of cause and effect; this is the law of nature. The power of cause and effect extends far beyond this. Every cause has its effect. During the prehistoric era, the prehistoric foremost good man, Hongyun Patriarch, accidentally offered his seat, creating a karmic connection with Kunpeng Patriarch, which resulted in his own death.

The strength of the Red Cloud Patriarch was that of a Quasi-Saint, and that of the Kunpeng Patriarch was also that of a Quasi-Saint. The two were evenly matched. However, the outcome was quite unexpected. The Red Cloud Patriarch could not defeat the Kunpeng Patriarch, and was killed instead.

Cause and effect, the number one killing weapon!

A minor incident between the Red Cloud Patriarch and the Peng Kun Patriarch resulted in a karmic causation of murder, and Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva attempted to forcibly convert Zhu Moye, creating a significant karmic causation. Of course, if Zhu Moye were not the Human Emperor, perhaps this karmic causation could be resolved. However, Zhu Moye is the eternally supreme Human Emperor recognized by heaven, possessing great fortune, and yet the Buddhist sect wants to convert the Human Emperor into Buddhism, creating a significant rift.

Zhu Moye's eyes fell on the face of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, and saw that the other party's face was as black as charcoal, and his eyes were full of regret. He stood there without saying a word. It seemed that he also realized the power of karma and did not dare to recite Buddhist scriptures to save Zhu Moye.

Zhu Moye was overwhelmed with joy and delight upon seeing this. Even the heavens were helping him. Now he should be proud of himself, right?!

"What a word! The Bodhisattva's words are truly wise. The sea of suffering is boundless, but turning back is the shore. I should lay down my butcher knife, become a monk, and join the Bodhisattva in copying books and chanting sutras, freeing myself from the three disasters and eight calamities. Then please accept me! I am willing to convert to Buddhism."

Zhu Moye's heart was completely relieved. He put his hands together and said devoutly, "Amitabha!"

Upon hearing this, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva's face turned extremely ugly. When he saw Zhu Moye's pious eyes looking at him and heard the word "Amitabha", his eyes twitched. He had seen irritating people before, but he had never seen someone so irritating. After cutting someone else's wound, he was still not satisfied and had to sprinkle some salt and chili sauce on it to vent his anger?

You are the Human Emperor, blessed with great fortune. It's quite possible that you were chosen by Heaven to be the protagonist of this catastrophe. Otherwise, the secrets wouldn't be so unclear, leaving the truth undiscovered. I only saved you once, and Heaven secretly imposed the karmic consequences. If I save you again, will I admit you to Buddhism?!

Isn't that Heavenly Dao going to destroy me?!

hateful!

You want to trick me, you brat? No way!

I won’t be fooled by you!

Boom! Boom!

Just when Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva was feeling extremely angry, his realm suddenly regressed, and he actually regressed from the "Buddha" realm, which is the realm of quasi-saint, to the Bodhisattva level, which is the realm of Daluo Jinxian.

Inner demon!

Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva calmed down. His quasi-saint realm had fallen to the Daluo Golden Immortal realm. His face suddenly turned bitter. He clasped his hands together and chanted Buddhist scriptures, "What a sin, what a sin, Amitabha!"

"Bodhisattva, you look so grim." Zhu Moye naturally noticed the change in Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva's expression, and a gloating smile appeared on his face. "Could it be that you ate a dead rat? No, look at what I said, Bodhisattva, don't take it seriously."

Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva raised his head, his heart filled with sorrow. A wry smile appeared on his face as he said, "Amitabha, Daoist friend Moye, you are joking. I am fine. If there is nothing else, I will leave first."

call out!

As soon as he finished speaking, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva transformed into a golden light and sat on the Di Ting divine beast. Just as he was about to leave, he heard Zhu Moye's voice slowly coming from behind him: "Daoyou, please stay!"

Chapter 504 Bodhisattva, Di Ting and I are destined to be together

"Fellow Taoist, please stay!"

Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva froze. These words resonated like thunder in his ears, sounding incredibly familiar. They reminded him of Shen Gongbao, the most unlucky god in the Conferred Gods. "Fellow Daoist, please stay" was Shen Gongbao's catchphrase. During the Conferred Gods Tribulation, Shen Gongbao had used this phrase to murder countless gods, demons, monsters, and immortals from the Jiejiao sect.

The disciples of the Jiejiao who were invited by Shen Gongbao at that time included the three sisters Yunxiao, Bixiao and Qiongxiao, Zhao Gongming, the Ten Heavenly Lords, the Four Heavenly Kings, Yin Hong, Yin Jiao, and the four masters and apprentices of Lu Yue, the Fairy Caiyun, the Fairy Hanzhi, the Fairy Yuyi, the Fairy Yiqi Ma Yuan, Luo Xuan, the Holy Mother of Fire Spirit... None of the disciples of the Jiejiao who were invited to go had a good ending, and most of them were included in the List of Gods.

Therefore, the catchphrase of Shen Gongbao, the most unlucky god in Conferred Gods, "Fellow Daoist, please stay", contains a murderous intention that is even more serious than "cause and effect". Those who stop after hearing this will almost never have a good ending and will all be included in the Conferred Gods List.

This incident had long since spread throughout the Three Realms. The five words "Daoyou, please stay" were universally recognized as the catchphrase of the God of Misfortune, and must never be spoken lightly. Even if one heard it, one must not stop or turn back, otherwise misfortune would befall them.

So, upon hearing the cry of "Daoist friend, please stay," Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva's heart trembled, and he nearly fell off the back of the Di Ting Divine Beast. The Di Ting Divine Beast seemed to have noticed Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva's unusual behavior and blinked, appearing quite puzzled. However, it didn't understand human speech, so it simply snorted, and two streams of foul air emanated from its nostrils.

However, due to the causal relationship, it hadn't been resolved yet. If he offended the Human Emperor again, the causal relationship would only deepen. Moreover, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva had only used his Buddhist powers to save Zhu Moye once, and the causal relationship had already been established. A demon had arisen in his heart, and his cultivation had inexplicably dropped a level. He didn't know what misfortune would happen next, so he could only stop and turn around, his face grimacing, his voice trembling, "I wonder what's the matter, Daoist Fellow Moye?"

"Bodhisattva, why are you in such a hurry to go back?" Zhu Moye smiled and said, "Why don't we sit down and have a cup of tea? I have many questions to ask you, Bodhisattva. I hope you can answer them one by one."

"Since Daoist Fellow Moye has requested this, I am naturally willing to discuss the Dao with you. However, I cannot say I am asking for your advice; I am simply discussing the matter with you." Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva clasped his hands together and said with a wry smile, "Daoist Fellow Moye, please speak. I am all ears."

"Bodhisattva, what is an evil person? Why do people have money? What is a good person? Why do good people live in poverty and don't have a good end? Why do evil people go to hell after death? Why can good people be reincarnated after death and be born into rich families? But evil ghosts, after suffering billions of years in hell and cleansing their sins, can't be reincarnated as humans, or can only be born into poor families?" Zhu Moye said: "When a good person is reincarnated into a rich family, he learns to be bad and becomes an evil person. But when an evil person is reincarnated into a poor family, he is down-to-earth and kind-hearted...Evil people cause trouble for good people. Bodhisattva, why do you think this is so?"

"Karma." Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva clasped his hands together. "An evil person and a good person may have formed a karmic relationship in their previous life, but it was not resolved after their death. Therefore, this karmic relationship will continue into the next life until it is completely resolved."

"So that's it!"

Zhu Moye smiled and said, "One word from the Bodhisattva is worth ten years of study."

"Amitabha, well done, well done. Daoist Moye, you are too kind." Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva shook his head and said, "It's just a simple principle. In fact, I don't need to explain it. Daoist Moye can also understand it."

"Right." Zhu Moye smiled without saying anything. Suddenly, he pointed at the tall Di Ting divine beast lying at the feet of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva and asked curiously, "Bodhisattva, is this beast your mount?"

"This beast is called Di Ting." Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva was increasingly puzzled by Zhu Moye's intentions. Could it be that he had already let go of his grudge and was seeking to understand this karmic relationship? Although Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva could not fathom Zhu Moye's hidden thoughts, he clasped his hands together and answered truthfully, "Diting was originally a white dog that caused chaos and was subdued by this humble monk. Later, it cultivated by my side and became a divine beast, mastering supernatural powers. Di Ting has the ability to discern good and evil, and to discern the wise and foolish, from the mountains, rivers, and lands of the four continents, the caves and blessed lands, and from the insects, unicorns, caterpillars, feathered insects, and celestial beings, earthly immortals, gods, humans, and ghosts."

"I see."

Zhu Moye smiled and his eyes fell on the Di Ting divine beast. He took the opportunity to take a look at it. He saw that the Di Ting divine beast had a tiger head, a single horn, dog ears, a dragon body, a lion tail, and unicorn feet. It was an auspicious beast that combined the characteristics of many animals.

The Di Ting divine beast stood up suddenly and looked at Zhu Moye warily. However, at its current level of cultivation, it was still unable to speak. However, if it reached a higher level in time, it would be able to speak human language.

"I wonder if Fellow Daoist Moye has anything else to discuss with me?" Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva saw that Zhu Moye was so easygoing and seemed to have forgotten what had happened before. Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva was also in a very good mood. A big matter in his heart could finally be put to rest, and he no longer had any worries. Therefore, he smiled a rare smile on his face, "Feel free to speak."

"Bodhisattva, I'm in need of a mount." Zhu Moye pointed at the Di Ting beast and said solemnly, "I calculated with my fingers, and the Di Ting beast and I have an unfinished karma. We are destined to each other. I wonder if Bodhisattva can 'give' it to me as a way to end a 'karmic relationship'? If not, I won't force it. Bodhisattva, just pretend I never mentioned this matter!"

"Since the Di Ting divine beast and Daoist Fellow Moye are destined to be together..." Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva's face turned grim upon hearing this. He was filled with anger and rage, and he almost spat out a mouthful of blood. This boy was indeed not so easy to get along with. The words "Daoist Fellow, please stay" were indeed unlucky. Just hearing them would bring bad luck. Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva was unwilling and refused to do so. But when he thought of the cause and effect between the two, he had no choice but to swallow his anger. With a heartache, he nodded and said, "Then I will give it to Daoist Fellow Moye."

Chapter 505 Leaving the Underworld

"Listen carefully, you and Fellow Daoist Moye are destined to be together." Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva's heart was bleeding, his face extremely grim, he wished he could tear Zhu Moye into pieces and grab him openly. But who told Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva to form a "karma" with Zhu Moye? If this karma was not resolved quickly, who knew what misfortune would ensue. He smiled bitterly and said, "From now on, you will stay with Fellow Daoist Moye."

"Woo!"

The Di Ting divine beast fell to the ground and cried out in grief. It knew in its heart that its master had been deceived by Zhu Moye, and it was also used as a bargaining chip to sell a second person to its master.

"Bodhisattva, you look unhappy. Are you unwilling to end this karma? If so, I don't want to force you." Zhu Moye sighed and said, "How about we just let this go? What do you think, Bodhisattva?"

"Amitabha, Fellow Daoist Moye, you're joking." Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva shook his head and forced a smile, saying, "To be able to put an end to a worry is something I've been longing for. How could I not be willing?"

"is it?"

Zhu Moye sneered in his heart, setting a trap for Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, letting him slip in. "But why is the expression on the Bodhisattva's face so stiff? It seems that what he said is not what he really meant!"

"Daoist Moye, you're joking."

Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva shook his head, clasped his hands together and said, "This humble monk's action comes from the heart."

"Bodhisattva, isn't there a Buddhist precept that monks shouldn't tell lies? Are you sure you didn't?" Zhu Moye's eyes flashed with a hint of amusement, but he spoke seriously, "Bodhisattva, one must be honest. You've violated the Buddhist precepts. If the Buddha knew about this, wouldn't you be punished? Also, as a bodhisattva, you must set a good example and not be like ordinary people. How about this, bodhisattva, are you willing to swear a small oath to the heavens, declaring that you gave Diting to me willingly and that you must not hinder me, or else you will suffer the Five Degenerations of the Celestial Beings."

"I swear that everything Daoist Fellow Moye said comes from my heart." Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva clasped his hands together and silently said "I'm sorry" before continuing, "Amitabha, if there's nothing else, I'll leave first."

Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva's face was extremely grim. When he turned around and was about to leave, he heard Zhu Moye's annoying voice again: "Daoist friend, please stay!"

Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva's body stiffened, his face looked ugly, he felt depressed and angry, and hated Zhu Moye even more. He wanted to kill this guy on the spot, otherwise he would never be able to get rid of the hatred in his heart.

"puff!"

Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva spat out a mouthful of blood on the spot, shocked, thinking, "My inner demon is causing trouble again." This time, he didn't stop, transforming into a streak of golden light and flying towards the Buddhist temple near the Six Paths of Reincarnation.

At the same time, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva subconsciously turned around to glance at Zhu Moye, then his gaze shifted to Prince Qin Guang and Judge Cui. He was furious and said in his heart, "I was too careless and fell into a trap!"
