"Lucifer, it's time for you to rest." Gabriel took two steps forward.

 "Yes...I should rest...I really..."

Lucifer stood up with Gabriel's help and smiled tiredly at her.

"Great Seraph..." she whispered, "Do you know all this?"

 Gabriel nodded slightly:

"I know that fate is determined and cannot be violated."

As soon as he finished speaking, Gabriel saw the light in Lucifer's eyes become ferocious.

The ferocity lasted only for a moment, and then it immediately became gentle and calm:

 "I understand... I will... I will find a way..."

She spread her pure white wings, every feather was flawless.

Surrounded by angels, Lucifer rose high into the sky and flew in a different direction from the Virgin Mary.

 ""

Shuttled among the golden starlight, Ivramis's golden eyes were no longer indifferent.

A terrible feeling was rising in his heart: the fear in Lucifer's eyes, the helplessness in Orb's sigh, and the astonishment in Aurora's eyes.

A huge monster was rising to the surface, and Ivramis was a fisherman on a lone boat, swaying with the waves.

She decided to go to Orb and see that future for herself.

She vaguely felt that perhaps she should do something.

It’s just right, it’s almost time to observe the silver tree again.

A strong desire arose in Ivramis: she wanted to understand why Orb was worried, why Aurora longed for freedom, and why Lucifer was afraid.

She wanted to feel the same as everyone else.

Interlude) World (Part 5) -4k- (Two updates in one)

At the southernmost tip of the continent, deep in the primeval forest.

The Stone Seeds created a large clearing in the center of the forest. Among the jagged rocks, countless pairs of eyes were staring at the sky.

A golden meteor flashed across the night sky, whistling from the north, and the stars in the sky also moved with it.

Ivramis stopped right above the forest altar, her golden eyes looking down.

She spotted Aub in the center of the altar and swooped down.

 "Star Angel, you are here."

In front of the Stone Seed, Obsgula did not call her sister, but maintained the majesty of God.

Ivramis nodded slightly and said softly:

"What are the chances of this cut being marked?"

"Three hundred and fifty-one, convergence time scale two hundred and seventy years." The scales on Obusgula's body flashed with pale blue characters. "Are you ready?"

 "Ready."

Ivramis snapped her fingers, the sound of bells rang out, and the golden string of fate burst out of thin air.

The Dark Moon Dragon raised its forelimbs, and ice-blue flames exploded between its claws, quickly converging into a string of truth.

The moment the two strings intersected, the sky and the earth were washed by waves of gold and blue, and the consciousness of the dragon and the angel all entered nothingness.

Standing in the pure white space, the two gods observed the world from an unprecedented perspective. The timeline and causal line lingered outside the white space like some kind of diffused symbols, flowing like a river.

Obusgula's eyes flashed, and the redundant lines were marked out and turned into pale blue.

Ivramis stretched out her hand, and the golden threads pulled up beams of intersecting starlight, flying towards the symbols like scissors.

Every time a star flickers, a possibility is cut off at the root, and a critical turning point in that era is destroyed.

Golden lightning flashed during those times, manipulating cause and effect in secret and adjusting the flow of all things.

After an unknown amount of time, the cutting was finished.

Ivramis opened her eyes, looking tired and her breath was much weaker.

A dragon claw supported her, and the dragon's head came close to her face and whispered:

"Thank you for your hard work, sister."

"Take me to see it," said Ivramis.

"Huh? What are you looking at?"

"Take me to see the future you fear."

Obsgula saw Ivramis turn around and saw golden light flashing in her eyes.

He was stunned for a moment, then nodded heavily:

 "it is good."

The dragon's scales flickered with light, and pale blue symbols were engraved on the obstacle avoidance in the pure white space, allowing it to move quickly.

As it moved, the outline of the giant silver tree flickered, and the largest branch stretched into the future.

Then, at the end of the future, Ivramis saw crimson.

She listened to the wailing coming from that timeline. She saw the stars covered in crimson, she saw the mountains scorched by fire, and she saw the sea dyed bright red by blood.

 Bright red, reflecting deep red.

 moonlight.

The people under the moonlight called out to God, but no God responded.

They crumbled, perished, and turned to dust in the moonlight.

The crimson ended, and Ivramis took two steps back, her expression still calm.

She turned around and looked at Obusgula, and found that there was a hint of fear in the latter's vertical pupils.

"This is what I was telling you about...the time when the Father wishes to remain uncut."

 Obusgula's tone was very light:

"In that era, there was no you, no me, no Yi, and no children."

"But I sense a great aura," Ivramis whispered, "The String of the Shepherd Star."

"Yes, in that era, the Shepherd's String Project was successful."

Obusgula closed her eyes, her mind filled with crimson waves.

"Do you accept this outcome, sister?"

 "I..."

Evelamis subconsciously wanted to say that this was her mission.

Mission is destiny and cannot be violated.

Even if the ending is annihilation.

But Aurora popped up in her mind, that little emerald green figure:

"Like a moth to a flame, it is like perishing in confusion."

 Moths to fire.

 Against fate...

 "I do not know."

Ivramis spoke softly, the crimson in her eyes stinging slightly.

Obusgula was quite surprised to hear her answer.

He thought...his sister's answer would be the same as before.

 He thought

...my sister will tell him about fatalism again.

Looking at the confusion in her sister's eyes, Obusgula said softly:

"Sister...what did you see in the High Heavens?"

 "A small tree..." Ivramis murmured.

Looking at her sister's dazed expression, Orbusgula exhaled:

"But as you said, even if we don't want that future, it's already predetermined. The Father has given us everything, and the Crimson Moon is nothing more than a trophy captured by Him. Even if we long to resist, it's doomed to be in vain."

 "Resistance..." Ivramis murmured.

"Perhaps, we should accept this fate," Obusgula raised her head. "Tens of millions of years is enough for us to exist happily. The crimson at the end is merely the fate we share with all other creatures—death."

 "Ob..."

Ivramis reached out and gently stroked the dragon's scales.

Looking at the indifference in the dragon's eyes and sensing his powerlessness, Ivramis whispered:

"Perhaps, there will be another way."

At this moment, the stars twinkled, and a golden light flashed in Ivramis's eyes.

"How long have we been here for this cut?"

"Ten years," Orbusgula replied. "What's wrong?"

 "Gabriel is chanting my name."

The two gods simultaneously released the supreme string, and when the sky pressed down on their heads again, the whole sky was crimson.

 Crimson, moonlight.

From the crimson, Ivramis sensed a familiar breath.

 "Lucifer..." Ivramis said softly.

In the garden, blood dyed the pond red.

Above the sky, crimson light lingered, flowing like the aurora.

On the earth, angels were fighting, with the sounds of weapons clashing and screams rising one after another.

A riot started from the depths of the garden.

Those who were once of the same kind are now fighting each other, and there is a fierce light in the eyes of the kind angels.

 "boom----"

Accompanied by the explosion of flames, the Seraph appeared on the battlefield.

Gabriel looked down at the pond, which had been dyed red, and watched the blood-stained feathers splatter everywhere.

 She quickly identified the culprit—

"Hahahahahahahaha! You slaves! Kneel down! All of you, kneel down!"

Lucifer ripped open an angel's throat with his bare hands and sucked her blood as she whimpered in pain.

There was a crazy light flashing in her eyes, and her white wings were stained with blood.

 She is crazy.

Behind her, angels as crazy as her laughed wildly and slashed their weapons at their compatriots. Blood mist filled the air and rolled with the wind.

 ""

The flames of truth burned ever hotter on Gabriel's six wings. She stretched out her hand, and a ball of fire gathered in her palm.

 "boom"

"Great Saint Auros," Gabriel whispered, "cleanse me of their madness."

As the fireball expanded, the outline of the Sun Angel became faintly visible.

He uttered a broken whisper, and then the flame transformed into pure golden light and exploded instantly—
