The next stop is Sakura.

Well, that's about it, everyone, see you in Hokkaido

--------

Next is a brief explanation of Bai Jiu.

After much thought, I decided to give Bai Jiu a special feature, but the length was beyond my expectation.

I know you probably don't like this character.

But the character of Bai Jiu is part of my emotional catharsis and my change of mind, so I decided not to let myself regret it and write it out.

I admit that I originally planned to write this character as a villainous bad woman, so I let her appear as a scheming woman.

But then I thought, a well-educated young lady should not be so superficial as to be a scheming woman.

Then there was a somewhat awkward conversation, and she was forced to come ashore

There was no outline at the time, so my thoughts gradually deviated to "bad woman, but not bad by nature"

According to the current thinking, the plot arrangement is: the Bai family backstabbed, Bai Jiu sent Luo Lin away at the cost of his own life, and by the way, he dealt with the Bai family -

"Please take a good look at this world on my behalf." Like this.

So I have to start writing the background and motivation for this character.

Since Bai Jiu is going to rebel against his family, my initial motivation for writing this was that Bai Jiu has parents who are extremely controlling and grew up in a traditional patriarchal family.

But this was not enough to support her to take such an extreme step as to destroy the family.

So, by some strange coincidence, it became "The Miserable Classmate". The original design was even so miserable at one point that it was completely my own pathological and malicious violence against this character.

Then, after calming down, the change of mindset was simple: write a more tragic past to give her a better future. (In the original plan, in addition to Bai Jiu's own broken family, Dongfang Ming, her only best friend, would also die.)

There is Bai Ying, who looks less awkward while dying in her place, but unfortunately my personal ability is limited, and the actual effect of writing is very poor (the expression effect of 174 and 175 is really a disaster)

So before Bai Jiu left, I decided to give her a personal extra story.

There are these four singles.

(I probably won’t write a special show like this before I finish it. It’s a thankless task. I’m tired of writing it, the effect is poor, and people don’t like to read it.)

--------

The above is purely the crazy mumbling I have had until now. Please just read it for fun. If you want to curse, please be gentle and have some dignity.

In addition, school will start next week, and stable updates should be restored. Stable updates will definitely be available next month.

that's it

Update as usual tonight, a belated Valentine's Day special + the first chapter of the Sakura Arc

Good luck and safe sailing to everyone

Special: Romance

Your "good night" makes me think a lot

Burgundy quietly opened Lorraine's door.

It was four o'clock in the morning.

There are still some stars in the sky.

But soon—in two hours—the hectic morning would begin.

As for why she sneaked in at this time, it was certainly not because the Baroness was having a nightmare or something.

Instead, she saw a letter placed on her bedside.

There are only three lines of text on it:

"The willow branches divide the evening into two halves,

Half is clouds,

Half of it is your cheek."

There is also a photo attached, which should be taken in August last year, at dusk when the sea breeze was caressing the green grass.

The girl gently lifted her long hair.

"Really? What's there to be embarrassed about saying it to his face?" Burgundy thought Lorraine was kind of cute like this.

You're really afraid of being shy, but you insist on being so romantic.

That's not up to you, Commander. You're making me feel itchy.

Thinking of this, she sat quietly beside Lorraine's bed.

Logically speaking, you can just crawl into your commander's bed and the commander won't say anything.

But Miss Knight did not do so, because the commander was actually a very light sleeper, and any loud noise would wake him up.

Miss Knight didn't want to disturb her beloved's already poor sleep.

We'll be setting sail in a few days, so let the Commander get some more sleep~

I simply hope that the Commander's today begins with his own voice.

The room was warm, causing Burgundy to yawn.

She propped her chin up and looked towards the window.

The commander actually forgot to draw the curtains tonight.

It seemed like the window was not closed either.

There was a breeze, a slightly cool breeze that still made her feel a little refreshed.

She looked at the stars in the sky.

The starry sky tonight is still blue-purple, exactly the same as the commander's eyes.

Stars, you are the creator and the ancestor of the gods.

Burgundy smiled, but couldn't help but secretly hold Lorraine's hand.

Fortunately, he didn’t wake up.

She breathed a sigh of relief.

The commander's hands were warm, with distinct joints.

"Your soul is a chosen landscape gallery." She stroked it gently, and couldn't help but recall every dreamy color that lingered in her dreams.

So, Burgundy quietly admired the starry sky outside the window.

Commander, why did you decide to choose me?

As she watched the darkness gradually spread across the stars, she thought of this question for no reason.

Then my heart suddenly tightened.

Lorraine's long hair has turned gray.

"It's truly sad, but... pain is the only thing that connects us..."

She didn't remember who said this, but this was the answer her intuition gave her -

Now that I think about it, maybe we met because we are of the same kind.

The knight lady's hand trembled slightly as she tried to touch her lord's cheek.

But I was afraid of waking her up, so I had to pull my hand back abruptly.

She forced a smile on her face, as if to drive away the bad thoughts.

Is it really because of pain? She stroked the ring on her hand.

The red and blue contract thread beats along with the pulses of the two.

Burgundy breathed a sigh of relief.

That doesn't seem to be the case.

The pain and such should have been left behind.

As if to confirm her thoughts, the first rays of light were about to appear outside the window.

Darkness will be left behind by time.

The person she was waiting for was about to wake up.

Time doesn't give her much time to react.

So Burgundy tried to cheer himself up.

Give a smile.

When the time on the terminal slowly jumped to 6:00, "Abiogenesis" sounded.

Lorraine opened her heavy eyelids.

It’s too good to sleep in this weather... He wants to turn over.

Hey? Why is my hand being held?

As his vision wandered, he could smell the faint scent of irises drifting into his nostrils.

Then that breathtakingly beautiful face came closer.

He was kissed.

"Uh...uh!"

It seemed that Lorraine had not yet reacted and was still in a daze.

Burgundy laughed, "Bonjour, ?Monamour?."

"Do you like this good morning kiss?" She sat up, not hiding her feelings at all.

Only then did Lorraine understand what had happened.

He tightened Burgundy's grip on his hand.

So warm.

"Good morning." He sat up, hugged Burgundy, and kissed her forehead. "I like it very much."

"Okay, Commander, please get up quickly. I'll be waiting for you outside~" Miss Knight was very happy. She slowly released her hand and kissed Lorraine's face again.

"Okay, okay." Lorraine smiled and shook his head.

Burgundy hummed a song and slowly walked out of Lorraine's room.

The Commander is still too tired recently.

She thought as she listened to the sound of water in the bathroom.

But fortunately, Burgundy knew how to get his commander off to a good morning as quickly as possible.

That's a cup of coffee, preferably without milk or sugar.

Lorraine seems to like bitter things recently.

Burgundy watched the coffee liquid rise in the cup.

My dear, there is more to come after this chapter. Please click on the next page to continue reading. There will be more exciting chapters later!

Just as I was thinking about it, the person I was thinking about slowly came out of the bathroom.

"Commander~ Your coffee." Burgundy was not wearing shoes, and his footsteps made a soft sound on the floor.

It was like a ringing sound in Lorraine's heart.

"Thank you." Lorraine took the coffee and kissed Burgundy lightly on the cheek.
