The days at Hogwarts

Harry saw a large black and silver book and pulled it out with great effort. Loren and Ron gathered around and watched Harry put the book on his knees.
Bang!
The pages suddenly opened and a shrill, blood-curdling scream was heard.
This book screams!
Harry reacted and slammed the book shut, but the screaming did not stop. It was a high, continuous, deafening pitch.
"[Stop cursing]"
Loren pulled out his wand and tried to stop the book.
There was no effect. The other books in the restricted area seemed to be awakened, struggling and making all kinds of strange noises. The howling of banshees, the howling of werewolves, and the sharp laughter of clowns. It was so loud that it made people's brains hurt.
Loren saw a book called "Introduction to the Four Basic Elements" jump off the bookshelf and land next to him.
"Let's go!"
The noise here would definitely attract Filch, so Harry wanted to pull a few people away.
Just as several people were fleeing in a hurry, an ancient magic wand suddenly stretched out from the side and touched the cover of the book on Harry's knees, and the howling book stopped suddenly.
The other books in the banned section were also kept quiet.
"Principal Dumbledore!" Ron screamed, not sure whether he was surprised or frightened.
Loren put the book "Introduction to the Four Basic Elements" back on the bookshelf and leaned over. "Good evening, Dumbledore."
"Good evening." Dumbledore paused for a moment, "To be honest, I didn't feel very well just now."
Dumbledore was wearing a light blue nightgown dotted with various cartoon patterns of stars, moons, and clouds. He looked at Harry through his crescent-shaped eyes with a gentle smile.
He didn't sound angry, nor did he intend to blame them for their night out, which made the three of them relax a little.
Harry had a feeling that Dumbledore was not looking at him, but at the scar on his head. He thought of the tombstone he saw in Godric's Hollow. "Principal Dumbledore, did you write the words on my parents' tombstone?"
"I did attend James and Lily's funeral. Now that I think about it, that statement might be a little off."
“Death is not an enemy, but another greater adventure.”
"Will I ever see my parents again?" It was a strange question, but Harry asked it under some unspeakable guidance in his heart.
Dumbledore did not answer immediately. He looked at Harry's scar, his eyes hidden behind the crescent-shaped glasses, magic flowing in his eyes, "I think everything is possible."
This sounded like a perfunctory response, but also like an affirmative answer.
Harry didn't ask any more questions.
"Dumbledore, is there any progress on the matter of Nagini?"
Loren knew that Dumbledore must have contacted Nico. He had asked Flamel before, and Flamel acted as a riddle man again, saying that everything depended on him.
Loren secretly vowed that he would invent a magic to eliminate all the Riddlers.
Just as Harry and Ron were secretly guessing what Nagini was.
Dumbledore turned around and said, "Maybe there is some progress. I think I can give you an answer by the end of this semester."
He had already made plans to let Loren try the Philosopher's Stone once the matter with Quirrell was over.
His previous view was an old-fashioned one. Loren and Harry would have their own stories and would walk their own paths. They should not let some hundreds of years old things shackle young people.
"Want to let Harry talk to Nagini?" Loren asked.
He had thought that Harry's Parseltongue would come in handy, but after thinking about it carefully, he couldn't imagine what Harry and Nagini would talk about. Would they talk about their tragic past?
"Don't worry, Nagini is still hibernating." Dumbledore rejected the suggestion. Thinking about Harry's Parseltongue and the shadow he saw in Harry's scar, he was certain of some things.
Me? Chat? Who is Nagini?
Harry was completely confused.
"Principal, will we be deducted points?" Ron said hesitantly.
He was the only one who cared about Gryffindor's honor. Gryffindor hadn't won the house cup for seven years, and Slytherin had been suppressing Gryffindor for seven years. Seven years, seven years, did they know how Professor McGonagall had spent these seven years?
Neither of these two cares, they only care about themselves, Ron thought silently.
"Well," Dumbledore pondered, made a difficult expression, and finally said, "School starts tomorrow, so there should be no points deducted for today."
"Long live Dumbledore!" Ron shouted.
Dumbledore looked at their young and immature postures, and his mood relaxed as quietly as the night. He said kindly: "I want to know what you want to read in the restricted area?"
"We are looking for information. Snape wants to steal the Philosopher's Stone." Harry said seriously.
"Hahaha!"
Dumbledore laughed out loud. Even though he knew this in advance, it was still funny to hear Harry say it so seriously. "Severus must be sad to know that you think this."
"Maybe he should pay attention to his usual behavior. How could he let students have such misunderstandings?"
Harry could tell that Dumbledore didn't believe what he said, and felt a little dejected. Except for Ron and Hermione who saw Snape curse him with their own eyes, no one else believed it.
I secretly made up my mind that only the three of us can protect the Philosopher's Stone and prevent Snape's conspiracy from succeeding.
Ron was concerned about something else and complained, "Headmaster, you really should take care of Professor Snape. He has deducted all of Gryffindor's points."
Dumbledore pretended to think, "But Severus didn't deduct any marks from you in the two Potions classes before Christmas. I think, as a professor, he is generally fair."
Ron's face turned red, and he wanted to have a good discussion with Dumbledore about Snape's previous evil deeds.
"Well, it's time to say good night." Dumbledore looked at the night scene outside the window and stopped the conversation.
Ron's flushed face relaxed and his hands fell limply.
"Goodnight, Principal!"
Harry shook the invisibility cloak and suddenly remembered something, "Principal Dumbledore, did you give me the invisibility cloak? Sirius said so."
"Like the card says, it's yours." Dumbledore stood next to the bookshelf, looking at Harry gently, looking into his green eyes instead of the scar on his head.
Harry nodded, and the three of them put on their invisibility cloaks and disappeared from the spot.
Dumbledore watched the three people walk away with deep eyes.
Harry, you will see James and Lily again, and they will give you the power to defeat death.
Chapter 87 The First Day of the Next School Year
Late at night in Hogwarts, the portraits hanging on the walls have fallen asleep, and the corridors are empty.
Listening carefully, it seemed as if there were some light footsteps sounding in the empty place, adding a bit of weirdness to the dim environment.
"Who is Nagini and why is she talking to me?"
There was chatter in the corridor, and Harry had been wanting to ask that question since they were in the library.
“It’s a long story.”
Loren began to tell his experience. Professor Trelawney made a prophecy related to Albania. After Christmas, he went to the Albanian forest with Professor Dumbledore and coincidentally discovered the blood-cursed orc Nagini in a hollow tree.
Only the general content was given, and the specific process was skipped. There was no mention of redeeming desperate souls, the waves, or anything about the Philosopher's Stone.
Harry and Ron were speechless, with several emotions intertwined in their hearts: sympathy for the blood-cursed orc Nagini, and shock at Loren's bizarre experience.
Ron thought back to those days when he was worried about having no one to play chess with, but his roommate was actually doing something big. He began to understand how Seamus felt.
"Can my Parseltongue help?" Harry asked, wanting to help.
"Maybe. It depends on how Dumbledore arranges it."
Such words made Harry and Ron feel relieved. If it was Dumbledore, there would be no problem.
“Fennel oatmeal.”
A command suddenly sounded at the empty door in front of her, waking the Fat Lady from her sleep.
The fat lady rubbed her eyes, subconsciously opened the door and turned sideways, "Who is it?"
When she put her hands down and looked carefully, no one saw it.
"A hidden bad boy wandering around at night." The Fat Lady muttered, closed the door to the passage and went back to sleep.
Returning to the dormitory and getting on bed, silver light flashed under the quilt, and Loren's consciousness sank into the alchemy laboratory.
In the hemispherical building made of red brick walls, Flamel was lying horizontally on top of a black boiler. A faint red light was coming out of the boiler, shining along the lines on the surface of the boiler.
"Flamel, how can I save Nagini?" Loren asked.
"Made from the magic stone creature." Flamel slowly floated over like a fallen leaf floating on the water.
"Biological transformation?"
Flamel stood up and explained to Loren that from the cultivation of basilisks to the creation of some magical animals, some dark wizards were doing body patchwork grafting, and the creation of infernal corpses, which were all considered part of biological alchemy.
"I know of an alchemist who stitched his daughter and dog together," Loren said, not sure if it was the kind of alchemy he had in mind.
Flamel frowned. Damn it, his illusory body actually felt some physical discomfort.
"First of all, the magic world currently does not have such advanced biorefining technology. It is a serious violation of the law to do any biorefining related to the human body without authorization."
"Oh." Loren didn't take the illegality to heart. The magic world believes that it is not illegal unless you are caught. "What should I do?"
"Understand the composition of the human body. When you refine it, your cognition is needed to construct the human body. The rest depends on luck." Flamel lay down again and floated around.
"luck?"
"The body must match the soul, otherwise the two will repel each other, continue to weaken, and finally collapse." Flamel explained.
Loren blinked. The more he listened, the more it sounded like Voldemort was possessed by Quirrell. As a result, Voldemort's soul and Quirrell's body were not compatible, causing Quirrell to become increasingly weak. If it weren't for the unicorn's blood, Quirrell's body would have collapsed.
"How to match the body and soul?" Loren asked. Voldemort longed for a body that truly matched his own, and he would definitely be interested in such knowledge.
"I've already told you, it depends on luck." Flamel spread his hands and smiled, "A person's soul at 50 may not match his body at 49. Only he knows what he looks like deep in his heart, and no one else can see it."
Deep down, Loren nodded as if he understood.
"Let's start today's magic rune sketching." Flamel ended the topic.
Loren continued his work of refining space equipment.
The magic wand lightly touched one end of the unicorn's tail hair, and the white silk threads emitted a silver light and attached to the magic wand.
Carefully moving the magic wand, he drew two concentric circles on the bottom of the suitcase, and drew a hexagram inside the concentric circles. Loren had already mastered the drawing of the base of the formation.
The next difficulty is the three pairs of magic runes.
The three pairs of magic runes are located at the six corners of the hexagram, and each pair is symmetrical about the midpoint of the hexagram. Although they are called three pairs, there are actually three.
The first pair of runes is used to isolate space, so that the space in the real world does not affect the space in the box expanded by the Traceless Extension Spell. It prevents the box from being bumped and knocked around by the outside world, which would cause a turmoil inside. In simple terms, it is shockproof.
The function of the second pair of magic runes is to divide the weight, separating the weight carried by the space from the weight carried by the box.
The Stretching Charm itself has a certain ability to reduce weight. The suitcases at Hogwarts have this function, but the space for expanding the suitcases is not large. If Loren wants a room-sized space that is filled with things, the Stretching Charm alone cannot achieve the desired effect.
The third pair of magic runes connected the space inside the box with the real space. If you want to store living things in the space, you must ventilate the real space at any time to prevent the creatures inside from suffocating due to lack of oxygen when the box is closed. You have to isolate yourself from the real space while maintaining connection in some aspects.
After a set of magic runes, Loren felt that the space inside the box was not extended, but an auxiliary space like a small bubble was opened up in the dimension of real space. The box was just the entrance and exit of the bubble space.
Of course, this is just his guess.
It was another busy night. Loren spent the whole night but didn't draw a single magic rune.
The morning light shines through the window, reflecting a vast expanse of white. Today is another rainy day.
After a holiday, the little wizards attended Professor McGonagall's Transfiguration class again. It seemed that they had forgotten Professor McGonagall's authority and kept chattering in front of the professor.
"Ron, did your parents send you pictures of dragons?" Dean asked expectantly as he stretched his head from the back row to the front row, inserting himself between Harry and Ron.
The little wizards nearby also gradually gathered together, they wanted to see the fire dragon.
Ron shook his head, "No."
The little wizards dispersed again.
Dean wanted to say something else, but Professor McGonagall had already started teaching.
"Before this class starts, let's review how to turn a matchbox into a snuff box." Professor McGonagall gave everyone a matchbox and asked them to cast a spell.
The result was terrible. Before the holiday, most people could conjure up a snuff box, even the worst students could make it into the shape of a snuff box. Now only a few people in the class can do it. It can be seen that few people practiced Transfiguration during the holidays.
Most of the students look down on Transfiguration. They think that more magical and powerful spells are cooler, and Transfiguration is too useless.
"Professor McGonagall must be very sad." Hermione frowned. Although her snuff box was very beautiful, she was not very happy.
