Chapter 1 Extra: Father is really back? ?

(The last chapter was not well written, so I will add another chapter instead of posting it in the afternoon. I will post it now as compensation)

In the conference hall of Angel Castle, the captains of dozens or even hundreds of chapters gathered here.

Some of them are still serving the Empire, while others are judged by the Empire to be traitors or expelled from the ranks of the chapter for various complex reasons.

The first to be hit were the Blood Knights.

This Chapter fully embraced the Crimson Thirst and wielded its weapons against friendly forces on the battlefield, ultimately leading to it being declared a traitorous Chapter by the Imperial Munitions Department and expelled from the ranks of the Imperium.

But under the call issued by Dante, they still chose to come to defend the Primarch's home planet.

"Don't compare yourself to us, Joel. We haven't crossed that line yet."

"I only beg you not to deny us. From the Blood Knight's perspective, the only ones who share our feelings are you, the Flesh Tearers."

Seth was speaking with the Chapter Master of the Blood Knights, while Malakin was attempting to negotiate with Dante.

By this time the Blood Angels Chapter Master had already placed his melta pistol at Brother Senai's head, as the latter claimed that the Archangel had given him the real orders.

"You should know what you are talking about. Such blasphemous language is enough for me to punish you on the spot."

"I have brought my father's credentials to prove that the information I am telling you is what he told me personally."

"So where is the proof you mentioned?"

Dante didn't want to believe a word the Senai brothers said. Their father was still lying in his coffin in the Castel Sanglier. How could he have given you an order for all the Blood Angels to abandon their home planet?

If this guy wasn't faking military orders, he must have been bewitched by those heretics in the subspace.

Brother Senai faced Dante's wrath with a determined look in his eyes, and then placed the reliquary in his hand in front of the chapter leader.

Brother Senai has great respect for this veteran warrior who has fought in the name of the Blood Angels for 1500 years.

The other party's actions at this time were entirely out of the desire to protect the reputation of the Father of Genes. To him, this action was perfectly normal.

He had expected Dante to do this.

Looking at the reliquary handed to him by Brother Senai, Dante chose to trust this brother once.

There are so many chapter leaders in the conference hall at the moment. Even if this brother is really bewitched, it will not cause any big waves.

Dante gestured to the chief think tank Mephisto next to him to take the reliquary. This think tank, whose will is strong enough to overcome the black rage, will be able to deal with all possible threats.

Mephisto carefully considered the two prophecies he had received before. In the scene he saw, their father would eventually return.

Before that, their father would give them two friendly warnings.

To him, the action represented by Malakin and his men was clearly the first.

Dante's reaction has also confirmed the correctness of his prediction. Just as he predicted, Dante refused to believe the message brought by Malakin and others.

He reached out to take the reliquary brought by Brother Senai, opened it, took a look, and then closed it even faster.

But even after achieving this, all the chapter leaders in the conference hall felt a sense of disbelief at the aura within the reliquary.

Their gene seed had just sent them a signal, a signal that had been dormant for a long time.

Blood Knight Chapter Master Jor almost immediately shifted his gaze to the reliquary in Mephisto's hand.

His body just felt a momentary touch.

Almost at the same time, all the chapter leaders in the conference hall focused their attention on the reliquary.

Several of the nearby chapter leaders had already begun to stir. They looked at each other and immediately moved towards Mephisto.

After the lid of the reliquary was lifted, the pure feather without any blood stain was lying quietly inside.

It was so clean, much cleaner than the blood-stained feather in Dante's hand.

But at this moment no one doubted the authenticity of this feather, because the vitality contained in this feather was so abundant, as if it had just been taken from its father's wings.

Dante was also looking at the feather in shock at this time. The old warrior who had lived for 1500 years was now a little stunned.

The arrival of this feather was as shocking as placing the Father of Genes directly in front of him. As a member of the regiment that was always guarding his father's coffin, he knew very well that his father's remains were in the sarcophagus of the Angel Castle.

But where did this feather come from?

So clean, so full of life, unless this feather was placed in a stasis position ten thousand years ago, it would be impossible to find such a clean feather today when the archangel has long passed away.

But this isn’t right either?

If this had been done back then, this feather would have become a sacred object long ago.

Moreover, even with this feather alone, the Weepers would not have embarked on the Expedition of Atonement. Besides, where did a war group founded during the Cursed Founding Period get this feather?

Is Dad really back?

Dante's thoughts were shattered by all the possible information at this moment, and he didn't even have time to control the atmosphere in the conference room which was gradually becoming chaotic.

Many chapter masters wanted to witness the splendor of the Gene-Father's feathers, and two chapter masters who had a long-standing grudge even started fighting each other.

It was not until they accidentally threw the reliquary into the air that Dante gradually realized what had happened in the conference room.

Looking at the precious feather that had flown into the air without anyone protecting it, Dante activated the jet pack behind him without a second thought.

The overwhelming force pushed him directly into the sky, and his precise movements allowed him to easily catch the feathers fluttering in the air.

"What are you doing?! What if this feather gets damaged or gets covered in dust because of your actions?!"

Dante's roar immediately spread throughout the entire conference room, and the two chapter leaders who were fighting stopped all their actions out of shame.

After taking the reliquary from Mephisto, Dante carefully put the feather back in. He no longer doubted what the Senai brothers said.

It is very likely that their genetic father has really returned, but is unable to come to them due to certain things.

"So you're saying that Father wants us to give up Baal in order to preserve the Blood Angels' viability?"

"Yes, these are my father's original words and also his will."

"I can obey your orders, but how are you going to persuade them?"

Dante pointed to those chapters that still refused to carry out orders. For them, abandoning Baal was simply unacceptable.

"There's no need to persuade. Anyone who refuses to carry out father's orders can come and discuss it with me."

"Look at this holy weapon my father gave me and see if it will grant your request."

A roar comparable to Dante's once again echoed throughout the conference room, and along with it was the sound of the conference room door being kicked open.

"Father's orders have been issued, and you are disobeying them! If you truly choose to refuse to carry out Father's orders, then from today on, you will no longer be qualified to call yourselves the descendants of the Blood Angels!"

Those chapter leaders who acknowledged their father's return but refused to carry out the order looked at the door of the conference hall, and Kalaran threw the Spear of Fury in his hand directly, firmly sticking it in the middle of the entire conference hall.

The flames burning on the spear were like the raging rage of the Father of Genes. If they had been determined to defend Baal before, the arrival of this weapon completely blocked their thoughts.

"My father personally granted me authority and will. With this weapon, used by my father, as proof, I compel you to carry out my orders! If anyone insists on refusing to carry out my orders, their honor as a descendant of the Blood Angels will be stripped from them!"

"Father doesn't want to see you risk your precious lives on this planet, but you insist on disobeying Father's good intentions!"

"When Father really stands before you, I hope you still have the courage to disobey his orders!"

Chapter 1.

(I didn't feel very satisfied with the one I wrote, so I'm giving you a free one as compensation. Remember to refresh to see the rest of the content.)

"Are you saying that the Blood Knights have fully embraced the Crimson Thirst, that they would even wield their weapons against allies on the battlefield and even exploit mortals to satisfy their thirst for blood?"

"And the Vermilion Angels would kill all the mortals on their home planet every once in a while, put their blood into the pool for bathing, and would also kill a Holy Blood Priest and have everyone donate some blood to make a so-called mixture?"

As the fleet took a brief rest in the Webway, Sanguinius was finally able to learn from Dante what the two chapters, the Vermillion Angels and the Blood Knights, had done.

When these words, like horrific sacrifices, appeared in Sanguinius' ears, he couldn't even believe what he heard.

This is not what the descendants of the Blood Angels should do at all!

Sanguinius simply felt an uncontrollable rage rushing to his head, and more of it was a lament for the tragic fate of the descendants of the Blood Angels.

The thing they tried so hard to avoid ten thousand years ago has now become something they have to face.

Without supervision, they even willingly accepted these horrible curses.

If it were the Legion era ten thousand years ago, those who did such things would be killed by their own brothers, but in this dark age, no one is willing to restrain him.

Almost no one can restrain them.

"Have their Chapter Master and all the men of the Chapter come to me."

Sanguinius suppressed his anger and tried to talk to Dante as calmly as possible. Even after learning all this, he still tried to control his emotions.

Dante was silent, then turned and waved to Joel, Moore and the others.

Whether they can get their father's forgiveness this time depends on what they do.

There was a noisy sound of footsteps, and the members of the two regiments were basically standing in front of Sanguinius.

The Chapter Master stood at the front of the team, followed by the Company Commander and other warriors, but no matter what their status was, the expressions on their faces were one of frustration and panic.

"Answer me if what Dante said is true."

The more suppressed Sanguinius' tone became, the more frightened they became. They would rather have their father beat them than have to endure such suppressed inquiries.

"Let's start with you, Mor, and see if what Dante said is true."

Seeing that no one dared to answer his question, Sanguinius directly designated the commander of the Vermilion Angels to answer it.

There will definitely be lessons to be learned today, but before teaching them a lesson, they must think clearly about what good things they have done.

Facing the look in his father's eyes, Moore didn't dare to remain silent any longer.

"It's true. The Chapter did do that."

"Well, pick up your weapon and attack me."

As soon as Sanguinius said this, Mor immediately dropped the weapon in his hand. He could not carry out such an order at all.

"Pick up your weapons and attack me."

"Father, I can't do this."

"Why, don't you dare? Or don't you want to?"

Moore didn't know what to say at this time. He didn't dare to, nor did he want to.

"Yor, you attacked me."

"No, Father, I..."

Before Joel could finish his words, Sanguinius' attack had already reached him. The fist filled with anger hit him directly in the face and knocked his body wearing power armor several meters away.

Meanwhile, Mor was kicked by Sanguinius directly onto the hard stone-like substance in the webway.

All the Astartes of the two chapters just stared blankly at the Chapter Master being knocked to the ground by the Father of Genes, and then the Astartes of their own chapters followed.

They couldn't see the Father of Genes' movements at all. They only felt a pain in their bodies, and then they flew backwards.

Lying on the ground, they felt dizzy and their vision was almost reduced to darkness.

Their entire bodies felt painful and weak. The muscles that were supposed to provide strength to their bodies seemed to be disabled at this moment. They couldn't even raise their hands.

"Are you feeling wronged? Or are you feeling sorry for yourself?"

Sanguinius walked among all the scions he had defeated, and the sight of them lying on the ground pained him.

Ten thousand years have turned them into the bloodthirsty maniacs they are today. The Blood Knights simply embrace the scarlet hunger and satisfy their desires with the blood of mortals, while the Vermilion Angels use a horrific ritual to help suppress the black rage.

These two chapters are the epitome of the corruption of all Blood Angels.

He could have publicly hanged these scions on the Blood Angels' pillar of shame, but he couldn't.

He was responsible for their current state. His battle with Kabaha had fueled their Crimson Hunger, and his defeat at the hands of the Spirit of Vengeance had filled them with Black Rage.

"Everything you are feeling now is what those mortals have experienced. They don't even have the chance to feel the pain in their bodies or the darkness in their sight."

"What do you think of them? Expendables? Or just roadside sand?"

"You guys really disappoint me."

Sanguinius' words were like sharp knives piercing their hearts. The day they had once feared had finally arrived, and the words they absolutely did not want to hear finally rang in their ears.
