"I can't identify the specific species of these plants and animals myself," he whispered as he walked, his voice particularly clear in the empty, crystalline jungle. "But judging by their morphology, they're likely modern Amazonian native species, not prehistoric relics."

He paused, looking up into the distance, a hint of thought flickering in his eyes. "If these crystals are indeed from living species, then Crystal Valley might have formed more recently than we thought," he said. "By comparing them with the forest species outside, we might be able to infer the exact time of their formation."

The surrounding light gradually dimmed, and the brilliance of the blue crystals seemed even colder in the oppressive atmosphere, as if rejecting the warmth of the living. Xing Qingqi's steps were slow and cautious, and finally, his gaze stopped ahead.

——A huge crystal lake comes into view.

The lake's edge stretched to the horizon, yet its surface remained rather semi-fluid, like some highly concentrated liquid crystal. The surface shimmered, each faint ripple reflecting an extremely complex spectrum, resembling a flowing galaxy.

"The lake water isn't completely crystallized..." He squatted down to observe the state of the water, muttering to himself, as if talking to himself, or perhaps recording his initial speculation. After a moment, as if a thought occurred to him, he stepped back and cracked the poison dart frog he had seen before, revealing a few liquid crystals flowing inside, similar to those in the lake.

Afterwards, Xing Qingqi casually took out a half-drunk bottle of mineral water from the imaginary space and placed the bottle by the lake.

The bottle's transformation occurred almost instantly. The surface of the plastic bottle quickly transformed into ice-blue crystals, becoming hard and smooth. The mineral water inside, however, hadn't completely crystallized. Instead, tiny crystals began to form within the water. These crystals, seemingly alive, actively absorbed water. As the amount of water decreased, the crystals gradually expanded, eventually filling the entire bottle's interior, transforming the mineral water into a semi-fluid liquid crystal.

"Pure water crystallizes at a different speed than ordinary substances..." Xing Qingfeng analyzed in a low voice, his eyes fixed on the changes in the liquid in the bottle. "These crystals seem to require impurities in the water as a medium for their formation. And once the crystals are formed, they will in turn actively react with the water."

He shook his head, his lips curled up slightly, and his tone was filled with regret. "It's a pity that I didn't bring pure water this time, so I can't verify their reaction to pure substances. However, this is already an important discovery."

He pulled several transparent glass bottles from the box behind him. As soon as they came into contact with the surrounding air, their surfaces crystallized. Ice-blue crystals quickly spread, covering the entire bottle, becoming hard and slightly lustrous. Xing Qingfeng looked down at the crystallized containers, his expression unmoved. He simply shrugged, as if he had anticipated this. He expertly dipped the bottle mouths into the lake water, carefully filling them with liquid, and then tossed them back into the imaginary space for safekeeping.

"I will turn the imaginary space into a garbage dump sooner or later." He muttered to himself, feeling somewhat helpless, but with no intention of stopping what he was doing.

Turning back and continuing deeper, Xing Qingfeng observed his surroundings as he walked, sampling the plant and animal crystals near the lake. He gently extended his tweezers toward a low, crystallized fern, snipped off a small, blade-sharp blade, and placed it in a sample bag. He continued, "If we further subdivide the ORT Crystal Valley, the outer region is composed almost entirely of blue crystals, at a depth of approximately 170 kilometers. And the deeper, crystal jungle region..." He paused, estimating his distance. "We've come at least 50 kilometers, and there's still no end in sight."

As the footsteps gradually grew fainter as they echoed on the crystalline ground, the surrounding environment began to change once again.

—The scene before me suddenly cleared, replaced by a more spectacular yet disturbing landscape.

"The Crystal Jungle is approximately... seventy kilometers wide," Xing Qingfeng muttered. "This should be the core location. The legendary ORT should be sleeping here."

Xing Qingfeng stood high up, the landscape before him making him hold his breath. Stretching to the distant horizon, the entire area resembled a vast spider web, a woven web of blue cliffs and deep crevices. The top of the cliffs was level with the previous terrain, resembling a still blue ocean. But countless cracks, like the lines of a spider web, crisscrossed and overlapped, fragmenting this vast area.

Each cliff seemed carved from pure crystal, its edges sharp as blades, revealing a natural geometric pattern. Sunlight shone off these crystalline cliffs, reflecting a chilling radiance. The hollows between the cracks seemed bottomless. Gazing down through the reflected light from the crystals, faint blue dots shone in the abyss, like countless faint stars buried deep within the earth.

The scale of this landscape was astounding. Xing Qingfeng tried to follow the spiderweb's edge with his gaze, but everywhere he looked, left, right, and far, the complex structure covered everything. From above, the interwoven pattern of cliffs and crevices almost perfectly mimicked the structure of a spiderweb, with the cracks resembling holes in the web.

Xing Qingfeng slowly stepped forward, carefully moving along the edge of a precipice. Each step was accompanied by a subtle, crisp sound from the crystals beneath his feet. He leaned over to observe a crevice and discovered that the abyss below was also covered in crystals. A faint light reflected from the vertical blue surfaces, giving the illusion of an incredibly steep slope.

Xing Qingfeng slowly advanced, his footsteps amplified into a faint, ethereal echo between the crystal cliffs. As he went deeper, the cracks between the cliffs became more than simple faults; instead, they intertwined in a puzzling pattern, like a delicately woven blue spiderweb. The surface of the cliff not far away showed a distinct change—

Vertical crystal columns rose directly from the mirror-smooth crystal walls. These columns varied in size, some as thick as towering trees, others as slender as spider silk, yet they were arranged on the cliffs with a stunning symmetry.

Xing Qingfeng stopped in front of the pillars and gently touched a thin one with his fingers. A chill spread along his fingertips, sending a chill through him. He stepped back, his gaze sweeping across the landscape. A hint of uncertainty lingered in his voice, "It's hard to explain how these landforms formed naturally..."

He used his magical eyes to observe the scenery before him, making sure everything he saw was clearly recorded. He continued to dub softly, "It must be the influence of ORT... These cliffs and crystal pillars seem to be a deliberately designed structure to maintain—"

Before he could finish his words, a sudden impact came from all directions, like a silent explosion. Xing Qingfeng felt his body violently shaken, as if his chest had been struck by a sledgehammer, and his entire body instantly shattered into emerald green dust in the air.

"Damn..." He looked around after his body recovered, and the scene before him made him hold his breath -

The entire crystal cliff was cracking at a visible speed, with large fragments of crystal shattering and falling, but it did not collapse immediately. The cracks seemed to be pulled by some force, not spreading uncontrollably, but rather stopping their spread with a startling regularity, forcibly suppressing their own collapse.

A powerful blue light burst forth from the cracks, and the entire space seemed to be ablaze. Xing Qingfeng quickly stood up and glanced at the crystal pillars. He saw that several of the thinnest ones had already broken. The scattered crystals fell like blue snowflakes into the abyss between the cliffs, making a crisp tinkling sound.

"Damn, what's going on?" Xing Qing looked around in confusion. The movement before him could definitely not happen naturally.

"——Could it be that ORT snores?"

I burned a lot of brain cells when writing this paragraph, because Mushroom actually did not have a detailed description of Crystal Valley, so I could only infer its internal environment based on the content in the setting book.

Considering that Lao Xing's clothes were scattered when he came in, I did not describe his movements of looking at himself. There is no mosaic content, please feel free to watch (fog)

Volume 65: Endosymbiosis: . Acausal Sequences of Events

The shattering and collapsing had ceased, and a brief calm had returned to the air. A deathly silence reigned, the only sound the occasional faint echo from a bottomless crevice. The fragments of the crystal pillar still lay scattered on the ground, dappled light dancing on the shattered crystals, like countless bright stars scattered across the earth. A faint chill hung in the air, and Xing Qingfeng's footsteps were remarkably clear in this environment, each step echoing through the empty canyon.

However, this calm didn't last long. A subtle vibration suddenly rose in the air, and the ground began to tremble slightly. Xing Qingfeng tensed up cautiously, trying to find the source of the vibration.

The ground beneath Xing Qingfeng's feet seemed to lose its stability. A tremor gradually emanated from the ground. As the vibrations intensified, an indescribable tension filled the air, as if the entire Crystal Valley had frozen in that moment. The ground beneath Xing Qingfeng's feet shook more and more violently. Tiny cracks began to appear in the interwoven landscape of rock and crystal. Faint rocks shifted loose in the tremors, and gentle cracking sounds echoed from beneath the ground. The clashing of rock walls and crystal pillars blended into a resounding echo. The entire canyon, like a spirit-like dream, began to twist and deform under the immense force.

The distant crystal pillars grew more fragile, their once mirror-smooth surfaces beginning to show deep cracks. Each pillar emitted a sharp, cracking sound as it vibrated violently. Fragments rained down from the sky, falling like stars, carving glittering trails through the air. The falling fragments struck the still-fragmented cliff face with a series of crisp clinks before disappearing into the bottomless crevice.

The air around him was ripped apart by violent vibrations. Xing Qingyu's ears were filled with tinnitus, and he could feel his chest pounding violently. The energy fluctuations beneath the ground became more and more obvious. Through the cracks under his feet, Xing Qingyu vaguely saw a huge, invisible force rising from the depths of the earth. This force seemed to be the heart of the entire Crystal Valley, constantly transmitting vibrations to every crystal.

Suddenly, the vibrations stopped for a moment, and all sounds vanished instantly, as if time had been suspended. Then, a dull, oppressive force surged from the ground. Xing Qingqi's eyes widened as he saw a massive figure slowly crawling out of the dark crevice in the distance.

"...Fuck, the Heritage Department," Xing Qingfeng couldn't help but curse, "Who the hell said this thing is always sleeping?!"

"Could this thing possibly sleepwalk?!"

It was a massive and profoundly bizarre creature, its form completely unlike that of a common spider—nothing resembling a living creature, only an indescribably complex and bizarre structure. Its body took the shape of a massive disc, almost as large in diameter as its bulk, hovering silently within the pit. Its surface, coated in a silvery-white metallic sheen, was as smooth as a mirror, reflecting the distorted light and colors within. Every tremor in the ground caused a violent reflection to ripple across the disc's surface, as if drawing all the light from the pit into the surrounding cliffs.

Beyond its disc-shaped cephalothorax, ORT's eight legs are composed of blue-green crystals. The surface of the crystals isn't smooth, but rather covered in a fine, grainy texture. Each leg shimmers with a faint glow. The flowing light from the crystals seems to tear through the surrounding air, making everything seem ethereal and unreal.

Although these legs appear thick and heavy, their movements are surprisingly flexible. These crystalline legs do not end in sharp claws, but are crystals like transparent crystal balls, shining brightly.

ORT's abdomen, however, was a deep blue-green, almost blending in with the surrounding darkness and crystal. It appeared to be carved from a single massive crystal. Light streamed across its surface, emitting a faint glow, as if some invisible life force were coursing through it. Tiny cracks marked its surface, and Xing Qingfeng could faintly discern a pulse of energy within them, as if it wasn't completely dormant, but rather awaiting the moment of awakening.

Most disturbingly, ORT's tail didn't exhibit any traditional spider-like form. It seemed to have vanished from its body structure, or somehow mysteriously merged into its crystalline form. Yet, Xing Qingjiu could vaguely sense a strange presence within its tail.

"..." Xing Qingwu swallowed his saliva, waved at ORT from a distance, and said, "I won't bother you. I'm leaving first."

After saying that, he turned around and prepared to leave.

Although he didn't understand why this unfortunate thing suddenly woke up, whether it was sleepwalking or his arrival had stimulated him, Xing Qingfeng felt that it would be best to leave at this time.

——After all, he still respected the previous records. It would be better to put it aside until he could actually confirm whether it was a crisis he could handle.

The moment he turned slightly, the sudden change left him almost unable to react. The light in the entire canyon suddenly changed, as if the sky had been torn apart, replaced by an endless stream of light that quickly poured down. The light flowed from ORT in the distance like a giant waterfall, flashing with dazzling light, instantly enveloping the entire core area of Crystal Creek Valley.

From Xing Qingjiu's perspective, the stream of light instantly swallowed up all color, as if the sky were covered by a white cloth, and the entire world suddenly became empty. There was no sound, only endless white. The light penetrated every inch of air, swept across every piece of crystal, and instantly dissolved everything. The surrounding crystals hissed softly under the intense heat and then melted. The crystal surfaces began to warp, losing their rigidity, and eventually fell like snowflakes. The ground began to rapidly crack, and the entire valley was completely obliterated in an instant.

Xing Qingfeng barely had a chance to react. In mere milliseconds, his flesh was practically consumed by the light and heat. Even as his vision blurred, the intense burning sensation still caused him unbearable pain. Every hair, every inch of skin was rapidly vaporized by the violent light and heat, his flesh disintegrating in an instant, like a piece of ice disappearing without a trace under the scorching sun.

Oh, no, he still reacted a little bit. The moment he was swallowed by the light, he shouted "Oh shit" in time.

If he could have heightened his visual perception at this moment, perhaps he would have seen that the stream of light engulfing the entire Crystal Valley before him wasn't a single white beam, but a crisscross of multicolored rays. Each ray carried a different energy, each color representing some unknown force at work. However, because Xing Qingjiu was still accustomed to the human trichromatic vision, he could only see pure white. He couldn't clearly distinguish the beauty and terror of it all, nor could he even grasp its form and transformation.

The landscape of Crystal Valley also underwent a drastic transformation in that instant. The crystal pillars that once shone with a strange light seemed utterly fragile in the streak of light. Many crystals instantly shattered, scattering fragments. The once solid rock surface began to melt rapidly, emitting a sickening, acrid odor. The surrounding air seemed thick and even carried a faint odor of gunpowder. The once transparent, crystalline stone walls gradually cracked under the intense heat, losing their brilliance and becoming turbid and deformed.

The light gradually faded, its once brilliant brilliance fading. Crystal Valley fell into an eerie silence. After the blinding white light vanished, the contours of the landscape grew even more blurred. The surface of the crystal cliffs no longer shone with a cold, metallic brilliance; instead, a shattered scene emerged. The spiderweb-like cracks, woven together by the light's impact, grew larger and deeper. The edges were no longer sharp, but rather had distinct cracks. The surface of the crystal resembled wounded glass, with deep, piercing cracks.

The air was filled with a pungent, burnt smell. The crystal fragments in the distance hadn't completely vaporized, but had instead transformed into a liquid blue fluid, slowly seeping into the abyss and disappearing into a bottomless crevice.

The hollow between the cracks, once bottomless and deep, now seemed to have lost all its depth, as if evaporated by some invisible force. Once, faint flickers of faint blue light could be detected in the abyss, but with the arrival of the stream of light, those points of light disappeared without a trace, replaced by scorching steam swirling in the cracks, which transformed into swirling clouds of mist and slowly rose.

Xing Qingfeng's figure also vanished in the stream of light. In the distance, ORT remained quietly crouched on its intact nest. Its massive, disc-shaped chest and abdomen slowly rotated, its surface gleaming with an unidentified light. Suddenly, the rotation paused for a moment, as if its mind had paused, pondering and hesitating.

Then, the destroyed landscape began to play in reverse strangely, as if a tape was being rewound.

The rewinding process began in an extremely strange way. The entire Crystal Valley scene began to recede in an extremely unnatural way - but this recede was not as smooth as rewinding a movie, but was repeated intermittently, sporadically and discontinuously.

First, the foremost crack seemed to be pulled back from the depths by an invisible hand. Suddenly, the edges of the cracks, which had previously disappeared, were forcibly restored. Instead of smoothly connecting, the two sides of the crack suddenly jumped, like fragments of hand-assembled pieces. The trajectory of the shattered crystal fragments was reversed, and the fragments drifted through the air, silently reassembling their original form. The reflective surface of each crystal seemed unnatural in the moment of reassembly, like some incomplete image, jumping back and forth, like the unstable frames of a stop-motion animation.

Then, the steam in the air began to flow backward, forming a vague outline. The steam carried blue debris, as if once-scattered blue fragments were being pulled back by time, becoming increasingly dense, yet unable to return to their original state. The steam's trajectory was chaotic and disorganized, and the heat in the air began to recede, but it did not disappear completely. Instead, it diffused into an erratic heat wave.

The rewinding process isn't a smooth transition, but rather a discontinuous, intermittent jump. The cracks don't close all at once, but are reassembled piece by piece. The rewinding scene flashes back again and again, with the cracks opening and closing, shrinking at different points in time, interweaving into an irregular structure.

The crystal fragments began to rise bit by bit, slowly recovering from the wreckage, but this was not the smooth, conventional laws of physics. They rose from the ground in a highly fractured and irregular pattern, like stretched strands of string, vastly dislocated and overlapping. Each fragment had its own unique trajectory. Some suddenly stopped in mid-air, suspended motionless, as if frozen for several ticks. Then, without warning, they would reverse course at incredible speed, swiftly returning to an unpredictable position. The process was abrupt and chaotic.

Each piece of crystal is like a stretched curve, and the fragments return in a completely distorted way, as if it were some kind of distorted animation. Every frame of the image is stretched and dislocated, and cannot perfectly overlap.

The crystal's luster took on an eerie, intermittent flickering that made the entire scene seem even more unreal. The once brilliant, cold light seemed to be struggling to regain its former brightness, yet it could never stabilize. The light faded, then reappeared, like flowing mercury.

However, as the fragments gradually filled the gaps, the entire rewind process seemed to reach a bottleneck, and the appearance of the next frame brought an unsettling calm. Just as the fragments had not yet fully returned to their exact positions, the world suddenly froze.

——Then, all matter suddenly returned to where they were supposed to be.

Misaligned crystals, incomplete cracks, were suddenly pulled back together by an invisible force field. Everything instantly returned to near-perfection. The crumbling cliffs seemed undamaged, and the melted crystals vanished. All the incongruous lines, the nearly devastating changes, were erased in an instant. Crystal Valley instantly returned to its original tranquility and splendor, as if it had never experienced any disaster.

But no intermediate processes were observable: no movement of the crystals, no reduction of the vapor. The previous frame was still a distorted image, but the next frame immediately returned to normal, as if two events with no causal connection had been forced together in chronological order.

The only problem is that in this restored crystal valley, there is no sign of Xing Qingfeng.

Volume 66: Symbiotic Relationship: . Why are you yelling so loudly?

Daylight slowly shifted from dawn to noon, then was drawn westward by the setting sun, gradually being swallowed by the horizon. The light in Crystal Valley quietly shifted during this process, and everything around seemed to slowly stand still as time passed. But in this quiet atmosphere, Xing Qingfeng suddenly poked his head out from the imaginary space and looked around.

He narrowed his eyes slightly and looked at the scene of Crystal Valley in confusion.

"......?" He looked at the environment of Crystal Valley in surprise. Even though his body had been instantly evaporated by the impact of the light just now, he still knew exactly what had happened before.

Yet, Crystal Valley appeared remarkably intact, even the traces of the previous earthquake gone. The fragments of crystal, the cracks, the shattered landscape, should have left a scene of ruins long ago, yet now nothing seemed to have happened.

He turned his head and looked at the distant ORT, finding it still squatting in the center of its nest, silent and unmoved, as if oblivious to the changes in the world. The only difference was that its metal disc-like chest and abdomen were still slowly rotating, emitting a low, vibrating sound.

"What's going on..." Xing Qingfeng muttered softly, frowning slightly. "Why, will this thing clean up after sleepwalking and destroying its own nest?"

But if this is the explanation, then it would explain why there were no signs of the surrounding terrain when he first arrived.

——This is a regular cyclical movement, that is, ORT will wake up periodically, and the effects caused after awakening will be naturally repaired.

But even Xing Qingyu himself found this reason ridiculous.

He stood there quietly, staring at the enormous creature. As the sun set and the moon rose, the surrounding light gradually dimmed, but ORT still made no move. Xing Qingqi breathed a sigh of relief, noticing that the monster before him seemed to have entered a temporary dormant state.

"Huh..." Xing Qingfeng sighed, finally deciding to completely withdraw his body from the imaginary space. While being half in the imaginary space and half in the real world was indeed more discreet, it was also extremely draining on his energy. He planned to sample the crystal before withdrawing and returning to the Crystal Jungle to continue his exploration.

However, the moment he completely leaped out of imaginary space, the air before him seemed to suddenly freeze. Without any warning, a massive shockwave erupted from ORT in the distance, shattering the air into countless fragments as the violent shockwave rapidly spread in all directions.

At that moment, the ground of Crystal Valley felt as if it had experienced a massive impact. The entire earth shook violently, as if an invisible giant hand had suddenly and violently slammed into the surrounding space. The air was distorted, and the sound waves caused by the vibrations could even be heard as a sharp tearing sound. The fluctuating force field surged like a surging ocean wave.

What followed was an overwhelming sound, a deafening, high-decibel blast that Xing Qingqiu could barely bear. Like a low hum from the depths of space, it shook the entire space. Xing Qingqiu's ears were filled with only a violent roar and the pain of his eardrums vibrating. The sound waves swept through, nearly tearing the air around him apart. The intense vibrations made him feel as if every bone was being squeezed. Every muscle in his body tensed under the extreme pressure, and the crystal ground beneath his feet began to shatter in the violent vibrations.

If the Earth's air pressure could rise by several exponential levels, Xing Qingjiu would be able to fully receive the nearly 280 dB sound emitted by the ORT. Unfortunately, due to the Earth's air pressure limit, the maximum sound pressure that can be transmitted in the atmosphere is only 194 dB.

The sound pressure, far exceeding the atmospheric pressure limit, caused the air molecules in the atmosphere to undergo extreme compression, becoming dense and viscous. Water vapor and oxygen molecules exploded under this extreme pressure, causing the temperature to rise sharply. The scorching air flow spread at an astonishing speed, and the scorching air almost distorted everything around it. The surface of the crystal was instantly heated to extreme temperature, emitting a suffocating luster.

However, when the air was compressed to its limit, it was followed by an even more terrifying expansion. The violent expansion of the air pushed everything around it outward with a force like the cracking of the sea. The storm that erupted from the cracks swept across the entire Crystal Valley, once again wreaking havoc on the already shattered landscape.

As the shockwave released, the reverse expansion of the air would cause a sudden drop in local pressure, transforming the raging storm into a fierce vacuum. Almost instantly, the surrounding air was forcibly pulled apart, the pressure plummeted, and a brief vacuum began to form. The force in the air, capable of tearing apart all matter, pulled everything in its wake toward the center.

Thanks to this vacuum, Xing Qingfeng no longer had to endure the 194 dB noise that threatened to rupture his brain. Although his eardrums were instantly shattered, the blood that flowed from his ear canal was instantly vaporized before it could even regenerate into emerald green crystals. The shattered crystal cliffs were consumed by this force, the physically strong crystals ripping apart like paper, shattering into the air. Dust and debris in the air were quickly sucked into the void, eventually disappearing into the low-pressure abyss.

A violent gust of wind swept through, dramatically altering the entire structure of the Crystal Valley. Collapsed and cracked crystals flew through the air, the sounds of crashing and shattering nearly swallowed by the vacuum. Xing Qingchu stood at the center of it all. Although his body, strengthened by a timely infusion of magical energy, hadn't collapsed, the sudden compression and expansion made him feel every blood vessel in his body bearing unprecedented pressure.

——————逡児凌,玐武球就(三)⑹镹————————

The 280dB sound pressure level had a destructive impact radius of nearly kilometers, wiping out the entire moss region. The dual shockwaves of compressed and expanded air destroyed nearly all life and natural landscapes in the area, cracking the ground, raging storms, and suffocating pressure fluctuations in the sky.

Kenneth staggered to his feet, his legs weak as if they had lost all feeling. As the ground shook, he stumbled several times, only to struggle back to his feet. Blood poured uncontrollably from every orifice, staining his face, ears, and nostrils in a horrific display. He fought back the dizziness, the cold sweat on his forehead already mingling with the blood, and he was on the verge of losing consciousness. With every forced breath, a tearing pain ripped through his chest, a violent reaction to the damage to his internal organs. The shockwaves exacerbated the wound in his lungs, nearly suffocating him.

He reluctantly pulled a capsule from his pocket. With trembling fingers, he tossed it into his mouth and quickly chewed it. While liquid elixir was more effective, it was less convenient to carry. The liquid inside the capsule exploded in his mouth, its strong, fishy smell overwhelming his nose and nearly making him vomit. But he suppressed the nausea and swallowed it. While the effect wasn't as immediate as a liquid, it at least temporarily stabilized his vital signs.

But this was not the biggest threat. Although he had briefly avoided the fatal effects of the first wave of impact, the next problem was even more deadly.

At the sudden surge in air pressure, Kenneth's lungs felt an intense pain, as if being crushed by an invisible giant hand. His chest could barely adapt to the sudden compression, and his already bruised lungs completely lost control. The air became increasingly compressed, and the oxygen content plummeted. His damaged lungs were simply unable to filter this highly compressed air. His breathing became labored, and each deep breath caused a sharp, stinging pain in his lungs that nearly drove him unconscious.

The air pressure continued to rise, and barotrauma was inevitable. Under this extreme pressure, the lung tissue began to suffer acute barotrauma, and the cracking sound rang in Kenneth's ears like torn cloth. Every attempt to breathe was accompanied by deep pain, as if sharp fragments in his chest were cutting his internal organs.

Meanwhile, intense convection currents were gradually exacerbating the situation. The air temperature suddenly fluctuated dramatically, the drastic temperature swings caused by the sound waves causing the surrounding airflow to become extreme. High-temperature gases spread rapidly, and scorching air currents swept in like a blade of fire piercing through space, ravaging everything around them. The dramatic increase in air temperature further exacerbated the damage to Kenneth's lungs. He could feel the dryness in his throat, the burning pain in his lungs as if they were scorched by flames, and every breath was accompanied by a sharp stinging pain.

He could only lie on the ground, his back pressed deep into the shattered earth, waiting for Xing Qingjiu's potion to take effect. Every violent fluctuation in the air increased the burden on his body, as if the entire earth was devouring his strength. His wounds had not yet healed, and blood and body fluids were draining from his body, evaporating at a rate that made it almost impossible for him to maintain consciousness. The surrounding environment was cruelly torturing his body. Storms occasionally swept in, the scorching air burned his skin, and the extremely unstable air pressure was like an irresistible wave, repeatedly pounding his body.

He forced himself to swallow a capsule every once in a while to ensure the drug's continued effectiveness. The drug took effect in his body, helping to temporarily stabilize his vital signs.

Kenneth raised his hands, his fingertips stained with his own blood, which had not yet fully evaporated. Without the ability to speak, he could only rely on the remaining strength in his body to quickly write the spell on the ground. Even without words, he still performed the magic of the necromancy in this way.

At the same time, beneath Kenneth's body, extremely fine mercury threads began to slowly extend, expanding like a spider web. The mercury threads moved rapidly through the air, constructing layer upon layer of barriers, constantly modifying the environment within and isolating it from the environment outside.

"Fortunately..." He lay on the ground, eyes slightly closed, using his necromancy to spread the Moon Spirit Marrow Fluid to the others, successfully reaching several people around him. He could sense their vital signs; though they were very weak, they weren't completely dead yet.

He fumbled inside his clothes and finally pulled out several rows of amber bottles filled with liquid. He opened the caps one by one, slowly sucked the liquid inside into the Moon Spirit Marrow Fluid, and injected it into the bodies of the other people.

After about ten minutes, as the barrier stabilized and the drug's effects slowly took hold, Kenneth finally felt a sense of freedom. Though every part of his body was wrenching with pain, the safety of the others was paralyzing. He struggled to his feet, relying on the barrier's protection. Faint light filtered through the shattered sky, illuminating the devastated surroundings. On the ground, broken algae and crystal fragments were scattered, and a fine dust mist filled the air, like post-apocalyptic ash, gradually dispersing on the wind.

He tried to take a step, but the soil beneath his feet became loose due to the vibration, and he sank deeply into it. With each step, he had to exert force to shake off the mud and debris on his feet.

"Miss You, Miss Ye, can you speak?" The closest were You Ruoyu and Ye Sizhen, who lay silently on the ground, unresponsive. Their bodies were tightly curled up, covered in dust and algae. Their faces were pale, their breath was weak, and they were barely moving.

Kenneth didn't bother with the details. He squatted down, using all his strength to pry open their mouths, and stuffed the elixir inside. The liquid quickly spread through their bodies, seemingly having some mild effect, but their bodies still showed no significant recovery. Kenneth took a deep breath, and with all his strength, he dragged them into the barrier he had constructed, ensuring they would have some protection.

Then, he changed direction and approached Okita Souji. Though still conscious, Okita Souji's face was pale, clearly traumatized. They dragged Patrokoda, Licia, and Kanzuki Ringo into the barrier, shielding them from the raging storm outside. No one spoke, only silence and pain radiated from their bodies.

Kenneth leaned against a corner of the barrier, slumped down exhausted, and gazed wearily at the distant Crystal Valley. That once dazzling crystal region was now shattered, with huge cracks spreading across the ground, and crystal fragments and dust swirling in the air.
