"Is it Superman?!"

"It's the Hulk!"

"Who's that blonde girl?"

The soldiers' guns trembled slightly, and no one dared to act rashly.

General Ross strode out of the command center, his uniform neatly trimmed and his face gloomy.

He looked up at Xiao Han who was floating in the air and said in a cold voice: "Superman! This is a military restricted area, you have crossed the line!"

Xiao Han looked down at him and asked, "Crossing the line?"

He let go of Banner, and the bio-force field controlled him to float in the air.

"Banner is my man, and you are wanted for my man."

Xiao Han's voice suddenly sank, "You said I crossed the line?"

His laugh was laced with sarcasm: "When I do things, no one ever dares to say I cross the line."

"No one!"

Before he finished speaking, all the soldiers' weapons were instantly aimed at Xiao Han!

But Xiao Han was faster.

Noisy!

A blazing line of sight swept across.

The entire base lost all its armed forces in an instant!

General Ross stood there, cold sweat oozing from his forehead, but his years of military experience made him hold on and not retreat.

He stared at Xiao Han: "You are declaring war on America!"

Xiao Han was too lazy to talk nonsense and just hooked his finger lightly.

General Ross was suddenly lifted up by an invisible force and suspended in mid-air!

He struggled, but couldn't break free.

Xiao Han, Wanda, Kara and Banner slowly landed on the ground.

"Turing."

"Yes, sir." Turing's voice came from Xiao Han's watch.

"Did you record everything that just happened?"

"The entire process has been recorded, including General Ross's remarks and subsequent handling."

Xiao Han nodded: "Very good, record me now."

A faint light projected from Xiao Han's watch, forming a holographic camera interface.

He stood in front of the camera, his black battle suit fluttering slightly in the wind, and the golden lines glowed with a cold light.

"I am Superman."

His voice was low and his eyes were fixed directly on the camera.

"Hulk is my friend and a hero who protects this world. Just a few days ago, he and I destroyed an alien fleet and saved countless lives."

"And yet such heroes are threatened and wanted by the military, and even forced to hide in the mountains and wilderness."

"That's very disappointing to me."

"I will protect the world, but I will not accept threats from anyone. I am not Clark Kent. I will not show mercy to my enemies, and I will not let go of anyone who tries to shoot me."

He turned slightly to allow the camera to sweep across the destroyed military base behind him.

"This is the last warning."

Recording ends.

Xiao Han said calmly: "Turing, release this video to the entire network, including the dark web and all mainstream social platforms."

"Uploaded, sir. Estimated global network coverage within 30 seconds."

Banner opened his mouth, as if he wanted to say something, but in the end he just sighed: "I'm afraid the military is going to explode now."

Kara took over the conversation: "Whatever they want, we will accompany them."

Ross wanted to say something, but Xiao Han had already turned to look at Banner: "I leave it to you."

He added meaningfully: "After all, this is your father-in-law."

Banner pushed his cracked glasses, took a deep breath, and walked towards Ross who was imprisoned by telekinesis.

Banner stood in front of Ross, only a few steps away from him.

Ross was trapped in mid-air by invisible telekinesis, his face ashen, but he still stared at Banner, his eyes filled with a mixture of anger, unwillingness and a hint of imperceptible fear.

The entire base was dead silent, with only the hum of alarms in the distance as the sound.

Banner clenched and unclenched his fists, his eyes behind the lenses flashing with struggle.

He thought of Betty, of the streets the Hulk had destroyed, of Ross's ruthless orders as he hunted him.

"You know, Ross," Banner finally spoke, his voice hoarse.

"I've imagined this scene countless times. I want you to experience what it's like to be hunted and forced."

Ross' eyes widened, but he couldn't speak.

Banner shook his head and turned to look at Xiao Han: "Xiao, let him down."

Xiao Han raised his eyebrows, but didn't ask any more questions and loosened his fingers.

Ross fell heavily to the ground, his uniform covered in dust.

He scrambled to his feet, his eyes filled with disbelief: "You...are just like that?"

Banner took off his cracked glasses and wiped them with the corner of his clothes: "I'm not the Hulk, Ross. I won't solve problems with violence."

He paused, "But please remember, from today on, if you send people to hunt me down again, or continue those dangerous gamma experiments."

His voice suddenly became deep, and green veins were faintly visible under his skin: "Then the next time I stand in front of you, it won't be me."

Ross's face turned pale instantly. He certainly understood the meaning of this sentence. Next time, Hulk would come to his door in person.

Banner sighed helplessly, "Let's go, it's settled."

Wanda showed an expression that showed she had known this all along: "See? I told you Dr. Banner was soft-hearted."

Kara was thoughtful: "Sometimes, it takes more courage to let the enemy go than to kill them."

Banner smiled bitterly and followed the crowd.

Just as they were about to leave, Ross suddenly called out from behind: "Banner! Betty."

Banner paused, but did not turn back: "Tell her I'm fine."

"Go? No, I won't let him go so easily." Xiao Han's words stunned Banner.

PS: Oh, I remembered my first draft, where the protagonist, the Man of Steel, merged with the five symbiotes and took off directly...

Chapter 80 Superhuman Control Act

Banner turned back in confusion, only to see Xiao Han waving his hand.

A new portal suddenly opened under General Ross's feet!

"What?!" Before Ross could react, he fell into a golden vortex.

Banner's eyes widened: "Xiao! What is this?"

The scene on the other side of the portal flashed by.

In the scorching African desert, in a dilapidated mine, ragged workers are wielding pickaxes.

Some people were beating the workers with whips.

The next second, the portal closed and General Ross completely disappeared from the spot.

Xiao Han then turned around and looked at Banner calmly: "You don't want to kill him, I respect your choice."

"But I really don't like the way he treats me."

Banner opened his mouth, but didn't know what to say.

Wanda burst out laughing: "So, General Ross is going to experience the life of a miner now?"

Kara crossed her arms and asked with interest, "What is that mine?"

"A blood diamond mine somewhere in West Africa." Xiao Han said lightly.

"No communications equipment, no army, only 16 hours of manual labor every day." He looked at Banner.

"That's very kind."

Banner was silent for a moment, then finally shook his head with a wry smile: "Those who go against you should be afraid."

"Thank you for the compliment." Xiao Han was the first to step into the portal.

"Let's go, it's time to go home.

Wanda quickly caught up, while Kara glanced thoughtfully at the place where Ross disappeared, muttering softly, "It seems the rules of this world are quite interesting."

When the last golden light faded, the military base returned to silence.

Thousands of miles away in an African mine, General Ross climbed up from the sand covered in dust and dirt, only to be met with a whip from an overseer.

"New here! Don't be lazy! Don't even think about eating if you don't dig up 20 carats today!"

S.H.I.E.L.D. Headquarters

A golden portal opened in the command center of S.H.I.E.L.D. headquarters, and Xiao Han, Wanda, Kara and Banner walked out of it.

Tony Stark, who was processing data in front of the holographic projection, suddenly looked up. When he saw the four people, he was stunned at first, and then he shouted exaggeratedly: "Wow, this way of appearing is getting more and more exaggerated."

He walked over quickly and looked Banner up and down: "Dr. Banner, you look, uh, more energetic than I thought."

Banner pushed his glasses up and smiled bitterly, "I was almost caught by the military and used as a test subject. I've had enough."

Tony patted his shoulder: "Welcome back, science partner."

Xiao Han didn't exchange pleasantries and went straight to the point: "Tony, you have to take responsibility."

Tony raised an eyebrow, "What do you mean?"

"S.H.I.E.L.D. is now under your control," Xiao Han said lightly.

"Banner's safety is your responsibility. If someone doesn't want him to be safe, let Hulk and Adam teach them a lesson."

Tony spread his hands: "It's hard to explain to Ross."

"No need to explain, he can't come back." Xiao Han interrupted him.

"The video has been released. Now the whole world knows that the military is hunting down a hero who saved the Earth."

Tony blinked. "Wait, what video, Jarvis? You didn't even remind me!"

Jarvis immediately projected Xiao Han’s global declaration into the air.

After reading it, Tony's mouth twitched: "You are really becoming more and more like a villain, Xiao."

Xiao Han remained noncommittal: "I just want them to face reality."

Kara stood aside, looking around SHIELD's high-tech facilities with interest: "So, this is the Justice League headquarters in your world?"

"That's about right." Tony shrugged.

"But we are cooler. At least we don't have teammates who turn evil."

Banner sighed, "Tony, what now?"

Tony put away his joking expression and said seriously: "Simple, you will officially join the scientific research department of S.H.I.E.L.D., and I will give you the laboratory with the highest authority."

He winked, "By the way, we can continue working on Hulkbuster Armor 1.0. This is for you."

Banner smiled helplessly: "You are really persistent."

Xiao Han looked at Tony: "As for the government, I am ready to send them to see God at any time."
