"So, I can look at it freely?" Gao Yun put his hands on his hips and looked at a short sword standing on the platform in front of him, which was used for testing. Obviously, after the propulsion device was completed, it would be tested with the short sword in front of him. "It seems to be a little different from the standard model?" Unlike the short sword with its slender limbs, the short sword in front of him seemed to be a little more "sturdy".

"Based on combat data from the North Sichuan base and Southeast Asia, some improvements were made, but after testing, they weren't very meaningful, so we used them as a test machine." Kinias glanced at the person in front of him and, displaying his businessman-like nature, spoke to people in a way that suited them.

"Oh?" Major General Gao Yun looked up at the short sword. "To be honest, your G Project is so outstanding that it has shocked us. Ye's Heavy Industry actually completed the research and development independently."

"Hmm, not bad, easy to handle." This was Versailles, belonging to Kinias. When it came to technique, in front of his brother-in-law, there were very few who, throughout the entire One Year War, could stand up straight and speak loudly to him.

Three-meter furnace linkage!

Mifi Abu Salas 3!

One blow can knock down half a mountain; if you can do that, then you do it.

"..." Major General Gao Yun coughed twice after being startled by Kinias's words. "I have been pushing forward with Operation V. When your Plan G was brought out, it did scare a lot of people."

"..." Kinias's eyes flickered, and he said something that seemed unrelated, "I heard that the 100mm machine gun order from Bazhou has been cut in half."

"..." Gao Yun took a deep breath. Although he did not push this matter, he knew what was going on without a doubt. Too many groups had invested their efforts and resources in Operation V. Now, with the sudden emergence of Project G, the production capacity of nearly four battalions of MS that have already been delivered has already frightened everyone. Dawn Heavy Machinery Manufacturing Company has blocked too many people's way.

However, Kinias's words left Gao Yun speechless. Bazhou was under pressure from some people and had stopped the delivery of the 100mm machine gun that was originally intended for Shuguang Heavy Machinery Company. But no one expected that three days later, Shuguang Heavy Machinery Company would send a TYPE59 90mm machine gun to Chabro for testing.

The 40-round standard 90mm magazine immediately captivated the Federal Army commander returning from the front lines... The 100mm machine guns produced by Yashu only had 28-round magazines, and no driver would refuse a larger magazine. Moreover, it also came with a 75-round drum magazine—oh, that was truly exciting!

After testing and confirming that the power of the fired shells was not much different from that of 100mm, the Federal Army decisively canceled the recent batches of 100mm machine gun orders from Bazhou, and had Ye's Heavy Industry begin small-scale production of the TYPE59 90mm machine guns they had submitted to see how they would perform on the battlefield.

Naturally, after this incident, just as Kinias had said, Bazhou Heavy Industry's production line was "miraculously" repaired quickly and immediately resumed stable supply. It didn't even delay the production schedule of the batch of 100mm machine guns that they had previously expressed their "apologies" to Ye's Heavy Industry.

“I don’t represent them,” Gao Yun said bluntly. After all, he knew that he was here because of this incident. He hadn’t really offended Ye’s Heavy Industries. Even if he couldn’t deliver the goods, it had nothing to do with Ye’s Heavy Industries. At most, he would be fined. With the entire Earth Federation Forces relying on the short swords produced by Project G to fight against the Zeon Army’s Zaku, the combination of Ye’s Heavy Industries and Dawn Heavy Machinery Manufacturing Company was almost invincible. “But I want to talk to you.”

"Oh? Why didn't you come to me?" Ye Ning's voice came from behind. Kinias's lips curled into a barely perceptible smile. He was very satisfied with Ye Ning. She had everything he needed for a perfect wife: beauty, noble status, outstanding ability, and the ability to take care of the things he found troublesome.

Just like this "trouble" right in front of us!

Kinias hung up the phone right in front of Gao Yun without any hesitation. Yes, it was him who had called. Kinias didn't intend to waste any more words with Gao Yun. He had too many things to do, and recently Ye Ning had been catching him at the appointed time every day to eat, take his medicine, exercise, and sleep.

Therefore, Kinias didn't have time to waste with Gao Yun; he was too pressed for time. He then gestured to Ye Ning and prepared to get up and leave to continue his experiment.

As a result, Ye Ning hugged him and kissed him on the cheek. Kinias patted Ye Ning's back helplessly, indicating that he still had a lot of things to deal with.

"Tonight..." Ye Ning squinted, grabbing Ginyas's collar as if to help him straighten his clothes, but giving Ginyas a look that said, "If you stand me up again tonight, you're dead." Ginyas nodded helplessly and indulgently, which was considered an agreement.

"Hmph!" Ye Ning reluctantly let go of his hand. Kinias nodded to Gao Yun again and left.

“…It’s because I don’t want to talk to you.” Gao Yun shrugged. He finally understood their interaction. Those idiots never dreamed that they were a couple! This meant that Shuguang Heavy Machinery and Ye’s Heavy Industry were now one entity! Keep dreaming. So Gao Yun spoke frankly, “But now it seems that talking to him inevitably involves talking to you.”

“It makes things much easier once you understand this.” Ye Ning smiled and brushed a strand of hair back, the tenderness in her eyes quickly fading. “So… what is the person in charge of this crucial V operation doing here at this time, coming to the contractor of Project G?”

"Let's talk about cooperation." Gao Yun said seriously. Although he may have had some other thoughts before, after confirming that Ye Ning, the well-known nine-tailed fox in the Federation, was actually paired with Kinias, he felt sorry for Kinias and thought their idea of breaking up the alliance between Dawn Heavy Machinery Manufacturing Company and Ye's Heavy Industry was foolish. This well-known nine-tailed fox of the Ye family has never lost since she entered the business world at the age of 16. This time... it seems that Ye's Heavy Industry is going to win again.

This is why many people previously thought Ye Yun was a spoiled brat. After all, his sister's aura was too dazzling, and Ye Yun's actions showed no sign of having any chance to surpass his sister!

Now that war has broken out, the performance of Ye Yun's Shuguang Heavy Machinery Manufacturing Company has slapped everyone in the face! They even went to the battlefield for another round of fighting.

Regardless of what Ye Yun did before, he is the only MS supplier currently available to the Federation Army, and he is also a co-founder! Isn't that a pleasant surprise?

"Cooperation?! About what? V Operation, as the favored son, has already started producing short swords at the Federation Army Headquarters. You should have obtained most of the information on Project G by now. After all, both you and the Federation Army Headquarters think that Project G is just an alternative solution, right?" Ye Ning spread his hands, not knowing whether he was mocking himself or ridiculing the other party for being blind.

"It's amazing! At least in my personal opinion, your G Project is amazing!" Gao Yun shook his head, denying Ye Ning's statement. "Leaving aside the desperately extreme cost control and ease of maintenance, the many intelligent operation concepts alone have forced Operation V to learn from them." Gao Yun sighed. After obtaining the GAT-01 short sword data, Operation V almost had to start all over again, but time didn't allow it now.

Especially regarding human-computer interaction, MS pilots who had used the Dagger at Federation Headquarters often had the same reaction when piloting the RX-77 Guncannon, a test unit for Operation V: "What kind of eyesore is this?! Can it even fight? It doesn't even have an automatic shell impact calibration function. What, I have to do it manually? What's the point of having such a broken computer? Wouldn't it be better to disassemble it to reduce weight and lower heat dissipation requirements?"

"There's no other way. My brother has always felt that training pilots is too difficult, but the casualty rate of MS pilots is not low. So, in order to enable the Federation to have a relatively high number of MS pilots as soon as possible, the only way is to make the machines intelligent. Of course, when he went crazy, he said that he wanted Kinias to develop autonomous combat MS that could cooperate with manned machines in combat, and Kinias thought he was crazy." Ye Ning spread his hands, a smile on his lips, as if he had seized another opportunity to mock his younger brother.

Oh, but... it seems... it seems... the development of that system called MD (Mobile Puppet) is one of the few sub-projects that, like TYPE59, wasn't executed by him and Kinias. Ye Ning suddenly felt that he should go back and check on the development progress of this system.

"..." Gao Yun pondered for a moment after hearing this idea, and then sighed, "When you contacted me back then, not giving you direct support was probably my biggest mistake. Your brother's idea... is already enough to affect the strategic level."

To win, you need numbers! This is a fact that every general should know.

After this encounter in Africa, the entire Earth Federation suddenly became much more confident! As long as a sufficient number of short swords can be deployed in the battle, overwhelming Zeon on the Earth battlefield will be almost no problem.

As for space! The Earth Federation has secretly collected a batch of space-operation industrial lionesses and sent them to Luna 2. They can't exactly say it's for ship repair or polishing the surface of Luna 2, can they?

Therefore, Ye Yun's ideas are most likely no longer just an influence; it wouldn't be an exaggeration to say they dominate.

"So... Major General Gao Yun, what exactly can you offer us in this trade?" Ye Ning's lips curled up, as if there might be a surprise today.

"Federal standard miniaturized Minovsky particle reactor, E-CAP technology, and the soon-to-be-completed magnetic coating technology—how about it, are you interested?" Gao Yun looked at Ye Ning in front of him; the Ye family's nine-tailed fox lived up to its name.

"So what's the price?" Ye Ning smiled, it seemed the other party was asking for a lot, even giving away such core technology.

"Ye's Heavy Industry joins Operation V." Gao Yun took a deep breath. They didn't have many cards to play. If Dawn Heavy Machinery Manufacturing and Ye's Heavy Industry continued to expand their production capacity under the pressure of the Federation Army, then after Operation V was completed, they might face the inertia of the entire MS system brought about by the fact that the Earth Federation Army had already equipped itself with at least three thousand short swords. No, it wasn't inertia, but the fact that the entire system was built around Project G, including the combat system!

What's the point of V Operation? Doesn't Commissioner Smith's life matter?

"Oh~ not including Dawn?" Seeing the other party's good sincerity, Ye Ning added a little weight. If his side joined, it would naturally mean that the entire G Project system's technology would be included, including the G Project Phase II core "backpack" system that the Federation was already looking forward to. Ye Ning saw Gao Yun staring intently at the backpack that was in operation and curled the corner of his mouth. There was no doubt that the other party also wanted it.

"If possible, that would be best." Gao Yun smiled. If these two joined, the competition might change from systemic competition to... internal resource allocation, which would be great news for everyone.

"I have prepared a banquet; let's eat and talk."

"it is good!"

Chapter Fifty-Seven: Aerial Observation

"Is this the mining city? It really is just a tiny dot." Ye Yun sat in the passenger seat of the Sky Disc, peering down at the surroundings, and couldn't help but sigh. No matter how magnificent a city is on the ground, it's just a tiny dot when viewed from 9000 meters above.

"Colonel Ye Yun, the Zeon forces have recently increased their airdrops into the mining city by 20%. It seems your ground battles have pushed them to their limits." The FF-3 Swordfish pilot accompanying Ye Yun circled around nearby, telling him what they knew.

"20%? That means it's not urgent enough. Theoretically speaking, we've already wiped out all the MS at the mining base, and they've only increased by 20%..." Ye Yun nodded. 20% is a small amount, not too much, not too little. It's a small contribution from the Southeast Asian theater to pulling up the entire Zeon army's transport capacity.

However, in reality, for the mining base to restore the original production capacity of this mining city, not to mention the time required, the investment in equipment alone would be a huge sum. It's hard to say whether the mere 20% represents equipment invested by the other side or additional personnel and technical equipment to supplement the mining base.

"Zeon military aircraft detected approaching!" The operator at the rear of the spaceship carrying Ye Yun announced. "This aircraft is initiating its return journey." Because a high-ranking officer of the Earth Federation Forces was on board (Ye Yun was, in a sense, the de facto commander of the Federation Forces in Southeast Asia, which is why the Air Force was willing to give him face), the spaceship, which was not flying very fast, immediately chose to turn back upon detecting the signal from the Zeon military's Dop.

The basic structure of the Sky Disc is a long-range early warning aircraft, so it naturally cannot get too close to the front line. The fact that it can conduct close reconnaissance like this is simply because the Zeon forces lack sufficient air defense capabilities and high-altitude interception capabilities! As for the Zeon fighters that take off, they are naturally dealt with by the accompanying Federation FF-3 Swordfish.

"Haha! These cowards have finally decided to come out!" The pilot of the FF-3 Swordfish was overjoyed. Unlike the previous stage of rapid advance on the ground, the Zeon forces had no "control" in the sky. As the Zeon forces' air superiority aircraft, the Dop... let alone its combat power, there were only so many of them! And there was also a ghost story about it.

Maintainability of Dopp's thermonuclear engine!

After seeing the actual product, the Federation's logistics soldiers had only one thought: "Zeon's logistics and mechanics, why haven't you rebelled yet? Are you boneless?!"

So today is a good day for the Federation's air pilots!

"Colonel Ye Yun, reconnaissance mission terminated, please return to base! All aircraft, follow me to engage the enemy." The escort squadron leader said this decisively, and then led his pilots to turn their aircraft and fly straight towards the direction where the radar detected the approaching Zeon aircraft.

"Colonel Ye Yun." The pilot turned the plane around and glanced at Ye Yun. To be honest, he was a little afraid that Ye Yun would insist on staying on the front line of air combat to observe the battle situation. After all, Ye Yun was now considered a mid-to-upper-level officer in the Federal Army. Even if he was a pilot from another branch of the military, it would be difficult for him to defy Ye Yun's orders.

"Leave the professionals to the professionals." Ye Yun nodded decisively, saying nothing more. After all, his life was precious, and there was no need to put on any unnecessary airs. "We're heading back."

"Yes!" The pilot of the Sky Disc secretly breathed a sigh of relief and immediately began to make a sharp turn. Of course, due to its shape, even a sharp turn was slow compared to normal aircraft such as the FF-3 Swordfish escorting the Sky Disc. Otherwise, if the movement was too large, this turtle-shaped aircraft would immediately lose control and spin vertically towards the ground, with no chance of being saved.

Meanwhile, the FF-3 Swordfish had already begun launching long-range missiles. In the high-speed world, these missiles might be affected by Minovsky particle interference, greatly reducing their hit rate. However, this also meant that the Swordfish had to launch the missiles as soon as possible, gaining a lead time and creating a chance for the missiles to be effective before the enemy reached a level where the concentration of Minovsky particles could interfere with the missile's hit.

Ye Yun listened to a series of combat command voices coming from behind. Although Dopp had many flaws, one thing had to be admitted: he was incredibly strong, especially when using thrust, his acceleration in a straight line was indeed very powerful.

So almost immediately they entered a chase-and-run situation, and then the missile entered the Minovsky particle heavy interference zone formed by the Doppler-launched chaff.

GG!

Then the Dopp and the FF-3 Swordfish fighters got entangled, both using their most advanced technology to engage in the most primitive cannon dogfight. Further away, a squadron of Federation fighters was rushing towards their position; clearly, none of the air force veterans wanted to miss the chance to add satellites to their aircraft's tails.

"..." Ye Yun listened to the constant replies coming from the control console behind him, his eyes flickered. It seemed that his biggest gain this time was not from taking a few glances at the mining city from thousands of meters in the air, but from actually experiencing the operation mode of the air force.

The operational models of the four branches of the military—land, sea, air, and space—are all different! Even the most similar branches, the Navy and the Space Force, still have huge differences. Under such circumstances, it's really a bit difficult to ask Ye Yun, who hasn't even figured out the Army, to understand the Air Force's operational model.

Just by flying this long-range early warning aircraft, the Sky Disc, and listening to the constant calls and conversations between the air force personnel, Ye Yun felt he had gained some understanding of the air force. However, what left Ye Yun somewhat speechless was that, even in this day and age, the air force veterans were actually back to engaging in close-quarters aerial combat with cannons.

"The control tower asked if we needed escort aircraft. The Zeon fighters haven't broken through the Swordfish's defenses." The pilot loosened his breathing mask and spoke to Ye Yun in a relatively relaxed manner. He noticed that Ye Yun was frowning, as if he was thinking about something, so he only asked once and didn't ask again.

"No need." Ye Yun thought for a moment. "If possible, let's speed up the return trip."

"Yes!"

————————————————————————————————————————

"How did you manage to stir up a hornet's nest by flying around?" Aina said with a smile when Ye Yun got off the plane and returned to the tactical conference room at the airport, showing no trace of her previous tense and almost collapsing attitude.

"How would I know? The Air Force guys said they fly this route almost every day, and they're not really sure why the Zeon forces are acting like they're on steroids today," Ye Yun said irritably. He walked to the water dispenser in the corner, filled his glass with water, gulped down two glasses, and then shook his head. "Fortunately, the Air Force seems to have been looking for an opportunity for a decisive aerial battle... How's the situation now?"

“According to the latest news, the Zeon forces have suffered heavy losses and are almost forced to retreat back to ground-controlled areas,” Aina said with a smile, clearly pleased with the outcome. “So, what were your impressions after experiencing aerial combat?”

"It would be incredibly foolish not to take advantage of the current situation, when the Zeon forces are constantly being decimated and replenished, and deliver a decisive blow." Ye Yun took a deep breath and gestured for his staff officers to come closer. "In the first phase of the battle, we already wiped out the vast majority of the Zeon forces. Now, the biggest problem facing us is the 5000-meter-high plateau and the uninhabited area. The Zeon forces are only managing to reach the mining city by relying on supplies dropped from the rails..."

Ye Yun narrowed his eyes. "But I hope they will like my next idea."

Ye Yun's idea was simple: at an altitude of 5000 meters, the soldiers of the Zeon army had not adapted. For everyone, high-intensity combat would definitely cause huge problems. This had nothing to do with supplies; it was simply a matter of how well the human body could adapt to the high altitude. The roof of the world was not a kind place, unless the soldiers of the Zeon army were all superhumans who had lived in decompression chambers for a long time.

"So we don't have much time left. If we really let the Zeon army adapt to high-altitude operations, then we will lose all the advantages of the surprise attack." Ye Yun took a deep breath. According to the current records of the Federation Army, "Our surprise attack should not be mainly based on infantry. If possible, this will be a battle in which mobile suits take the lead."

Ye Yun took a deep breath. His biggest hesitation was whether to place his hopes solely on one or a few pieces of equipment. After all, the margin for error was too low. Moreover, Ye Yun was unsure how the MS would fare in such a high-intensity combat environment and whether its inherent weakness in endurance would be exposed.

"You've made your decision?" Several staff officers' eyes gleamed. They understood what Ye Yun had been hesitating about, but clearly, they were even more optimistic about the combat effectiveness of the Short Sword in this matter than Ye Yun himself! After all, at this moment, the number of mobile suits held by the Southeast Asian base was overwhelmingly superior to that of the Zeon forces! As long as the Zeon forces weren't resupplyed, they had a high chance of crushing the Zeon forces, who hadn't yet completed their mining city reconstruction, by using the tactic of air-dropped mobile suits for surprise attacks!

Now that Ye Yun has made up his mind, that's certainly the best outcome!

"Yes, we must resolve this problem as soon as possible, then we have a new task."

"Yes!"

Chapter Fifty-Eight: A Joyful Gathering During a Break

"It seems the logistics kitchen hasn't disobeyed my orders at least." Ye Yun pushed open the door to a dimly lit warehouse where about twenty people were gathered. Ye Yun walked over and looked at the dishes in front of them. Yes, they were indeed all issued according to the standards for junior officers, and as the company commander, Sima's lunchbox contained significantly more food than the other soldiers.

"Thank you, at least you've never treated us badly when it's our last meal." Sima nodded to Ye Yun, her attitude considered friendly?

"Well, you've eaten a little too much of this last meal before your execution, but I do hope you can eat a little more!" Ye Yun put down the wooden box in his hand. "Two bottles of red wine, each costing 16300, as a reward for this victory." Ye Yun placed the red wine on the table, followed by two packs of cigarettes. "I don't smoke, so this is the best the quartermaster could get. I hope you like it. As for other rewards, besides the money, I'm sorry, but due to your special circumstances, you won't receive medals or anything like that."

At this point, Ye Yun shrugged. "Many people saw your struggle. Consider this a small interest you got for those who died. Thank you for your hard work." After saying that, Ye Yun didn't say anything more, saluted, and turned to leave.

"So this is compensation?" An MS driver stared blankly at the cigarettes and alcohol in front of him and asked loudly.

Ye Yun, who was about to leave, glanced back at them, waved his hand, showed no interest in explaining, closed the door, and left.

"..." The group of people stared at the cigarettes and alcohol, somewhat stunned.

To be honest, what Sima said about the last meal wasn't too exaggerated. After all, the food in the Zeon army was average. The food that junior officers in the mess hall could get was probably only available to colonels in the Zeon army. In terms of treatment, neither Ye Yun nor the Federation treated them badly.

Just as Ye Yun had said before, he would give them the best weapons and the best treatment, and they would become his sharpest blades to stab Zeon! Ye Yun's act of bringing them cigarettes and alcohol was completely unexpected. They originally thought Ye Yun was there to win them over, but shouldn't he have said something more before leaving? What did that mean?!

“16000 red wine…” Sima picked up her water bottle, poured out the energy drink inside, uncorked the bottle, and poured it all in. One bottle filled the entire bottle. She took a sip, smacked her lips, and handed it to the person next to her. “It’s definitely not something the military supply company can buy. That bastard Ye Yun is really willing to spend money.”

"Let me have a taste!" A group of former Zeon soldiers quickly passed the wine around, each taking a sip and finishing the wine in no time. The wine glass was quickly emptied.

"Why are you looking at me? It's opened! Are you going to take it back and keep it as a keepsake?" Sima shrugged, noticing everyone staring at her, indicating they should leave. "We'll have another bottle, and another one! And it'll be more expensive! Better!" Sima felt her phone vibrate, picked it up, glanced at it, paused, took a deep breath, and then laughed, tears streaming down her face. "Perhaps, we've found our new way of living."

These former Zeon soldiers did not refute Sima, because they had all received news that the Federation Army's bonuses, kill MS and combat allowances had been distributed to them.

Just as Ye Yun said, they won't lack for treatment. Their "combat allowance" is much higher than that of ordinary federal soldiers, so they were stunned when they saw the "allowance" amount they received!

"Let's drink until we drop! To hell with Zeon!" a soldier shouted.

"Oh!" The loud response even pierced through the heavy hangar doors, reaching Ye Yun's ears as he walked to his jeep. Ye Yun shook his head. These guys... well, enjoying life while you can is a good thing. They're probably already in a situation where no one's in front of them, and as for what's behind them... who knows what the future holds? Since they're getting the benefits, they might as well indulge themselves...

"They seem quite happy?" Aina looked at Ye Yun. "Where are they going next?"

"Gao Long and the others are having hot pot. Let's go join in the fun." Ye Yun put down his phone and said with a smile. Compared to Xima and the others' somewhat lonely self-entertainment, Gao Long and the others were having a much more lively time.

Besides their own 09 squad, there were also quite a few Federation officers and soldiers who came to join in the fun. After all, in the previous phase of the battle, the most outstanding performers were Nores's 01 squad and Gao Long's 09 squad. These two squads were almost the core of the battle, launching a frontal attack and attracting a huge amount of Zeon firepower. Even Sima and the others admitted that without the fierce attack of these two squads, their operation would not have been so easy.

At present, after Ye Yun's rear guard set up defenses at the valley exit, the remaining people built a temporary forward base inside the valley to carry out final maintenance before the offensive operation and gradually acclimatize to the high altitude.

"Cheers!" Before Ye Yun and his group even got close, they could already hear the lively sounds coming from that direction. Clearly, this hot pot meal wasn't just a gathering of one or two small teams.

"Miss Aina, Colonel Ye Yun." The difference in kinship between them was immediately apparent from Nores's way of addressing him.

"Congratulations, Norres, you've been promoted to major." Aina thanked Norres happily.

"Hahaha... Colonel Ye Yun exaggerated too much in the battle report." Nores laughed happily. In any case, it was a fact that his ability was recognized. Of course, the effusive praise in Ye Yun's battle report also played a very important role. The Earth Federation Army Headquarters readily promoted both him and Gao Long. However, Gao Long's service started a little later than his, so he was not promoted to the rank of colonel. But he is now a captain.

Both are now recognized as ace pilots by the Federation Forces, and their internal combat battle was even used as a propaganda video for the Federation's mobile suit units. Now, not only do the Federation's mobile suit units know the names of Nores and Koryo, but even Zeon has begun to focus on collecting information about the two.

"Nores! This is the wine Ye Yun prepared, congratulations!" Aina handed Nores a box of the same red wine that she had given to Sima and the others. However, she gave Sima and the others two bottles, but gave Nores a box of two bottles, since the closeness of family members is still very important.

"Don't look at me. I've already transferred the cash to your captain's family. You can try to get some from Nores." Seeing the members of Squad 09 looking at him expectantly, Ye Yun didn't hesitate to pour cold water on their hopes.

"Thank you." Gao Long smiled and nodded to Ye Yun. Having a boss who knows your habits is indeed a blessing for any worker.

"Here you go!" Nores tossed a bottle over. He and Gao Long had been cooperating very well today. The two of them led the team and covered each other's attacks. Even though the teammates around him were not very skilled (after such a long period of fighting, calling them rookies was no longer appropriate), having such an expert by his side gave him a strong sense of security.

"Thanks." Gao Long didn't stand on ceremony. He opened the bottle, poured himself a glass, and then, like Nores, handed it to the team members next to him. His smile was very natural. However, there were far more people here than the twenty-odd people in Squadron 666. The two bottles of red wine were gone before they even finished circulating around the area.
