Oink sighed.

"I initially told it to stay obediently in the sewer, and if it couldn't make it, it could come and be my doorman."

The pig-headed man shook his head.

"Some dogs just want to be strays."

"The ox and horse said."

"Ah."

Oink responded faintly, and the shadow shrank back to its feet.

"Alright, lie down now."

It dragged a wooden slaughter table from the corner, soaked in layers of blood and filth.

"hurry up."

Niu Ma kicked Liu Zheng.

Liu Zheng walked over and lay face down on the slaughter table.

Why won't you look at me directly? Are you scared?

Oink scoffed.

"I've seen pigs slaughtered face down."

He said in a muffled voice.

"You seem to be trying to provoke me."

Oink sneered.

"I didn't mean to, I just couldn't control myself. What Niu Ma said is true, I have something wrong with my head."

Liu Zheng explained.

His irritability caused him to lose control of his anger, and he occasionally couldn't help but provoke others.

"It's okay, you won't have to control it for a while."

As Oink spoke, he raised his butcher's knife.

With the first cut, it removed its head.

With the second cut, it removed the hands and feet.

The third cut removed the internal organs.

With the final cut, it split in two.

Liu Zheng gritted his teeth and didn't make a sound the whole time.

He saw himself as a tree, and Oink was just pruning his branches.

Perhaps it was this self-hypnosis that worked; Liu Zheng's senses became increasingly dulled, but eventually, he felt almost no pain at all.

"All done!"

Oink yelled and ripped off his dirty apron, covering his face with it.

Liu Zhengyuan opened his eyes.

He saw nothing and heard nothing.

"So this is what an 'empty shell' is."

A final thought flashed through his mind before he fell into eternal silence.

"The emergency rations have been used automatically."

The system's cold voice suddenly rang out.

The wriggling chunk of flesh appeared out of thin air and then crawled into Liu Zheng's mouth.

"So that's what they were relying on."

Oink watched with his arms crossed, a cold smile on his face.

"You didn't say it was impossible."

The oxen and horses laughed and joked.

"This is the first and last time."

Oink said seriously.

"Of course, of course."

The ox and horse wiped away a cold sweat.

Although it knew the pig-headed man's personality before it dared to do this, it was only after hearing those words that it truly felt at ease.

Who knows if Oink will go crazy? It once wrecked half a restaurant.

"You think highly of this human?"

Looking at Liu Zheng, who was still unconscious, Oink suddenly asked.

Otherwise, cattle and horses would never dare to risk their wrath by playing such a petty trick.

"He got me a vacation voucher for two to Paradise Island, and also got me a pompadour vest from that tree."

The ox and horse stopped smiling.

"I think this kid might actually be capable of accomplishing something."

"is it?"

Oink suddenly walked to a stove and picked up the pot.

Then he pried open Liu Zheng's mouth and poured all the soup from the pot into it, completely ignoring the fact that his mouth was scalded and discolored.

"Let's wait and see."

Chapter 28 Lucky Clown

"Wake up, wake up."

Liu Zheng was woken up by a series of slaps.

He opened his eyes, and what came into view was the bull's large face.

"Hey bro, you have to brush your teeth after you eat."

He said subconsciously.

"I've never seen you use it."

Bull Head rolled his eyes.

"Hurry up, there's no time left."

It extended its broken horn and hooked Liu Zheng up.

"Did you get the money?"

He stretched his limbs and asked.

It feels no different from before I started selling meat. Is it because as long as I don't become an empty shell, it doesn't have much of an impact?

"Here."

The ox and horse opened their mouths and spat out a wallet.

Liu Zheng picked it up and opened it; inside was a full stack of banknotes with patterns he couldn't understand printed on them.

"Where to go next?"

he asked.

"You still have to deliver food, so you can't go to those entertainment venues."

Niu Ma said regretfully.

He cooked that pot of rat-man soup for dinner, but who knew this kid wouldn't play by the rules.

"Making money is the most important thing."

Liu Zheng comforted him.

"That's true. Let me think about what you can do."

The ox and horse fell into thought.

"You definitely can't fight in a boxing match. Even a flyweight could kill you with one punch."

It shook its head first.

Liu Zheng did not refute.

With his current strength and speed, he could easily win numerous boxing championship belts in the real world.

But in this bizarre world, he can only bully the security guards at the entrance of the residential area.

“Smuggling won’t work either. I’m going on vacation in a few days and won’t have time to find a buyer.”

"You can't even pick up a bargain; you obviously have no taste."

Niu and Ma proposed several solutions, which were then rejected one by one.

"Forget it, let's go."

It stepped toward a door.

"What are you going for?"

"Of course, I'm going to take a gamble."

The cattle and horses returned.

-

"There are so many people."

Looking at the bustling crowd in the casino, Liu Zheng couldn't help but sigh.

Although, there was almost no one inside.

Aside from himself, the closest thing to human form was a demon with ram horns and a tail.

The other customers can only be described as having a very free-spirited appearance.

If this happened in real life, I could make twenty or thirty horror movies and still have money to spare.

Noticing that Liu was looking it over, the demon even raised its glass in a friendly gesture.

"Don't mess with that guy."

The ox and horse reminded him.

Is it dangerous?

Liu Zheng obediently looked away.

"I wouldn't actually fight back, but he's the biggest gambler in this casino. If he targets you, this little bit of money won't be enough to cover your losses."

"The ox and horse said."

"Then why did you drag me here to gamble?"

He said speechlessly.

He thought the oxen and horses had some kind of sure-fire way to win.

Is this the result?

"Nonsense, besides gambling and robbery, what else can make you rich overnight?"

"Then why not just rob someone?"

Liu Zheng asked earnestly.

With their skills, they could easily kill anyone in a robbery.
