"Why didn't you tell me? You must have known, right?" Eriri glared at Gao Yumo, demanding an explanation.

"It's no use talking about it. Do you still dare to go out and clarify? Let them say what they want. Besides, everyone has their own secrets, and you have yours too, don't you?" Gao Yumo said indifferently. Anyway, in middle school, he spent more time with Eriri than with her other friends, so misunderstandings were inevitable.

Even though Eriri didn't have any of those thoughts at first during middle school, and her relationship with Takayuki was simply that of close friends, she couldn't resist the gossip from her classmates.

However, the student council members and other students had a different understanding. After all, he often went to see Kaguya, so they were among the few who could guess some things. But they dared not spread it, as neither the Takaha family nor the Shinomiya family were people they dared to mess with.

"Even if you say that, what secrets could I possibly have?" As soon as Eriri heard Gao Yumo mention her secret, she immediately stopped pursuing the matter of why Gao Yumo hadn't told her. After all, she would feel very embarrassed if her secret were revealed. What if Gao Yumo made her reveal her password?

"How could there not be? Kashiwagi Eri, waaaaah." Gao Yumo had just finished speaking when Eriri quickly covered her mouth. Eriri also glanced at Kaguya, and seeing that she didn't react, she breathed a sigh of relief. Fortunately, Kaguya didn't know what it was. After all, she's a young lady, she shouldn't know these things, right?

"How did you know?" Eriri leaned against Gao Yumo, covering his mouth with one hand and asking in his ear, not wanting Kaguya to hear.

"Uuuuuuuuuuuuuu"

Eriri let go of her hand before Gao Yumo spoke.

"Your mom? I've been to your house. She was very kind and told me everything about you." Gao Yumo said with a smile. Xiaobaihe is really nice. She showed him pictures of Eriri when she was little. She's so cute and treats him like her son-in-law.

"Ah! Mom!" Eriri never expected that she would be betrayed by her mother.

Kaguya, standing nearby, narrowed her eyes. What were these two whispering about that she didn't know about? It must be related to the name Gao Yumo had just mentioned—was it Eriri's online name? She'd have Ai check it out later.

She glanced at Ai behind her, and Hayasaka Ai nodded. She didn't know much about these things either, so she took out her phone and started looking them up.

The young lady is still so bad at electronic products. Gao Yumo bought her a phone a long time ago, but she still can't use it properly, even though I've taught her so many times.

Meanwhile, Eriri only then realized how close and intimate the two of them were. She blushed and moved away a little. Of course, if Kaguya and the others hadn't been there, she definitely wouldn't have moved away and would probably have stayed close for a while longer.

"Ahem, let's continue. Sakura finished talking and then said Umaru. She can be in charge of testing the game; she loves playing anyway." Gao Yumo steered the conversation back to what they were originally discussing.

Kaguya was still waiting for the results of the love query, but there was still no response. Hearing Gao Yumo's words, she retorted.

"She can play without joining, since it's just a game anyway."

“That’s true, but since joining or not joining makes no difference, why not join? It’ll be more fun.” Gao Yumo knew this too, but since they were both at home anyway, they might as well join to make up the numbers.

"However, Umaru can actually handle anything once she joins. She learns very quickly, and since it's something she's definitely interested in, like game development, she'll be very motivated. The same goes for Yuki; she's also very smart and learns quickly. She can learn whatever is needed for production on the spot, which will just give her more experience," Gao Yumo added. Both of them can be considered genius girls.

Kaguya could only nod in agreement, and she wouldn't deny the intelligence of Umaru and Yuki.

"Nami and Sakura are in charge of logistics together. As the club grows bigger and more people join, logistics may become very difficult."

"Next is you." Gao Yumo looked at Kaguya.

"Me? What do you want me to do?" Kaguya also wanted to know what Gao Yumo wanted her to do.

“Of course you’ll be in charge of sales. You’re definitely good at that. Although our work will definitely be sold through the company I found, we need someone to handle the liaison, and you can definitely do that.” Gao Yumo looked at Huiye’s expression and, seeing no dissatisfaction, breathed a sigh of relief.

“That works, I can help you. It will also broaden my experience and knowledge.” Kaguya nodded in agreement.

The biggest difference between Kaguya Shinomiya growing up in the Takaha family and the Shinomiya family is in terms of experience. In the Shinomiya family, regardless of whether she is valued or not, she will definitely be allowed to attend various banquets, for whatever reason.

At Gao Yu's house, banquets and other nobles are nowhere to be seen. Gao Yu Mo basically doesn't participate in those events. He might go to some events that interest him, or if Gao Yu Yang Kui wants him to meet someone. But most of the time, he doesn't go.

As a result, Kaguya Shinomiya has not participated in any banquets or similar events since coming to the Takaha family. She is quite satisfied with this, as those banquets are really troublesome. Of course, she only has some memories of banquets from her childhood, as well as some from the internet and books.

At Takaha's house, Kaguya's favorite things to do are reading and watching TV. As for computers and mobile phones, she's not very good at them.

Gao Yumo would often take her and others out to play, so Kaguya's life at the Gao Yu family was definitely better than when she stayed at the Shinomiya family.

I drew all four comics in Chapter 26.

"And then there's Xiao Ai. Don't you know programming? Do you have any questions?" Gao Yumo continued, looking at Hayasaka Ai. Hayasaka Ai's computer skills were quite good, completely the opposite of Kaguya's.

"I can," Hayasaka Ai said calmly, but her face was slightly red upon closer inspection. As for why, Gao Yumo had been paying attention to her movements, as well as Kaguya's movements. Ai must have investigated Eriri's secret, Kashiwagi Eri.

That's an artist who draws 18+ pictures, so you can imagine what kind of stuff came up in the search results. And Hayasaka Ai isn't as calm as she seems on the surface; that's just a facade. She can't completely ignore 18+ pictures either.

Although she was torn about whether to show it to Kaguya, she finally decided to show it, but not now; she would show it to the young lady when she returned to her room.

Meanwhile, on Gao Yumo's other side, Kato Megumi, who was ignored by everyone, remained unresponsive. Listening to everyone's conversation, she knew it wasn't her turn yet.

So when Gao Yumo mentioned Eriri's secret, she also looked it up. Gao Yumo saw her reaction; her face instantly turned red, and her expression became less calm, making her look quite cute. But the reason for this change in cuteness was hard to fathom.

"We've finished explaining our family's arrangements. Do you have any objections?" Gao Yumo asked Huiye after explaining the arrangements made by her family.

“If that’s all, then let’s do as Eriri said and take a look at your proposal.” Kaguya glanced at Ai, wondering why she wasn’t showing her what she had found, but decided to leave it for now. She calmly answered Gao Yumo’s question.

"Alright, then please come to my room. All my proposals are here." Gao Yumo stood up. He had prepared several proposals for them to choose from, and he also had his new comics for them to select.

"Your room? I've never been to your room before," Kaguya said. Come to think of it, she rarely went to Gao Yumo's room after moving into this house, since Gao Yumo usually went directly to her room.

..

The group arrived at Gao Yumo's room on the second floor. His room was the first one on the right after going up the stairs. This room was the largest in the house, and the other rooms were only half the size of this room.

"Your room is so big!" Eriri exclaimed as she walked in. Not only was the house big, but the room was also big.

“This room is twice the size of the other rooms; our rooms aren’t this big,” Kaguya explained.

"Even half the size is bigger than my room, your house is really big."

"Then you can move in with me," Gao Yumo said nonchalantly.

"Huh? What are you talking about? How could my mom possibly agree to this?" Eriri scoffed. How could her mom possibly agree to something like this? What was she thinking?

"But the truth is, Sayuri has already agreed. I just sent her a message saying that you're moving into my house." Gao Yumo took out his phone and waved it at Eriri. The screen clearly showed the text message interface of Eriri's mother, Sawamura Sayuri, and there was indeed a text message from Gao Yumo and Sayuri's reply.

Eriri snatched Gao Yumo's phone. She would be happy if it were real, but she was afraid it was fake, that Gao Yumo and her mother were conspiring to deceive her. Both of them were capable of such things.

But after she read it once, she found that it was actually true, because Gao Yumo had specifically marked that this was not a joke, and explained why Eriri wanted to move into his house. He had told Xiaobai about the club matters before she agreed. Otherwise, even the most oblivious mother wouldn't easily let her daughter stay at a boy's house, right?

Well, if it's Sayuri, it's quite possible. Gao Yumo really feels that she treats him like a son-in-law, and genuinely believes that he and Eriri will be together in the future. When she talks to him, it's completely like a mother-in-law and son-in-law relationship.

"Do you believe me now? I didn't lie to you." Gao Yumo watched Ying Lili scroll through her phone several times to make sure she wasn't lying.

"Okay, it's true. Why didn't you tell me? What if I didn't agree?" Eriri handed Gao Yumo's phone back to him and said arrogantly.

"If you don't hate it, then I'll convince you. I have plenty of ways." Gao Yumo grinned mischievously, making Eriri completely unwilling to ask what his methods were. Enough had happened today.

Then she looked at the layout of Gao Yumo's room. It was not at all like anime. There were no posters of beautiful girls or figurines. Instead, there was a wall of bookshelves, but there weren't many books on them.

Or rather, there aren't many serious books, it's all manga, and all of them are Shonen Jump, but there aren't many of them either, anyway, it's definitely not a complete collection.

"You didn't collect them all? I thought if you really liked them, you would definitely be able to collect them all with your abilities," Eriri asked curiously.

"Oh, these? I only started buying these after those four manga were published in Weekly Shonen Jump. The ones before that were completely bad," Gao Yumo explained after glancing at them.

Eriri walked over, picked up a book and looked at it. Although she knew nothing about it, she could easily guess which four Gao Yumo was talking about after flipping through the contents of each comic.

"I never realized before that stories can be ranked. Even though I just picked one randomly and don't know the plot of the previous and following stories, I can still feel that these four are completely different from the others. By the way, you're not actually the author of these four manga, are you?" Eriri commented, and then suddenly asked this question.

Gao Yumo was stunned. How did she guess that Eriri had evolved?

"Why do you guess that?" Gao Yumo asked curiously.

"Because everything that happened today surprised me, and we even talked about Shonen Jump today. Since you brought up this topic today, there must be something going on!" Eriri was so surprised by what happened to Gao Yumo today that she made a wild guess, but she actually guessed right.

"It really was drawn by me, you guessed right, this time it's really amazing." Gao Yumo applauded Ying Lili, this time she really did a great job.

"I had expected this, so I'm not that surprised this time." Eriri really didn't show any surprise this time; she must have been surprised enough today.

"But these four authors all have different names. Why did you do that? Wouldn't it be confusing for fans to use four pen names?" Eriri asked curiously after flipping through the copy of Shonen Jump in her hand. She had no doubt about whether Gao Yumo was telling the truth or not; she didn't want to think about it anymore.

"Oh, because these are all practice pieces. My real comics haven't been published yet. I'm taking advantage of the project that I'm going to show you soon to let you see my comics. I'm also planning to change my pen name so I don't have to use these four anymore, and then I won't change my pen name anymore," Gao Yumo explained.

In his line of sight, Kato Megumi walked past Eriri without Eriri reacting at all. Kato Megumi then took out the first book on Takaha Mo's bookshelf, the one where his manga was first published. It seemed that she wanted to learn about it first, and she was probably also a little curious.

"Is that so? These are just practice drawings? This is better than mine! I can tell even though the styles are different." Eriri looked at the manga in her hand. You're telling me this is practice? What am I supposed to do then?

"It's not what you think. Besides, being good at drawing doesn't necessarily mean you can draw good comics. Panel layout, story, and so on all require practice. That's what I mean by practicing," Gao Yumo quickly explained, otherwise Eriri would start to doubt her later.

"I see." Eriri breathed a sigh of relief. As long as she wasn't just there to make up the numbers, it was fine. She didn't know what Eriri was thinking.

"Alright, let me show you my plan. Xiao Ai, don't rummage under my bed. I don't have any erotic books." Gao Yumo clapped her hands to attract the attention of the others, except for Hayasaka Ai, who ran to Gao Yumo's bed after entering the room, wanting to see if she could find anything like what was said online.

After all, Gao Yumo's room is usually cleaned by Kaname and she rarely comes in, so this is an opportunity.

"I was just taking a look, young master, but I didn't expect there really was nothing there." Hayasaka Ai stood up, patted off non-existent dust from her clothes, and said without any embarrassment.

(Please add this to your favorites, guys. Feel free to share any suggestions; it's so quiet here.)

Chapter 27 Three Projects

"After all, I don't need those things. Okay, let me show you my proposal first." Gao Yumo walked to her desk, took out three proposals she had written, and let them choose.

Of course, there's also something fun waiting for Eriri in these three books, *smirk*.

The others sat at a table in the room, waiting for Gao Yumo to bring over the project plan.

"Hey Eriri, look at this. Kaguya, look at this. Kato, look at this. Ai, could you please look at this with Kaguya?" Gao Yumo handed the three books in her hand to them respectively.

“Yes, young master.” Hayasaka Ai had no objections and stood behind Kaguya, where she could see him.

Kaguya was given CLANNAD, a work he had the highest hopes for. It was also one that Takahashi Momo was eager to produce right now, but also didn't want to produce right now, since the current club had too few members and certainly couldn't bring this masterpiece to the level that Takahashi Momo had in mind.

What was handed to Kato Megumi was "Your Name," Makoto Shinkai's famous animated film. Of course, with the current number of people in their club, they definitely couldn't make an animated film, but a text adventure game was still no problem.

This time, Gao Yumo presented three text adventure game projects. The one she gave to Eriri was not intended to be made on her first attempt; it was just to tease Eriri.

Since the project for Eriri is called "Senren Banka," a famous bishoujo game produced by Yuzusoft, and it is also an R18 game, it is the most suitable one to show to Eriri among the people present.

Moreover, only the project book that Eriri has has a lot of detailed content written by Takayu Mo, and the storyboard and other things are basically completed, with several storyboards for R18 scenes.

The other two books only have outlines and part of the script. Gao Yumo has not finished most of them. It's not that he doesn't have time to finish them, but if he finishes them all by himself, what's the point of having a club?

Of course, everyone in the club should work together to make it! By brainstorming, Gao Yumo also wanted to see how the result would differ from what he originally knew.

Kaguya and Kato Megumi both took the project seriously after receiving it. In order to attract them, Takaha Mo wrote a complete storyline in both books.

CLANNAD, of course, focuses on the main storyline, namely Nagisa Furukawa's storyline. However, Takahata Momo didn't finish this storyline; instead, she stopped at a suitable point, leaving Kaguya wanting to know what happens next without being too anxious. At the same time, she didn't reveal the key to the whole story, making it seem like just a touching tale.

The same goes for "Your Name" in Kato Megumi's hands. It's about the storyline where the male and female protagonists switch bodies. Since the original "Your Name" is a movie, adapting it into a word game requires the club's collective effort. Otherwise, a movie only has one storyline, but a word game only has one storyline, so it definitely needs to be expanded. What to add depends on the girls' ideas.

Seeing that Kaguya and Kato Megumi were watching very seriously, Gao Yumo nodded and looked at Eriri. Eriri's comment was just Gao Yumo's prank. There was no way they could use "Senren Banka" as their first work. It wasn't that the work was bad, but that it shouldn't be the first work to appear in their club.

After all, the first work usually becomes the established label that others have for your club, and it's hard to get rid of it later. And a bishoujo game doesn't seem very suitable. I just wanted to see Eriri's reaction.

As expected, Eriri's expression was quite normal when she opened the first page, because Gao Yumo had put the plot introduction first. Then, after she finished reading the first few pages, the main event began, as what came into view was a picture that was difficult to describe.

"Ah!" Eriri exclaimed in surprise. When the others looked at her curiously, she quickly waved her hand to indicate that it was nothing.

She glared at Gao Yumo. How come this is an R18 book?!

Fortunately, she was quite receptive to this level of work, but is this her first project?

Aside from her initial scream, Eriri didn't show the expression Gao Yumo wanted to see, which disappointed him somewhat. But then he thought about it, and it made sense. Eriri was a doujinshi artist, drawing these kinds of things every day. Her scream was only because Gao Yumo had hidden a picture that startled her. After all, the previous content was normal, and the sudden appearance of this was a bit frightening. But for Eriri, none of this made her feel embarrassed at all.

This was Gao Yumo's oversight, but there's nothing we can do about it. "Senren Banka" can only be shown to Eriri; the other three can't see it. Hopefully, Eriri won't show it to the others later.

He didn't care and wasn't embarrassed at all; his main concern was that Kaguya might faint from embarrassment later.

Eriri also noticed something was off. Her book seemed unusually detailed and thicker than Kaguya's. This was definitely not something a project should be; it was probably just another of Takahata Moe's perverse tastes. But unfortunately, she wasn't going to be like the average girl when it came to this kind of thing. "I'm sorry to disappoint you," Eriri said with a smile, and continued reading. The story was quite interesting.

Kaguya-sama: Love Is War was a quick read. The story was simple, but also very touching, especially when Nagisa Furukawa died at the end. The way the protagonist treated his daughter afterwards was exactly like his father's. I wonder if he ever understood his father?

However, it seems like there's more to the story, but even if it ends here, it's still a good story for her.

It has to be said that Kaguya has a strong capacity to handle stories, which may be related to the large number of books she reads.

As for Kato Megumi, "It's a very touching story, Takaha-kun."

"I'm glad you like it, Kato-kun. And if you don't mind, just call me Mo." Gao Yumo nodded with a smile. He liked the feeling of having someone appreciate his work.

"Okay, Mo-kun, then please call me Megumi too." Kato Megumi's eyes were a little red. It was indeed a touching story. It was clear that Kato Megumi wasn't lying. However, she held back from crying in front of others, even though they might not have noticed.

"Okay, Hui, what are your thoughts on Kaguya?" Gao Yumo then looked at Kaguya and asked for her impressions after watching the show.

"This is a good story, and there should be a sequel, right? If this were used to make a game, it would definitely be very touching." Kaguya's evaluation was very high.

"Thank you for the compliment. Where's Eriri?" Gao Yumo looked at Eriri again, but with a mischievous grin.

"It's a good piece, the illustrations are well done, and the story is quite good, but it's really not suitable as our club's first piece. Otherwise, we can expect girls to turn pale at the mere mention of our club in the future," Eriri said irritably. She was being asked to critique it, and now Eriri didn't know whether she should show the piece to the others.

“That’s right, your work certainly won’t be our club’s first work.” Gao Yumo nodded, Eriri’s sense was pretty good, she could tell that, and then looked at Kato Megumi.

"Hui's work is the first piece I wanted to create, and it should be our pioneering work."

The others looked at Kato Megumi, and of course, their first reaction was...

"Have you been here the whole time?" Eriri asked in surprise. She had completely overlooked this person again. What was going on?

Kaguya was also somewhat surprised and uncertain, realizing that she hadn't noticed either. She glanced at Ai and saw that Ai had indeed overlooked her as well. This person was truly remarkable.
