Chapter 22 Super Evolution, MetalGreymon!

Why is Myotismon here?!

Just then, Taiyi suddenly appeared and blocked their way. He grabbed the whip with one hand and pulled it back sharply. The vampire beast did not expect Taiyi to have such strength. Caught off guard, it was pulled directly in front of Taiyi. Then, it took a solid hit from Taiyi's deliberate punch, which shattered it into bats. The bats then reformed into human form a little away from Taiyi.

The vampire beast looked at Taiyi with some surprise; it was somewhat puzzled.

"And where did your companions go?"

Myotismon looked around but didn't find any other Chosen Children, which puzzled him. However, he quickly came up with a reasonable explanation.

"Could it be that you and the others have gotten separated, and you're all alone here?"

Thinking of this, Myotismon's eyes lit up, and his expression towards Taiichi immediately turned hostile.

"Very good, in that case, I'll just take care of you right here."

"The last time we met?"

Taiichi was taken aback, but then he realized that the vampire beast must have seen another Taiichi.

It seems that Tai and his friends have already fought Myotismon, but it's unclear what the final outcome was. However, judging from Myotismon's tone, even if Tai and his friends couldn't win, they must have at least escaped.
