The enemy began to gather beneath the city walls, pushing out siege towers one after another. The howling of the aliens and the dense black waves on the ground instilled a sense of overwhelming fear.

Beneath the black gate stood a whole company of Deathguard Space Marines, with Mortarion at the very front of the company.

"Typhon."

Motarian stared at the company commander beside him.

"exist."

Typhon wiped the bolter in his hand and looked up at Mortarion.

"Take care of yourself. If I die, you'll take command."

Typhon remained silent for a long time.

"Are you sure you'll die before me? That's not a funny joke."

Typhon thought Mortarian was joking.

"Then you'll take command later."

"It doesn't matter," Mortarian said nonchalantly.

Typhon took a deep breath, feeling that Mortarian had been acting very strangely lately, a secret he kept hidden between the two of them.

"The aliens are attacking!"

Typhon heard the alien's horn.

"No, Typhon."

Mortarian watched as the black door slowly opened.

"It's our attack!"

The aliens sounded their horns, as if for the Death Guards. They walked out of the Black Gate in an orderly fashion, and the silent warriors ran outside, as countless scythes prepared to harvest their wheat!

Just as Mortarian said, they would measure the earth with their own feet!

The gunboat fleet began to take off, and the transport plane engines vibrated.

"attack!"

Mortarian gave his orders!

.......

Inside the war conference room.

As Ger watched the rising holographic image of the battlefield, he took a deep breath.

Forgrim stood to the side with his arms crossed, watching Gol with great interest. Angron and Mortarion unanimously recommended Gol as the commander of this war.

A team of warhounds' think tanks were already prepared on the sidelines.

"Few people, weak soldiers."

Ger muttered to himself.

Fogrem raised an eyebrow.

"Is your offspring any good enough?"

Forgrim looked down at Angron, who rolled his eyes.

"Maybe a little better than you."

Angloon defended Gale, which made Forgrim shake his head.

"Titan Legion, stand by. Knight Families, listen to my command. Gunship squadron, take off. Your primary mission is to escort the transport plane!"

"Crimson Hound, prepare your ground-attack lances! Knights, Dawnbreakers, heed my command! You are to hinder the alien fleet in space!"

After a series of orders were issued with the assistance of Gol and Hypnos.

Gel saw the Death Guards rush out of the Black Gate. Although this was different from the War Hounds' tactics, the War Hounds could fully cooperate with them. Cannons exploded directly in front of the Death Guards, and the cannons on the city walls continued to unleash their fury.

Mortals stood atop the city walls, firing down alongside the Space Marines of the Warhounds. The artillery barrages rained down in all directions, each shot destroying an alien vehicle as the Death Guard charged forward amidst the hail of bullets.

The moment the black wave and the green wave came into contact.

Buzz! ! ! !

Ten gunboats unleashed their firepower in the air!

After using his scythe to slice through the aliens like wheat, Yimotarian watched as the aliens a few meters away from him were smashed to pieces by the aliens in the sky.

Lu felt only one word in his heart: awesome!!!

What kind of costly battles did the War Hounds fight before?

The entire Nukelian auxiliary army, in coordination with the Death Guard, launched an attack. The mortals used their beam rifles to accurately pierce through the charging aliens. Mortarian clearly noticed that the weapons in the hands of the Nukelian soldiers were somewhat different from those he had seen before.

The war is going very smoothly!

On the contrary, the aliens were stunned. They far outnumbered the troops in front of them in terms of both vehicles and numbers, but the current situation was that they could not suppress the enemy with firepower. The infantry on the battlefield were like wheat that had been thrown out and was being harvested one crop after another!

The commander of the supernatural creature pushed out a barrage of artillery, and the next second a beam of light was thrown down from the sky!

The alien commander watched helplessly as his artillery was melted into glass by the light spears right before his eyes!

Why are there enemy ships in space?

Are the gods above just sitting around doing nothing?

The Death Guard continued its advance. Mortarion used his scythe to flip over an alien tank, then kicked it away, sending it crashing into many aliens as it flew through the air.

The surrounding aliens began to roar and scream, terrified by Mortarion's inhuman power. But they soon lost all sense of it as several cannonballs rained down from the sky, and the aerial gunships sent them to meet their gods!

The alien fighter jets dared not show their faces at this moment. The anti-aircraft guns on the city wall seemed to be possessed by machine spirits, shooting down more than two hundred alien fighter jets of various kinds in a short period of time.

Those people only needed to follow orders to adjust the scale and fire the cannons under the command of the mechanical priest.

The whole process is incredibly simple!

In the war command center, both Forgrim and Corax were astonished by Gol's command abilities.

"My brother, although I haven't received any formal education yet."

"But is this how wars are fought?"

Corax looked at Fogrem.

Forgrim's lips twitched for a long time. He didn't know either. To put it bluntly, even if he were to give the order, he probably couldn't do it!

At this moment, Forgrim noticed the nail on Ger's head. He gasped, realizing why Ger's command abilities were so formidable.

But that seems to be a stripped-down version?

The think tank nearby began using its mental powers to cool down Ger.

"may be."

Forgrim replied somewhat uncertainly.

Angron looked at his two shocked brothers.

Two country bumpkins!

P.S.: Second update. Things are much better now, updates are back.

Volume 1: Chapter 242 (230) This little nail! I'll remember you!

The alien fleet began descending from space onto the planet's surface. The Crimson Hound immediately reported this to Governor Gel. Gel looked at the holographic map and immediately realized that a small nest had already fallen. This gave him a bad feeling.

But he immediately stopped thinking about it, because enemy Titans and Knights began to appear in the very center of the battlefield.

Unlike normal Titans, the alien Titans were covered in flesh and blood. The knights looked as if they had been forcibly stuffed into them, with fleshy tumors hanging on their bodies. Gel closed his eyes.

Is the Titan Legion being deployed?

Hypnos asked.

'What are our chances of winning if we don't deploy the Titan Legion?'

"Gell asked."

Eighty percent.

"That's enough! Send out the Shadowblade and the Angron Great Axe!"

"Have the Taranis family knights destroy all those alien artifacts!"

As Gel's order was relayed, several transport planes began dropping Angron Axes from the air right in front of the aliens.

One of them was placed not far from Mortalian.

Amidst the sounds of gunfire, Mortarion smashed an alien into a tiny paper doll, then leaped over it, landing heavily on Angron's giant axe, leaving a small dent in the blue and white armor.

"Your Highness Mortarion!"

The captain called out over the communication system.

"We're going to destroy their Titan!"

"Then go!"

Mortarion looked at the heavy Angron Great Axe. He had seen this behemoth before when fighting the Psionic Titans. Now that he saw it, Mortarion was quite fond of this war machine. Mortarion decided that after this war ended, he would go to Angron and ask for two of them!

The roar of the engines began to rise, and the sounds of the entire battlefield blended together, seeping into the earth. Mortarian felt every cell in his body was excited!

As the colossal creature in the distance revealed its form, more than a dozen Angron Axes started their engines wildly, without considering the potential damage such ferocity would cause to the engines. The steel torrent crushed the aliens. Mortarian took a few breaths and pulled out his Nether Lamp, beginning to fire at the surrounding aliens.

The machine gunners of the Angron Axe fired their double-row bolters, smashing the aliens blocking the tank's path.

'This is Gel, the first round of orbital and air strikes is imminent.'

"I'll weaken the Alien Titan's shield in one minute. Titan Slayers, you only have one chance!"

"Communication complete!"

It's a brief communication, but it brings people an endless sense of security.

Six Mortarion gazed at the Titans in the distance, which were several meters taller than the siege towers.

He saw several fighter jets begin to engage in aerial combat with the alien fighter jets, as the first alien knight wielded his flesh whip and charged toward Mortarion.

Motalian remained remarkably calm; he didn't even ask why the captain hadn't fired.

Buzz!

As another completely different sound rang out rapidly, several streaks of light, like shooting stars, fell from the sky, the earth shook, and dust billowed up.

Lin Mortalian felt his heart beating rhythmically; it was a knight from the Taranis family.

Unlike the ones Mortarion had seen before, this knight was different, with blue and white paint, a chainsaw sword that hissed, and a molten cannon that was smaller than any Mortarion had ever seen.

But what was most important was that Mortarian saw four things behind the knight that looked like warship engines!

The alien knight flung out the braid in his hand. This sure-fire attack missed its mark as the Taranis family knight's engine started. The knight began to spin, even leaping slightly into the air, and wielded the chainsaw sword in his hand, cleaving the alien knight in two right in the middle!

The thermoelectric cannon blasted its body several times.

“The Taranis family, Garrett! Pays the highest respect to His Highness Mortalian.”

The knight turned and performed an Imperial salute to Mortarion atop the Angron Great Axe.

"Garret! Pay attention to the battlefield situation! If you destroy this prototype, even if you die, Lady Magma Star will drag you out of the knighthood and tear you to pieces!"

Another knight arrived next to Garrett, and it also bowed slightly to Mortalian, who nodded in response.

"We will escort you to the vicinity of Titan!"

Garrett did not respond directly; he and the two Knights began to advance, clearing a path for Mortalian.

The Angron's Great Axe began to rumble, and three Imperial war machines charged towards the alien positions.

Typhon had just blasted an alien apart with psionic energy in the distance when he discovered that his Primarch had vanished. After failing to get an answer from the Death Shroud, he saw Mortarion standing atop a tank in the distance, looking like a target.

Mortarian stood there smiling like a fool, charging directly into the enemy ranks under the escort of two knights.

Typhon felt as if his brain was suffocating.

What does that guy think he is?

A Titan?

With thousands of aliens in front of him, Typhon quickly called to the other Death Guards, and after finding a few vehicles, they gave chase.
