Theresa, somewhat carried away with her words, sat down across from Suri and smoothed her hair and the beads of sweat glistening on her forehead.

"I won't let you go~"

"Hmm." Suri glanced at Theresa's skin, which was now smoother and more moisturized from their exercise, and responded absentmindedly. His attention had been drawn to her, and he didn't really want to argue with Theresa.

While Suri and Theresa were playing games together, Vishdel returned to his room, knowing he should be sleeping, but he couldn't fall asleep.

Then she remembered the gift Suri had brought back and placed on the table.

With great effort, Vishdale carried the player and a large pile of tapes into his bedroom, instinctively shielding the tapes from falling to the floor with his chest.

The cassette tape bounced against her chest once, then gently landed on the bedside table.

Vishdale breathed a sigh of relief, then picked up the tape that had just fallen to the ground, checked it, and put it into the tape player.

I'll choose this cassette tape. I'll also check if the gift Suri gave me is damaged.

Vishdale turned on the tape recorder, then lay on his side on the bed, fiddling with his knife.

As he listened to Suri's voice coming from the tape recorder, Vishdale's initial indifference quickly turned into attentive listening.

Although she was barely literate, the stories Suri told were so captivating that even those who didn't know how to read could appreciate their charm, and Vishdale became quite engrossed in them for a time.

Even when drowsiness overwhelmed him, Vishdel didn't want to sleep. Instead, he closed his eyes, wanting to rest properly while he was relaxing.

But at times like this, many people fall asleep without realizing it, and Vishdale was no exception; she quickly fell asleep without even noticing.

When I woke up again, the sun was shining brightly outside.

What time is it? Vishdale instinctively shuddered and looked at the clock, only to find that it was already noon.

She glanced at her personal terminal; there were no messages, nor the simple drawing Su Rui had given her.

Yes, although Vishdale was illiterate, she had a personal terminal and roughly knew how to use it.

However, because of this, Vishdale is unable to read information normally, while Suri has her own method.

That is to turn the message sent to Vishdel into a series of simple line drawings, so that Vishdel can understand what Suri means.

However, even by noon, Vishdel had not received any news. Considering that Su Rui had said the mission would not begin until the evening, Vishdel couldn't help but relax a little. Since Su Rui said the mission would not begin until the evening, it meant that the operational meeting would not start until the afternoon.

When Vishdel woke up, Suri and Theresa had also just woken up. The bright midday sun shone through the thick smoke and fog that Kazdel was shrouded in due to the war, shining into Suri's bedroom. After lingering in bed for a while, Suri and Theresa finally couldn't fall back asleep.

"I only slept for an hour or two."

Suri grumbled unhappily, reached out and snuggled into Theresa's arms, then buried her face between the soft mounds, trying to fall asleep again in the darkness of the cramped space.

Then, Suri felt Theresa's breathing gradually become uneven, and it was clear that Theresa had also woken up.

Slender, warm fingers stroked her forehead and hair, and no matter how tired she was, Su Rui couldn't fall asleep for various reasons.

"I really wanted to sleep a little longer."

Suri looked up at Theresa, who was deliberately messing with his hair and cheeks at this moment, with annoyance: "Believe it or not, I'll bite you?"

Theresa didn't answer Suri, but instead smiled and changed the subject: "Suri, can you see what's happening on the Banshee's side? Have Lamarlene and the others set off yet?"

However, Suri, who was sleep-deprived and woken up, was not in a good mood. Seeing Theresa's smiling face as if she was trying to soothe her, Suri was even more furious. Since the current position was perfect, Suri opened her mouth, revealing her sharp canine teeth, and took a bite out of the steamed bun.

"Hiss~ Suri?" Theresa gasped, looking at Suri with a wronged expression.

Suri glared at Theresa with dissatisfaction, rubbed her teeth with her steamed bun, and only after seeing Theresa's somewhat aggrieved expression did she finally relent.

"Don't disturb my sleep! Do you know how annoying it is to be disturbed when you're sleep-deprived?"

"But I didn't sleep well either, I'm sorry~"

Theresa's pitiful voice softened Suri's heart a little, and she breathed a sigh of relief: "Alright, I didn't use too much force. I have some ointment here, let me put some on for you?"

As she spoke, Suri took out the ointment she had stored in her system space, but Theresa grabbed her wrist: "I don't want the ointment, Suri, think of something else?"

Prince of Kazdel: 333 Do you want a fist or not?

"If you don't want the ointment, do you want my fist?"

Suri glared at Theresa with annoyance, took out some ointment from his system space, and gently applied it to the teeth marks he had left on Theresa's body with his finger.

"Okay, I just bit you lightly. I didn't mean to hurt you."

As Su Rui finished wiping her face, she patted her gently and then stood up. "Okay, let's take a shower and then go out. We have a mission tonight, and you'll have to come too. I'll prepare a pair of headphones for you, so remember to follow my instructions."

As Suri spoke, ignoring Theresa's thoughts, she turned and walked into the bathroom in her slippers.

After a slight hesitation, Theresa followed Suri into the bathroom. They had already played together, so it was just a shower. What was there to be shy about?

Gently closing the frosted glass bathroom door, Theresa came up behind Suri and placed her hand on Suri's shoulder:

"And what about the banshees? When will they arrive?"

"Are you worried about them? I didn't say there's no problem." Suri glanced at Theresa through the shower's spray and steam, then turned back to continue washing.

"The banshees are led by Ramalien, their banshee lord. What problems could possibly arise? I've seen them. They're walking on the safest path I've chosen—a barren, worthless land that even the Sarkaz wouldn't want, let alone have any inhabitants."

Suri glanced at Theresa, who was pressing against her from behind, and said, "Then I'll have to ask you to rub my back for me. I'll help you later too... By the way, the banshees will probably take a few days to arrive."

"I remember that the banshees have special spells for traveling, so why do they still need several days?"

Theresa hugged Suri with some confusion, pressing her cheek against his under the shower water.

"That's because when I left, I gave Ramallian a few tapes containing stories and ancient songs that I recorded. In short, the banshees are now like an adult leading a group of children, roaming in the wild and heading towards the Tower of Babel."

Even with her knowledge of banshees, Theresa couldn't help but show a somewhat subtle expression at this moment.

"It's like a kindergarten tour group, isn't it?" Suri washed off the sweat and dust, then broke free from Theresa's embrace and urged:

"Alright, stop thinking so much in the bathroom. We have a mission tonight. Remember, you're with me, don't even think about sneaking away."

“I wasn’t even worried that you, Su Rui, would run away.”

Theresa smiled and quickly finished washing up. When she came outside, she saw Suri still lying lazily on the bed, not moving at all.

Suri noticed Theresa's gaze and waved in response, "There's still some time before evening, don't be in such a hurry."

“It was Su Rui who urged me just now.”

Theresa sat down beside her, and Suri took out a pair of earphones from her system space and handed them to her:

"I just want to wash up quickly because it's sticky and uncomfortable. Also, here are your headphones. Remember to wear them tonight. I need to use them to communicate with you. Oh, and this is the tactical goggles. With these, I can assist you in battle."

“Okay.” Theresa nodded, put the earphones Suri handed her into her ears, and put on the tactical goggles.

"Not bad, I can still hear the sounds around me."

"Of course, if a headset used for combat can't hear the sounds around you, then it's totally unacceptable."

As Suri spoke, he activated the tactical goggles that Theresa was wearing using the field-of-view scanning function. Data frames began to appear on them, along with Suri's scan results of the surroundings and some warning signs.

Suri stood up and walked up to Theresa. Although she didn't say anything, Theresa heard Suri's voice:

"This is how I will communicate with you. With this, even the ruler of the royal court will be no match for you."

“I was very strong too.” Theresa smiled at Suri, but Suri didn’t buy it: “No matter how strong you are, there’s a limit, right? Although you can win, the Lord of the Royal Court is not easy to deal with. But with my help, you can easily beat them all to their knees.”

A sly glint flashed in Theresa's eyes: "So, Suri, are your targets tonight those royal rulers?"

“He’s one of them,” Su Rui emphasized. “He’s that little cat egg roll guy, one of the most radical guys in the Military Commission. The best way to get him to obey is to beat him into submission.”

Theresa nodded, looking curiously into the world made of lines through the tactical goggles, where all people and objects were clearly marked:

"Is this the world through your eyes, Suri? It's not quite what I imagined."

“No.” Suri waved his hand: “Although I always keep the scanning field of view on, I can also decide what the scene I see looks like. Ultimately, it’s a program that can be adjusted.”

As he spoke, Suri snapped his fingers, and the world that Theresa saw through her tactical goggles transformed into a vibrant, colorful scene: "This is thermal imaging, this is night vision, in short, the world I see is incredibly diverse."

Theresa nodded, her eyes shining as she looked directly at Suri.

"Why are you looking at me like that? Okay, let's go. Let's eat something first, so that we don't let hunger affect our fighting ability."

Suri glanced at Theresa, changed the subject, and marked a position on the tactical goggles to signal Theresa to follow.

"So convenient! Has anyone else experienced this feeling, Doctor?"

Theresa, with a mixture of curiosity and barely perceptible smugness, smiled and followed Suri, walking with him along the route marked on the tactical goggles in a certain direction.

"Of course not. In fact, the Doctor and I have maintained this connection from the time I materialized until the time I disappeared."

As Suri said this, she further explained, "It's the kind of direct telepathy, which doesn't require these devices. I can communicate with the Doctor directly through our minds, just like we are now. The Doctor can also speak to me directly with his thoughts. As for you, you still need to speak for me to hear you."

A flicker of regret crossed Theresa's eyes, but she didn't show it much. Instead, she nodded, leaned closer to Suri, and hugged him.

"How can I establish such a relationship with you? I want one too."

Prince Kazdel: 334, you're really bold.

“I don’t know how to connect with other people’s hearts. This is something that Old Deng, whom I mentioned before, did. I was just being led around by her.”

Suri shrugged and turned to Theresa: "However, if you like this feeling, you can keep these devices with you. I'll prepare something more suitable for you to use in a relaxed state in public, like round-framed glasses."

Suri turned to look at Theresa and smiled at her: "How about that? I didn't say anything, but you could still hear my voice?"

Theresa smiled. "It feels great." Moreover, the feeling that only she could hear Suri's voice, as if Suri belonged only to her, was what made Theresa happiest.

However, Theresa did not mention this, but simply followed Suri silently as they strolled down the corridor.

"Please bring me dinner."

Upon arriving at the Rhodes Island restaurant, Suri marked the dinner she wanted on Theresa's tactical visor, then smiled at Theresa and turned to walk towards the table without making a sound.

"Don't even think about running away. At least you have to stay with me. I'll help you get it."

Theresa reached out and grabbed Suri's hand. Although the feeling of being alone with Suri satisfied her possessiveness, Theresa wouldn't let go of any opportunity to be close to Suri, so she pulled Suri into her arms and walked towards the food area.

Amidst the curious yet respectful gazes of the surrounding Sarkaz, Theresa led the reticent Suri to the food serving area.

She even pretended to ask Suri, "How about we choose this one? You should like it."

Su Rui glanced at her, then silently took out a pair of sunglasses from his system space and put them on to avoid others seeing him roll his eyes.

Through Theresa's goggles and earpiece, Suri's displeased voice could be heard: "What are you doing? Are you awake? Or are you sleepwalking?"

Theresa simply smiled at Suri without saying anything, then picked up the dinner she had chosen with one hand, put her arm around Suri, and prepared to sit down at the table.

"Let me do it, you rascal."

Suri's helpless and dissatisfied voice came through the earpiece, followed by some prompts appearing in the eyepiece. Suri then snatched the plate from Theresa's hand.

After Suri and Theresa sat down at the table, Suri didn't take off her sunglasses. Instead, she pulled her own portion closer to her and then complained to Theresa through her earphones:

"Were you trying to attract attention on purpose? Well, you certainly succeeded."

As she spoke, Suri activated the scanning field of Theresa's eyepiece, revealing many of the Sarkaz whispering amongst themselves:

"They actually think I'm your favored concubine? Please! I'm the one who makes the decisions! You're all my subordinates!"

Suri raised her voice in dissatisfaction, but Theresa quickly smiled and reassured her, "Yes, yes, Suri is the best."

“Of course.” Suri nodded, but didn’t make a scene in the restaurant. She just took off her sunglasses and glared at the Sarkaz who were whispering over there. Then she put her sunglasses back on and ate her dinner in a huff.

After dinner, in the meeting room, Suri lay down on the desk and played games until all the team members arrived before getting up and turning to face them:

"Alright, tonight's plan might be a bit demanding. I need you to hold a place and prevent any reinforcements from entering the building for a short period of time."

As Su Rui spoke, she took out some tactical goggles and headphones:

"These devices will alert you to where the enemy is and the best way to counterattack."

"Aren't you going to show us the scanned map of the destination today?"

Vishdale raised an eyebrow, looking at Suri with some confusion.

"Take a look at the device in your hand, put it on and try it out before you say anything."

Suri didn't answer directly, but just glanced at Vishdale and urged her to try it on quickly.

At the same time, Suri's name appeared on Theresa's goggles, along with her voice:

"I'll have a custom-made eyepiece made for you later, so don't be jealous of the others."

Upon hearing Suri's voice, Theresa was surprised, but couldn't help but smile.

After all, when she saw Suri giving the same equipment to others, Theresa couldn't help but feel jealous. After all, she was only human, and it was normal to feel unhappy when someone she cared about showed kindness to someone else.

And after Vishdale and the others put on their tactical goggles, Suri's voice rang out as the screen on the goggles lit up:
