Volume 17, Chapter 1077: Warning!
"What...what exactly do you want?!" Su Rui finally lost his temper, abruptly removing the book from his face to reveal a handsome face flushed red, filled with shame, anger, and extreme impatience! His dark eyes burned with rage, his voice hoarse and sharp with excitement, "Stay away from me! I'm warning you! I can fight!!" He tried to intimidate them with the fiercest tone, salvaging his crumbling dignity and sense of security.
However, his "fierce but cowardly" appearance, coupled with his bright red ears and panicked eyes, did not intimidate the three women at all. Instead, he looked more like a beautiful cat cornered against a wall, bristling and putting on a show of bravado, so cute that they wanted to bully him even more!
"Pfft—" Mostima was the first to burst out laughing. Instead of backing away, she took another step closer, almost touching Suri. "Can you fight? Little Suri, in your current state... who can you fight? Throw books at us?" She reached out and actually wanted to pinch Suri's puffed-up cheeks!
"Mostima!" Remian couldn't help but call out to stop her, while instinctively trying to pull Suri toward her.
Just then, it's unclear who moved first (most likely Mostima who was deliberately causing trouble), or if the ground was too slippery, or if Suri was struggling too much... the situation instantly spiraled out of control!
"oops!"
"careful!"
With a few gasps, the three people who were already huddled around the recliner lost their balance and all fell towards Su Rui, who was lying on the chair!
Suri's pupils constricted! Almost instinctively, he wanted to roll away or block with his hands! With his reaction speed and strength, he could easily break free or even counterattack before being pinned down! But... just as his muscles tensed and he was about to exert force, his gaze met the pair of panicked and worried lake-blue eyes of Remien, who was closest to him... and the expression on Fiameta's face next to her, which was so embarrassed she was about to cry...
If he were to push them away forcefully or retaliate, he might hurt them... especially Remian, who has difficulty moving around!
In that one moment of hesitation, it was too late!
"boom!"
"Well!"
The muffled thuds and low gasps of three or four people colliding rang out simultaneously!
Suri felt a sudden darkness engulf him as a heavy weight, a mixture of different scents and soft touches, crashed down on him! Mostima's mischievous smile, Fiameta's panicked red eyes, and Remian's worried gaze magnified and intersected before his eyes! His back slammed heavily onto the soft cushions of the recliner, which creaked under the weight!
Then came contact with more parts of his body! Arms, shoulders, waist... pressed tightly against and pressed by different soft and warm body parts! Mostima's arms even accidentally wrapped around his neck, Fiameta's knees pressed against the side of his legs, and Remian... due to the fixed position and angle of the wheelchair, her upper body was almost completely pressed against his chest!
Suri: "!!!"
He froze completely! His mind went blank! All sounds, images, and sensations seemed to be slowed down and stretched out infinitely in that moment!
He could clearly feel the softness and weight of the three women's bodies pressing down on him! He could smell the familiar fragrance of Remi's hair, the unique scent of Mostima's spices, and the faint, sun-kissed scent of soap on Fiameta! He could hear their chaotic breathing and gasps so close to him!
Shame! Anger! Panic! And a... utterly unfamiliar feeling, completely enveloped by softness and warmth, almost suffocating him... a sense of helplessness that overwhelmed him like a tsunami!
"Let me go!!!" He almost screamed the words, his voice distorted by extreme embarrassment! He instinctively began to struggle, his hands wildly pushing away the person on top of him! But his movements were weak and powerless due to being suppressed and panicked, more like a futile struggle.
"Don't move! Suri! Be careful not to fall!" Remien's anxious voice rang in his ears. She tried to steady herself, but her awkward posture prevented her from doing so.
"Oh dear~ Little Suri, don't be shy~ It's warmer when everyone's huddled together~" This was Mostima's mischievous, laughing voice.
"I'm...I'm sorry! Suri! I didn't mean to!" This was Fiameta's tearful and panicked apology.
In the chaos, someone's hand touched his side (a sensitive area!), and Suri shuddered violently. His struggling movements froze instantly, and a suppressed, humiliating whimper escaped his throat! His cheeks, ears, neck, and even the skin exposed outside his clothes turned as red as a boiled shrimp! His usually cold black eyes were now filled with tears, brimming with shame, helplessness, and... a near-collapse of despair!
He, Suri! The cold-blooded executor of Laterano! A figure feared by all! He was actually... actually pinned down by three women in such an extremely undignified position?! Completely immobilized?! This is an utter disgrace! The greatest humiliation of his life!
The three people on top of him finally realized the awkwardness of their position and... Suri's explosive emotions. Remian was the first to react. Suppressing her embarrassment, she struggled to sit up: "Quick...get up! You're crushing Suri!"
Mostima, grinning, slowly prepared to get up, seemingly still enjoying the chaotic scene. Fiameta, on the other hand, frantically tried to get up, but nearly fell back down due to her nervousness.
The setting sun bathed the poolside backyard in a warm orange glow, and the air seemed to freeze for a moment. Suri was pinned to the lounge chair in a chaotic, almost human-stacking fashion by Mostima, Fiameta, and Remian. His body was stiff, his cheeks, ears, and even neck were shockingly red, and his dark eyes were filled with unbelievable embarrassment and a near-explosive helplessness. His scream, "Let me go!!!", distorted and shrill, echoed through the courtyard.
However, the scene he had anticipated—Suri's furious table-flipping or her cold-faced shoving of everyone—did not occur. Just as he was about to increase the force of his struggle and his rationality was about to snap, he met Remy's close, anxious, lake-blue eyes. Those eyes were like a basin of cool, lukewarm water, instantly extinguishing the small flame of violence that had ignited in his heart due to extreme shame.
At the same time, he could clearly feel Fiametana's tearful, sincere apology, and her body trembling slightly with nervousness. And Mostimana's face, though despicable, seemed... to have no real malice, carrying a mischievous, triumphant smile.
These three women… one was his Remien, another was Fiameta, a troublesome but somewhat comrade-in-arms, and the third was… Mostima, whose behavior was strange but who didn't seem to pose any real threat for the time being. Was he really going to use force against them for this absurd, almost childish scene? That would be far too much of an overreaction. And, it seemed… a bit beneath him?
Volume 17, Chapter 1078: I Don't Eat Sakota Desserts
In that brief moment of hesitation, his tense muscles miraculously relaxed a little. It was a kind of... resigned, helpless relaxation. The struggling stopped, turning into a kind of... half-hearted, futile thrashing. He found that he might not be completely unable to bear this... feeling of being surrounded by softness and warmth? Although the way it happened was extremely awkward and shameful.
"Don't move! Suri! Be careful not to fall!" Remianne's anxious voice rang out again. She tried to sit up, but due to the angle and the limitations of the wheelchair, her movements were somewhat clumsy.
"Oh my~ Little Suri, don't be shy~ Look, isn't it warmer when everyone's huddled together?" Mostima's cheerful voice came from behind. Instead of getting up immediately, she adjusted her position to make herself more "comfortable," and deliberately rubbed her arm against Suri's shoulder.
"I...I'm sorry! Suri! I...I'll get up right away!" Fiameta scrambled to her feet, but her panic prevented her from doing so.
Listening to the cacophony around him, feeling the heavy, soft "burden" on his body, and the hands groping haphazardly for support... he took a deep, deep breath, and then exhaled very slowly. It was as if he wanted to expel all the frustration, shame, and helplessness in his chest with that breath.
"Forget it," he thought resignedly. "Why bother arguing with these women? I've already lost all face. Struggling any further will only make me look worse. Besides... it doesn't seem so bad? Apart from being a little hot, a little breathless, and... incredibly ashamed."
He gave up resisting. His body completely relaxed, collapsing onto the soft cushions of the lounge chair like a puddle of mud. He even subtly adjusted the angle of his neck to distribute Remi's weight on his chest more evenly, so as not to make her uncomfortable. Then, he raised his only relatively free arm (the other was half-pressed down by Mostima) and, with some effort, pulled his portable terminal from the pocket of his beach shorts.
His movements were so natural that it was as if he wasn't the one who had just been filled with shame and anger and almost lost his temper.
Mostima, Fiameta, and Remian were all bewildered by his sudden, 180-degree turn in attitude. The three remained awkwardly pinned down on him, exchanging bewildered glances, momentarily forgetting what to do.
Ignoring their astonished gazes, Su Rui skillfully unlocked the screen, his fingertips gliding rapidly across the virtual keyboard, seemingly browsing something. His expression had returned to its usual indifference, but the lingering blush on his cheeks and behind his ears betrayed his inner turmoil. He tried to make his voice sound steady and natural, even carrying a hint of… deliberate nonchalance:
"...What should we eat tonight?" he asked, staring at the screen without looking up, as if the thrilling "accident" had never happened.
"Huh?" Fiameta was still in a daze and subconsciously uttered a single syllable.
Remien was also stunned, her lake-blue eyes filled with confusion and... a hint of amusement? Suri's way of changing the subject... was so abrupt! But... strangely endearing?
Mostima was the first to react. A strong sense of interest and amusement flashed in her eyes, and her smile deepened. Instead of getting up, she rested her chin on Suri's shoulder, which wasn't being pressed down, and leaned closer to look at his screen: "Oh~ little Suri, you're already thinking about dinner? Hungry?" Her tone was teasing.
Su Rui's body stiffened almost imperceptibly, but he didn't flinch. He kept staring at the screen, his tone stiff: "...Um. A little." He paused, then added, as if stating an objective fact: "The amount of exercise...was a bit too much. It was tiring." When he said the word "amount of exercise," his tone was extremely unnatural, and his ears turned even redder.
Remian couldn't help but chuckle. She finally adjusted her position, supporting herself on her elbows and slightly raising her upper body to lessen the pressure on Suri, but still leaning against him. Looking at Suri's awkward attempt to appear calm, though his neck was flushed red, the discomfort she felt from Mostima's proximity vanished, replaced by tenderness and affection. She softly replied, "Okay, what do you want to eat? Shall we order takeout? Or go out to eat?"
Suri glanced at her quickly, then looked away again, his finger swiping across the screen: "...Whatever. You guys decide." He paused, as if remembering something extremely important, then looked up, his gaze sweeping over the three women on top of him (mainly looking at Mostima and Fiameta), his tone resolute and unquestionable: "...No sweets allowed. Or...order sweets separately, don't mix them together."
This was his absolute bottom line! He would never allow his dinner to be tainted by anything sweet or cloying!
Mostima and Fiameta exchanged a glance, both seeing amusement in each other's eyes. The blush on Fiameta's face faded slightly, replaced by a wry smile. Mostima chuckled and replied, "We know, we know~ We understand Suri's tastes~ Long live the savory lovers~" She then poked Suri's prominently displayed collarbone with her finger, "So… how about some barbecue? Or seafood? Or… try some local specialties… um… wood-fired pizza? I heard there's a place with a really thin, crispy crust and a savory sauce~"
She actually started seriously discussing the menu! It was as if they weren't sitting in an extremely strange position, but properly ordering food in a restaurant!
Suri seemed to have been led astray by the topic. He frowned and thought for a moment before offering his opinion: "...barbecue. Or...that pizza place, we could try that." He was always picky about food, but as long as he could avoid sweetness, he was willing to try.
“I think the pizza is good~” Remian agreed. “We can order different flavors, half savory, half... with some fruit? For us?” She smiled and looked at Mostima and Fiameta.
"Okay, okay! I want a fruit pizza!" Fiameta gradually relaxed and joined the discussion.
And so, in the backyard, where the atmosphere suddenly shifted, a bizarre yet harmonious scene unfolded: three women, each dressed in revealing swimwear and with distinct styles, almost "surrounded" a silver-haired boy, pinning him to a deck chair. The boy, with an air of utter despair, held up his device and earnestly discussed the dinner menu with the "weight" pressing down on him! The conversation ranged from the grilling techniques to pizza toppings, from which restaurant had the best reviews to whether or not to order drinks… and the atmosphere strangely… became inexplicably harmonious?
Volume 17, Chapter 1079: Gradually Getting Used to It
Although Suri still maintained a stern expression, his tense body had unconsciously relaxed completely. He would even occasionally frown at some unreliable restaurant recommendation from Mostima, or hum in response to Remian's gentle questions. He seemed to be... gradually getting used to this feeling of being "surrounded"? Although it was still embarrassing, it... didn't seem as unbearable as he had imagined? Especially when Remian's breath was so close, and when her soft hair occasionally brushed against his cheek, a strange sense of security actually overwhelmed his shame.
In the end, dinner was decided to be a takeout of the supposedly excellent wood-fired pizza place, along with some chicken wings and salad. Suri was in charge of the savory pizza and chicken wings, while Remien, Mostima, and Fiameta shared the fruit pizza and dessert.
"So it's settled then?" Remy asked, looking down and smiling at Suri beneath her.
Suri gave a soft "hmm," which was considered the final decision. He put down the terminal, seemingly having finally completed this "arduous" task. Then, as if he had exhausted all his strength, he closed his eyes and let out a long, resigned sigh. He looked just like a feline that had been forced to work and was finally freed.
Mostima, seeing his expression, finally couldn't help but burst into laughter, laughing so hard she was shaking. Fiameta also couldn't help but chuckle. Remien smiled gently, reaching out to lightly tidy the slightly messy silver strands of hair on his forehead.
"Alright~ Discussion over~" Mostima finally had a change of heart and was the first to climb off Suri, also helping the still shy Fiameta. Remian also straightened up, supporting herself on the armrests of her wheelchair.
With the weight suddenly gone, Su Rui felt his breathing become much easier. But he didn't get up immediately. Instead, he remained slumped in the position for a few more seconds before slowly and reluctantly sitting up. He straightened his wrinkled T-shirt, his face expressionless, but the blush on his ears was still quite noticeable.
He glanced at Mostima and Fiameta, who were laughing heartily beside him, then at Remian, who was gazing at him tenderly. In the end, he said nothing, simply picked up the terminal, and began taking orders. It was as if the absurd "pressing incident" and the subsequent "recliner menu discussion" were merely an insignificant interlude.
However, as he skillfully entered the delivery address and clearly wrote in the remarks column, "One pizza, no sweet sauce, individually packaged," the corner of his mouth curved upwards almost imperceptibly. It quickly returned to its straight shape.
This evening, though it began awkwardly and chaotically, ended... well, not badly? At least, dinner was sorted out. And... Suri secretly glanced at Remian, who was chatting and laughing with Mostima, and thought to herself: ...It seems that this kind of... liveliness isn't entirely unacceptable?
With the dinner menu finalized, the atmosphere in the backyard completely relaxed. Mostima and Fiameta finally got off Suri, each straightening their slightly disheveled swimsuits and towels. Suri also slowly sat up, the blush on her face from extreme embarrassment fading somewhat in the afterglow of the setting sun and the cool sea breeze, leaving only a faint pink at the base of her ears, indicating that the "accident" just now was not a dream.
He subconsciously raised his hand, irritably ruffling his slightly disheveled silver hair. His dark eyes lowered, long eyelashes casting a small shadow beneath them, concealing the complex emotions that hadn't fully subsided within them. He still felt that what had just happened was utterly absurd, a "dark chapter" in his life unlike any he had ever experienced! But strangely, the expected rage and coldness didn't materialize. Instead, he felt a deep sense of powerlessness and a resigned helplessness?
Perhaps it was because Remian was there; her gentle gaze and silent reassurance acted like the most effective tranquilizer, calming the surging anger in his heart. Or perhaps it was because deep down he knew that while Mostima and Fiameta's behavior was outrageous, it wasn't truly malicious (at least Mostima's motives were questionable, but Fiameta was definitely a victim and accomplice). Or perhaps it was because… that feeling of being enveloped in softness and warmth, though shameful,… didn't seem entirely repulsive? Especially after confirming his own safety and Remian's presence?
Just as he was engaging in intense and awkward self-persuasion, a cool and soft hand gently covered the back of his hand, which was resting on his knee.
Suri paused slightly, then looked up to meet Remi's smiling, lake-blue eyes, so close to hers. Her gaze was as gentle as spring water, carrying reassurance, understanding, and a hint of barely perceptible… mischief? It was as if she were saying, “See, it's not a big deal, right?”
"Are you still angry?" Remy asked softly, her fingertips gently stroking the back of his hand.
Looking into her eyes, the last vestiges of displeasure and awkwardness in Su Rui's heart melted away like snow under the sun. He awkwardly looked away, letting out a very soft, slightly aggrieved hum from his nose: "...Boring." Although his tone was still stiff, the aloofness that had kept people at arm's length had vanished without a trace.
Remi'an smiled gently, knowing he no longer cared. She lightly squeezed his hand, then released it, pushed the wheelchair, and slightly adjusted her position so she could lean more comfortably against the armrest of the recliner next to Suri. It was a silent invitation and acceptance, signifying that "the storm has passed, and everything is as usual."
Suri felt her approaching breath, and his body relaxed almost imperceptibly. He even slightly turned his body to make more room for Remian's wheelchair, allowing her to get closer. This small gesture was so subtle as to be almost imperceptible, yet it clearly showed his attitude—he accepted this reassurance and tacitly approved of the continuation of this intimacy.
Mostima and Fiameta witnessed the entire scene. Mostima's eyes flashed with knowing amusement and a hint of "I knew it," while Fiameta breathed a sigh of relief, a relieved smile spreading across her face. It seemed that Young Master Suri's anger had truly subsided.
"Oh dear~ the rain has stopped~" Mostima broke the brief silence with a cheerful laugh. She pulled over another lounge chair and sat down unceremoniously next to Suri, crossing her legs and casually draping a towel over them, her posture languid and comfortable. "I was so scared just now~ I thought little Suri was really going to make a move~"
Fiameta, blushing, sat down on a chair a little further away and whispered in agreement, "Yes... I'm sorry, Suri, we didn't mean to..."
Volume 17, Chapter 1080: Truly lacking in discretion.
Suri didn't even bother to lift his eyelids, only letting out a muffled murmur in response. He picked up the terminal again, seemingly intending to continue his interrupted "surfing the internet," but didn't put on headphones, clearly not bothered by the surrounding conversations.
The atmosphere relaxed again. The sun gradually sank below the horizon, dyeing the sky a magnificent purplish-red. The pool water reflected the sunlight, creating a scene of breathtaking beauty. A cool sea breeze blew, dispelling the day's heat.
Mostima was a chatterbox who couldn't stay still, and she started talking about all sorts of things. From which seafood market in Siesta had the freshest produce, to the latest dessert trends in Laterano, to a funny blunder caused by one of her Executor companions... her topics jumped around wildly, and her language was vivid and interesting, always making Fiameta and Remian chuckle.
Fiameta gradually relaxed, occasionally chiming in to share her experiences from missions or to add to the conversation about Mostima. The two women chatted animatedly, their cheerful laughter echoing in the courtyard.
Suri was completely absorbed in his own world, his fingers swiping rapidly across the terminal screen. Occasionally, he would raise an eyebrow almost imperceptibly when he saw something interesting (most likely a weapon review or tactical analysis), but most of the time he remained expressionless, as if the noise around him had nothing to do with him.
However, this "it's none of my business" attitude did not last long.
As the conversation went on, the topic unconsciously veered towards more…feminine and private areas. For example, which brand of skincare products is more effective for after-sun repair, the color of a new limited-edition lipstick that they'd recently spotted, and even…they started discussing their body management and…the comfort of their underwear?!
When Mostima complained in an exaggerated tone that a certain sports bra was so tight she could hardly breathe, and tried to get Fiamet to feel if her ribs were pressed in, Suri's finger, which was swiping the screen, suddenly stopped! His ears turned red in a flash! He tried his best to control his expression, pretending he hadn't heard anything, but his tight lips and slightly reddened neck betrayed his inner turmoil.
Remien noticed his embarrassment and couldn't help but cover her mouth and chuckle. Instead of stopping Mostima's "dangerous" topic, she joined the discussion with a mischievous attitude and shared her experience in choosing pajamas.
Suri: "..." He felt like he was sitting on pins and needles! These women! How could they talk about anything?! He tried to focus all his attention on the terminal screen, but the words "fabric feel," "support," and "lace" still uncontrollably drilled into his ears! He could even feel Mostima and Fiameta unconsciously moving closer to him as they talked, because they were so engrossed in their conversation!
Mostima seemed completely oblivious to Suri's embarrassment, or rather, she was doing it on purpose. As she spoke, she very naturally reached out and gently twirled a strand of Suri's silver hair that had fallen onto the armrest of the recliner, playing with it between her fingertips while commenting, "Oh, little Suri's hair is so nice~ so soft and smooth~ what shampoo do you use?"
Suri's body stiffened instantly! He tried to pull his hair back, but Mostima was holding it very gently; if he used too much force, he would only appear to be overreacting. His face darkened, and he squeezed out through gritted teeth, "...Let go."
Mostima didn't loosen up; instead, she grinned and moved closer, almost touching his ear, and whispered, "What? Are you shy? You're not happy about being praised?" Her warm breath brushed against his earlobe, sending a shiver down his spine.
Meanwhile, on the other side, Fiameta, caught up in the excitement of the conversation, unconsciously patted Suri's arm (she originally intended to pat the armrest of the chair next to her, but the angle was off), and said in a cheerful tone, "Yeah, yeah! Suri, your skin is so fair! How do you take care of it? Do you never go out in the sun?"
Su Rui: "!!!" He felt like he was about to explode! These two women! Don't they have any sense of propriety?! He instinctively wanted to dodge or shout at them.
However, just a second before he was about to explode, he felt Remian, who was beside him, gently grasp his hand resting on his knee. Her fingertips were cool, with a soothing touch. She didn't stop Mostima and Fiameta's "harassment," but silently told him: It's okay, I'm here, let them be.
This small gesture, like a cool stream, instantly extinguished the flames that were about to ignite in Su Rui's heart. He took a deep breath, forcibly suppressing the urge to push Mostima away and reprimand Fiameta. He turned his face away, ignoring Mostima's fingers playing with his hair and Fiameta's hand slapping his arm, but instead gripped the terminal even tighter, his knuckles turning slightly white, expressing a silent protest and... forbearance through his actions.
Mostima and Fiameta seemed to sense Suri's limit and didn't push their luck. Mostima played with his hair for a while, then giggled and let go, turning to tease Fiameta instead. Fiameta also withdrew her hand and continued chatting excitedly.
Suri's tense nerves slowly relaxed. He realized that he might not actually be so averse to this level of intimacy anymore? Especially with Remian right beside him, holding his hand. This feeling of being "surrounded," while still making him a little uncomfortable, also seemed to have added a touch of... indescribable... warmth? And... a sense of belonging?
He still didn't participate in their conversation, only occasionally, when the topic touched on areas he might know about (such as the maintenance of a certain weapon, or the local customs and culture of a certain region), he would very briefly interject with a word or two, correcting a mistake or adding a detail. His tone was flat, as if stating an objective fact.
Even such insignificant involvement was enough to delight Mostima and Fiameta, who would immediately steer the conversation toward Suri, trying to get him to say more. Remien, on the other hand, would look at him with a smile, her eyes full of encouragement and tenderness.
As the sun completely set and night began to fall, the landscape lights around the pool automatically turned on, emitting a soft glow. Just then, the food delivery phone rang, breaking the warm and slightly intimate atmosphere in the courtyard.
"The food's here, I'll go get it." Su Rui stood up almost immediately, his movements as fast as if he were fleeing the scene, grabbing his terminal and hurrying into the house. It was as if if he stayed even a second longer, he would be completely devoured by the three women's "demonic voices" and "demonic claws."
Chapter 1081 of Volume 17 is a character.
Watching Suri practically flee, Mostima and Fiameta exchanged a glance and couldn't help but burst into laughter. Remian also shook her head with a smile, her eyes full of doting affection and helplessness.
This evening, though filled with unexpected events and awkward moments, ultimately ended in a strange, warm, and harmonious way. Under Remien's "protection," Suri seemed to be slowly adapting to this noisy yet intimate way of being surrounded by her "girlfriends"? Although the process was still awkward, the result... didn't seem too bad? At least, dinner was sorted out, and it was his favorite savory pizza.
As the sun sank completely below the horizon, only a vibrant crimson hue remained on the horizon, like a spilled palette of colors. The swimming pool in the villa's backyard, illuminated by landscape lights, shimmered with a deep blue light, a stark contrast to the deepening night. The air was filled with the salty, damp scent of the sea and the languid charm unique to a summer night.
The delivery phone rang like a savior, temporarily rescuing Suri from his near-evaporation from the awkwardness of Mostima and Fiameta's "girls' private chatter." He practically sprang from his recliner, tossed out a curt "The food's here, I'll come get it," and dashed into the villa without looking back, almost fleeing in panic, leaving only a silver afterimage in his wake.
Watching his retreating figure, which was practically a "fleet," Mostima and Fiameta were first taken aback, then burst into unrestrained, silvery laughter. Even Remian in her wheelchair couldn't help but cover her mouth and chuckle, her lake-blue eyes filled with helplessness and doting. Mostima was truly a genius to have driven Suri to this point.
"Oh my gosh~ Little Suri looks so cute when she's shy~" Mostima laughed heartily, stretched, and stood up from the lounge chair to loosen her limbs. Her gaze swept over the shimmering pool, then looked at some water toys placed nearby (probably provided by the villa), a mischievous glint flashing in her lake-blue eyes.
“Hey, Fiametta,” she nudged Fiametta, who was still wiping away tears of laughter, with her elbow, and said in a low, seductive voice, “Look, it’s still early, dinner won’t be here for a while~ It’s so hot, and the pool is so beautiful, it’s so boring to just wait, isn’t it? How about… we play something fun?” As she spoke, she bent down and picked up two exaggeratedly shaped, brightly colored plastic water guns from the toy basket next to her!
Fiameta stared at the two water guns for a moment, then her face lit up with an eager expression. After all, she was a young girl with a playful nature. The tension and embarrassment she felt earlier from Mostima dragging her around and "teasing" Suri had now transformed into an urge to relax and vent.
“Sure!” Fiameta readily agreed, taking the water gun Mostima handed her and expertly checking the water tank. “How do we play?”
