Li Xia and the Apostle of Urobuchi displayed performances beyond their caliber in the unique low-gravity world of Dragon Ball.

Chapter 13 Misfortune!

The second phase of the Sword Demon is much more flexible, but it has obviously given up some things as well.

The black arrow inflicted extremely high damage on him; even a chaotic Void creature like him would suffer severe injury after being pierced through the heart.

"Boom-"

Li Xia's ears twitched, and a sharp glint flashed in his eyes. There was more than one heart!

This series of movements was extremely fast. Just then, Ye Ji fell right at Li Xia's feet, and Li Xia gently flicked it with his toe.

As if it had come to life, Ye Ji leaped back into his hand. Li Xia turned to the side and bumped into him with his shoulder, slightly creating space. The spear emerged from its hole like a nimble snake.

Aiming at the other heart of the Apostle of the Void, a faint white light began to flash from the tip of the spear.

The sword demon's crimson eyes blazed with blood-red light, and the white light, whose power was unknown, could not be extinguished even by his own Void Abyss power.

Left with no other choice, he could only let out a frantic roar, and a dark power suddenly surged from his body, causing huge bat wings to spread out from his back once again.

The moment the spear tip pierced through, the sword demon's body transformed into a streak of black light that shot into the sky. Under the immense force, the spear's blade became as sharp as a scalpel.

A wound that pierced half of his body was cut open at the point of penetration.

That single blow caused nearly 30% damage.

Li Xia flicked the blood off his spear and gazed at the sky.

They ran away?

wrong!

Li Xia was startled, for she saw what appeared to be a twinkling star in the sky.

Upon closer inspection, those weren't stars at all! They were clearly the black light emanating from the sword demon.

A violent howling sound seemed to echo from the horizon, and a beam of black light shot straight down from the high school.

Holy crap, a massive meteor shower!

Even from a great distance, Li Xia could still feel the hairs on his body standing on end, as if every cell was screaming for him to get away.

The excited howl of misfortune seemed to echo in my mind.

There's no way to avoid it...

Li Xia closed her eyes, exhaled deeply, and then suddenly opened them.

With a tremor of his hand, Night Silence was placed beside him.

Why should I hide!

Reaching out, I grasped the cold handle of Misfortune. The moment I pulled it out, it seemed as if desperate cries and maniacal laughter echoed all around me.

The black light drew closer, and the talent began to flash with a dazzling golden light. The misfortune was so excited that the entire gun trembled slightly.

"laugh------"

My heart skipped a beat inside my chest, and everything around me seemed to slow down.

Li Xia saw that the tiny pebbles that had been swept up by the fighting wind were now suspended in mid-air as if held up by an invisible hand.

They are no longer blurry shadows rushing by, but clearly discernible grains of sand, their rough textures and the mottled marks left by the erosion of time are all on full display.

Some of the pebbles still had a little dirt on them, the dirt particles loosely attached to the surface of the stones, as if they would fall off under the weight of gravity at any moment, but this moment was frozen in time.

The billowing smoke and dust were no longer a chaotic mass, but rather spread out in wisps, like a meticulously painted gray scroll.

They saw that even the low-lying weeds in the distance had stopped swaying.

A vertical line slowly appeared between his eyebrows.

As the black light drew near, he raised his hand and fired.

"Oh!"

The gun trembled slightly, and a blinding flash of light, like a fire beast that had been trapped for a long time suddenly erupting, shot out from the muzzle.

The incoming black light trembled violently and dissipated completely, revealing the sword demon enveloped in the black light, which slumped down from the sky carrying a massive amount of kinetic energy.

It was as if a massive bomb had exploded; the ground nearby trembled, and rubble flew up.

Ignoring the billowing dust, Li Xia continued walking forward.

Sword Demon was vomiting large mouthfuls of blood, lying on his back in the center of the giant pit, struggling to get up.

Li Xia raised his foot and stomped down hard.

"Boom--!"

The sword demon's back had barely left the ground when it quickly lay back down, sending a ripple of air outwards.

The muzzle of the gun, a symbol of doom, was pointed at the sword demon. Inside the magazine, a golden bullet shimmered with a mesmerizing glow.

"boom!"

Li Xia vaguely heard the sound of something being shattered.

Sword Demon trembled violently, then seemed to lose all his strength. He seemed to lose his color, and his whole body showed an eerie paleness.

His scarlet eyes turned a dull gray, staring blankly at the sky.

He raised the muzzle and blew away the gunpowder smoke. The misfortune twirled nimbly in his hand before being inserted into the holster.

[You have slain the Apostle of the Void, Sword Demon!]

A ball of flame suddenly condensed from nothingness and enveloped the Apostle of the Void.

The Hall of Light, extremely disgusted, lit a fire that nearly burned Li Xia, seemingly not wanting to wait even a minute before turning the Sword Demon to ashes.

There's a sense of eagerness.

More importantly, Li Xia discovered that no treasure chests were generated by the Sword Demon!

Fortunately, the subsequent gains were good.

The Hall of Light is extremely satisfied with your performance!

You have received 1 Brilliant Medal!

[You have received: 5 attribute points, 1 Time-Space Coin, Executioner Star Rating +1, and 3 Certificates of Waiver for Notary Fees!]

[Note: The Brilliant Medal is proof of honor and can be exchanged for rare rewards in the Hall of Light. Apostles, please exchange carefully!]

Most importantly, misfortune finally had its fill and vaguely expressed its happiness to him.

Who can understand the joy of finally being able to eat after being hungry for so long!

Li Xia turned off the notification, staggered back a few steps, and sat down on a rock.

At this point, his health bar had dropped to only 26.3%.

He took out a somewhat rough pipe from the space.

Bilbo's Pipe

Grade: Green (Ultimate)

[Origin: Trials of the Allied Wars, Middle-earth]

[Revival: Tobacco blessed by the elves produces a smoke with restorative power when lit.]

Rejuvenation: Restores 20 health points per minute.

[Regeneration: A certain amount of tobacco will be regenerated each day until the pipe is full]

Regeneration: The pipe has a usage time of 1 hour when fully filled.

[Comment: Bilbo carved the pipe himself and had it blessed by the Elvenking. In the hearts of hobbits, nothing is more pleasurable than smoking a pipe.]

The light of the match ignited the tobacco, and wisps of smoke rose. Actually, the best way to heal now is through the circulation of Qi.

But Li Xia still had things to do...

With some difficulty, he pulled out the small box made of Kro alloy from behind his back, and it took his blood-stained fingers several tries to lift the lid.

Bulma instantly reverted to her original size, frantically tearing at her protective suit while calling for help.

Having finally managed to break free of the protective suit, she staggered to Li Xia's side, her bright blue eyes brimming with tears, and cried out in a sob:

"Don't die! I'll heal you, no... I'll go find the Dragon Balls, even if you die—I'll bring you back to life!"

Li Xia slowly raised her head:

I wonder what everyone thinks of the fight scenes. This is the first time I've written about the protagonist having a formal 1v1 fight with someone else, and it's a pretty tough one at that.

In the future, simple battles may be resolved in half a chapter to one chapter, evenly matched battles within two chapters, and battles where a strong enemy turns the tide may take two and a half chapters.

If you find this too detailed and verbose, I can simplify it further...

The question about the Sword Demon will be explained later.

Chapter 14: A Bountiful Harvest!

The white ward was filled with the smell of medicine, and various instruments were installed in the multi-armed cranes on the ceiling. These most advanced machines in the world were brought in by Bulma from various places.

Li Xia lay in the streamlined medical ward, her eyes slightly closed. The only sounds in the ward were the constantly changing numbers and curves on the instruments and the soft 'beep-beep' sound.

Bulma stood outside the ward, glancing through the window at Li Xia, who was still lying quietly, her face filled with worry.

The doctor in the white coat adjusted his glasses and spoke to the daughter of the richest man in front of him in a tone full of confusion and disbelief:

“Miss Bulma, your friend’s body… is incredibly strong. According to our tests, the activity level of his cells is several times that of a normal person.”

As he spoke, he tapped on the virtual screen in front of him, which displayed footage captured by the recording device during the rescue.

In the chaotic emergency room, the camera suddenly zooms in, showing the tiny wounds from the battle healing at a visible speed.

"Administer the medication! Quickly!"

The doctor's anxious shouts can be heard in the video:

"What's going on? I can't get it in!"

A doctor wiped the sweat from his forehead, using almost all his strength, and the needle bent out of place.

The image on the virtual screen freezes, showing an elderly doctor with gray hair shaking his head:

"What I find most unbelievable is—"

His eyes held a bewildered look, as if he were questioning the meaning of life: "The patient's wound contained a large amount of foreign matter such as mud and sand, which is a major cause of infection."

They were automatically expelled from the body, as if an invisible force pushed them all out.

"This...this is impossible!"

Bulma nodded: "So what we need to do now is provide sufficient nutrients and nebulized medication to promote healing?"

"Yes"

"Then do it this way. Make arrangements for me. Clear out the ward next door and I'll stay here."

Bulma thanked the doctor, then turned and picked up her phone: "Hello, Dad, I have an idea—to promote wound healing through light, yes—a helium-neon laser, low power..."

..............

Li Xia slowly woke up from a deep sleep after the rescue that Bulma had called for arrived.

Exhausted, Li Xia lay down on the stretcher with peace of mind.

I glanced at my health points and they had recovered to 42%, a truly terrifying recovery ability.
