"I'm no longer in the mood to play with you guys."

Even though his body was suspended in the storm, Accelerator showed no fear.

He said simply.

"It's time for a big clean-up. I'll wipe you all out in ten seconds."

Black lightning and tornadoes intertwined.

It has nothing to do with so-called magic or enchantment; it comes from the simplest physical phenomena.

In other words, the attack power will be the most obvious level.

*Whoosh!* The real storm instantly swept across the sky, because the black lightning, wrapped around the tornado, had transformed into a massive, purplish-black force.

Looking up from below, the bodies of the two beluga whales were instantly swept up.

In the distance, you can see the members of the punitive expedition standing there with expressions of disbelief on their faces.

The beluga whale directly above was completely powerless to resist it all.

"Waaaaaahh ...

No matter how much it wailes, it's all meaningless now.

But it actually has its biggest trump card.

Even escaping is no longer an option.

The dark purple lightning burned its way through, and finally, the storm dissipated, leaving only pure charred remains.

Just as the first person said, the fight was over in less than ten seconds.

…No.

Actually, the beluga whale is not dead yet.

Under Accelerator's control, the beluga whale, which was being held by the tornado, was instantly thrown to the ground, creating a huge crater.

Despite the fact that its body surface had been burned beyond recognition by the 15,000-degree heat, leaving no trace and even exposing the bones on the inside, Accelerator still intentionally kept it alive.

The reason is actually very simple.

"...Was it for me?"

One of the men stepped out from the punitive expedition.

Wilhelm.

He held a knight's sword, his body covered in blood; he had also sustained some injuries in his previous fight with the white whale.

But that's irrelevant now.

The beluga whale in front of him had its last breath; it stared intently at Wilhelm with its wide, scarlet eyes.

"Roar……"

"Forty years."

He walked over step by step.

The sound seemed to have vanished.

Accelerator, who had come down from the sky, stood to one side, and everyone was watching him, including Accelerator himself.

Wilhelm drew his knight's sword from his waist.

The beluga whale was still preparing its final blow. This monster, no matter what, only knew how to kill, and would live to kill whatever was in front of it, no matter what.

That's right.

The same was true forty years ago.

The person Wilhelm loved most was the one whose life was taken by it.

"Forty years have passed since my wife died, and I have never forgotten her all these years..."

He raised his sword.

Accelerator didn't interfere; he crossed his arms and quietly watched everything.

"—White Whale, for the sake of my wife Theresia van Astrea, I will kill you here!"

"To avenge the murder of my wife—!!!"

He rushed over; it all happened so easily.

Amidst flashes of swords and countless clashes, the white whale, its eyes wide open, died in this world with a final, unwilling death.

Only one person remained, standing atop its corpse.

"...Do you see that, Theresa?"

With trembling hands, Wilhelm faced the bright moonlight before him and gently raised his sword.

The figures from my memories gradually emerged.

Sword Demon Wilhelm took a deep breath, suppressing all his emotions, and shouted loudly.

"I did it... I succeeded in killing it!"

"I will never forget you, so... I love you."

"You will always be the reason I, Wilhelm, wield my sword for the rest of my life!"

Everyone was staring at him, staring at the Sword Demon of the past, standing here, venting the most primal emotions in their hearts.

Accelerator calmly lowered his hands.

Perhaps there is a profound tragedy in Wilhelm's life, something even more tragic and unimaginable.

But no matter what.

He has now accomplished all of this, personally marking the end of his past tragedy.

That's enough.

It was worth it for him to leave the beluga whale with its last breath before bringing it here.

He glanced at Wilhelm casually, turned around, and left.

On the distant grassland, two figures stood bathed in moonlight.

They looked up into the distance, watching the group that had dealt with the white whale, and couldn't help but say this.

"I thought it would last a little longer, but I didn't expect it to be this bad?"

"The beings in this world aren't particularly powerful. The only ones worth mentioning are probably that man named Reinhard and the so-called Witch of Envy, Satella, right?"

"Does it make a difference? For a bastard like you who goes all out and can even tear the sun itself apart like trash, what does it matter whether you're a witch or not?"

A black-haired man in a trench coat stood there, and next to him was a man in a black overcoat with a white scarf covering his mouth.

The man in the black coat had black hair, while the man in the trench coat had black and gold hair.

The former has blood-red pupils, while the latter has very ordinary brown eyes.

The two of them stood there, exchanging a few words here and there.

"I originally intended to make it a little more difficult for him, but it turns out to be exceptionally powerful."

"So that's how it is. You deliberately pushed the world forward for this reason, forcibly bringing the white whale, which was supposed to arrive in a few days, here?"

"Isn't this obvious? Besides, isn't this exactly what we came here to do?"

He waved his hand and smiled casually.

"So, what do you think of Accelerator now?"

"It's very simple."

The young man with dark blond hair said casually.

"He hasn't awakened 'that' yet."

"Oh...you're right. If that were the case, we wouldn't be able to have such a relaxed chat here right now, would we?"

"So what is the purpose of coming to this world? His mission will soon be over, and then he will leave here and go to the next world... What is the point of doing all this now?"

"Meaning... In that case, what is the meaning of life? Looking at these ridiculous social behaviors, it would be better to just blow the whole sun up."

"Stop spouting nonsense. What right do you have to say such things, someone who interferes with the fate of others?"

"Ha, aren't you the same?"

The two waved their hands and said nothing more.

"Let's go, there's no point in staying here."

"You're right. I bet he'll be facing a team fight soon next time."

"Given his strength, that should be something he can handle quite easily."

"Yes."

The sound then faded away.

Their bodies dissipated, disappearing from the world amidst a burst of golden particles.

That's right.

It was as if these two people had never existed in the world.

Well, although this is a launch message, there isn't anything particularly important in it, so the author will just briefly talk about the book.

Actually, I don't like being an author.

I enjoy reading, but I don't like being an author; I prefer being a reader.

For a long time, I've wanted to read a novel that combines Accelerator with various anime and manga worlds. I've always wanted to read a book that depicts the real Accelerator traveling to other worlds, experiencing all sorts of stories, and using his abilities to accomplish all sorts of things.

Unfortunately, after searching for so long, from several years ago until now, I still haven't found a single book I want.

There may be relevant topics, but most of them are just low-level out-of-character (OOC) content.

The author really wanted to see a novel like this, about Accelerator x various anime crossovers.

and so--

Since no one else is going to write it, I'll have to write it myself.

Some might wonder, why be so fixated on Accelerator? If it's about crossover anime, aren't there tons of books on the subject? Aren't there plenty of crossover fanfics on platforms like Bookke and other websites?

Because the author really wanted to see a story that belonged to Accelerator.

Regarding the characters in A Certain Magical Index, the author has read everything about Accelerator more than ten times. He knows everything about him, including his personality, his diet, his ability settings, how his abilities are displayed, the number of times he appears, in which volume and chapter of the A Certain Magical Index novels he appears, how many times he appears in total, and what he says.

These authors know this inside and out, all in order to create a true Accelerator, rather than an out-of-character character disguised as Accelerator.

Whether you like this book or hate it, the author will do his best to restore Accelerator's true personality.

The author himself doesn't care about popularity. If he were just talking about making money and riding the wave of popularity, he could simply start a book based on the most popular genres like Arknights or Type-Moon. Making money would be much easier than with a genre like Accelerator from A Certain Magical Index.

However, I didn't do that. Instead, I chose a subject that is almost the least popular on book forums: characters from A Certain Magical Index, as the theme of this book.

Because I really, really want to see a story that truly belongs to Accelerator as he travels through various worlds.
