I, V, Gotham Legend

Only Deathstroke was prepared. He dodged the rope with an elegant roll like an acrobat.
"You're squeezing me!" complained Harley as she stood back to back with King Shark and Deadshot.
"It's just a bunch of broken ropes. It's much easier to deal with than the iron sheet that Luther used to tie me up!" White runes appeared faintly on the shark king's gray skin. "Watch me burst it!"
But just as King Shark's muscles bulged, another arrow was shot out, and this time it hit King Shark's head squarely.
"Shark!" Harley couldn't help but scream out as she watched the arrow pass over her head.
"I'm not dead!" said the Shark King in surprise. He did not feel pierced through. The special arrow only pierced his scalp and hung on his head.
"No!" Harley kept looking up at the arrow above her head. She saw that the shaft of the arrow was made up of sections, with blue light flashing between the gaps, as if it was about to release something.
A strong electric current was released and flowed through Nanawei's body.
"Guaaaaaaaah!" Even the thick-skinned King Shark screamed in pain. Because they were tied together, Harley and Deadshot were not affected either.
Perhaps it was due to the intensity of the electric current, they didn't even have time to scream before they passed out.
Deathstroke watched in silence as his three teammates were electrocuted. He turned around and looked deeper into the alley again.
The most important box of this mission fell at the feet of the stunned Harkness, not far from the Deathstroke.
But instead of acting, he waited.
This time, there was no sound of bowstring, but the crisp sound of leather shoes hitting the ground.
A man wearing a dark green cloak with a hood covering his face walked out of the darkness. He stood nearly ten meters away from Deathstroke, and the two looked at each other in silence.
No.6.No
The only sound in the gloomy alley was the sound of the breeze. The two men stared at each other in silence, with Captain Boomerang lying unconscious on the ground as the dividing line.
"Who are you? A superhero? Or a criminal?" Deathstroke asked first.
"Compared to you, I'm a hero." The hooded man replied in a resounding voice, "I have always hated scum like you."
"Well, hero, you should at least have a code name." Deathstroke's face was hidden under the mask, but his voice did not become obscured.
"I'm still thinking, but that won't stop me from getting rid of you." The hooded man pointed to the box between the two of them, "The things inside are the source of disaster that is enough to corrupt an entire city."
There was no change in Deathstroke's movements, but the gloves holding the knife were already soaked.
All he knew was that his team was transporting something very bad and important, so important that Amanda could write off their past failures.
And this man obviously came here for this box!
"Where is the person who was supposed to deliver the goods to us?" Deathstroke tried to pry out more information.
"I've hung him up. Right there." The hooded man pointed to the alley behind him and pulled out another arrow from the quiver on his back. "You will do the same soon."
The battle was about to break out. Deathstroke burned the potential of his body, took a step forward, and rushed towards the hooded man.
However, the hooded man showed amazing hand speed. In the moment when Deathstroke closed the distance, he had completed the process of drawing the bow and shooting arrows several times.
Deathstroke realized that four arrows passed by him in three different directions. Based on previous experience, these were not ordinary arrows.
He swung his two swords, cutting out two semicircles and deflecting the two closest arrows. However, one of the arrows had already grazed his body, passed through his waist, and hovered in the air for a moment, then flashed blue light and exploded at the same time as if they had resonated.
It was a stun bomb. Deathstroke realized the danger, and with the willpower of a transformed superhuman, he prevented himself from fainting immediately like Harkness.
The blast temporarily disoriented him, and he hit his head with the hilt of his sword in an attempt to restore himself to normal as soon as possible.
Deathstroke could barely identify the hooded man's position. He had already rushed in front of the enemy, and at this distance he had no time to draw his bow.
With two sharp swords, Deathstroke tried to cut the hooded man in half.
But the hooded man just squatted down, pulled out an arrow from behind him, and without drawing the bow, he directly stabbed it into Deathstroke's chest like a stick.
The arrow pierced through the leather armor made of polymer material, but did not pierce the skin of Deathstroke. I don't know if this arrow can only do this or the hooded man showed mercy.
Deathstroke gave up on chopping off his enemy's head and swung his sword at the hooded man's shoulder first.
But the hooded man had already rolled backwards, avoiding the attack, and he stroked the bow and arrow. Then, the arrow still stuck in Deathstroke's chest flashed white light and exploded on the spot.
This time the stun grenade exploded right in his face, and even Deathstroke couldn't help but take several steps back before falling to the ground.
The hooded man took out three arrows from his back and shot them into the sky. The three arrows drew an arc in the air and then fell down, piercing three positions in front, left and back of the death knell.
Ropes shot out from the tails of the arrows and connected to each other. Then the ropes contracted and were pulled together, and Deathstroke fell to the ground.
In just a flash, all five members of the Suicide Squad fell to the ground.
The hooded man pulled out another arrow and aimed it at the middle of the men. He wanted to set another trap just in case.
Just at this moment, the sound of blade colliding with metal suddenly sounded, attracting the attention of the hooded man.
He turned around, and with his eagle-like vision he saw across the dark alley that the recipient of the trade, whom he had caught and hung on the wall, was halfway out of trouble.
A tall woman stood next to this person, her distinctive blue hair standing out in the darkness, but the hooded man couldn't see her face because the distance was too far.
The woman seemed to have a knife tied to her arm, and she cut the chains that tied up the trader with a few strokes. The trader fell to the ground, and strangely, he didn't seem to wake up yet.
The woman retracted the knife on her arm like pressing the tip of a pen, and then she squatted beside the man, as if investigating something.
The hooded man immediately aimed the stun grenade arrow that had not yet been fired at the woman who suddenly appeared: "What are you doing?"
Valerie raised her head and looked the hooded man up and down. She opened her mouth slightly in surprise: "You are... Green Arrow?"
Valerie didn't know much about DC. Although she had heard of a few classic heroes, her knowledge of them was limited to their names.
However, she called out Green Arrow not because she knew the hero, but because she gave him a nickname based on the hooded man's appearance.
But the hooded man thought the name was not bad.
"Are you with them?" The hooded man drew his bow and kept his distance from Valerie.
"They..." Valerie looked at the Suicide Squad lying on the ground, "We do know each other... but our appearance here together is just a pure coincidence."
It sounded like a lie, especially since Valerie had put down the smuggler who had just been hung up by the hooded man.
Valerie seemed to see the hooded man's distrust. She said in astonishment, "They are government agents. They should be carrying out some special secret mission. They shouldn't just be lying here."
As she spoke, she tapped the person at her feet and said, "This guy too, I just opened the box, it's authentic, so I let him go."
"Government agent, dressed like this?" The hooded man felt humiliated, and the woman in front of him looked weird no matter how he looked at her.
He decided to give up the meaningless chat and released the arrow on the bow.
Valerie raised her hand and grabbed the arrow handle, but the arrowhead burst open like a flower bud, and dark green mist sprayed all over her face.
"Ahem! What is this!" The sour and smelly smell caught Valerie off guard. She looked at the hooded man with wide eyes in surprise.
The hooded man rushed to Valerie. When he saw Valerie suddenly looking at him, he was startled and quickly took out an arrow and threw it at Valerie's face like a javelin.
Valerie didn't try to catch the arrow with her hands again. She waved her hand and the arrow was knocked aside.
The arrow pierced into the ground, and the strong electric current sank into the dust.
"A normal person's eyes would be stung by that thing, and they would be unable to see or hear." The hooded man said, looking at the mist on the side of Valerie's face that had not yet dissipated.
"So I'm not a normal person - but that thing stinks." Valerie pulled the Savage King's hammer from her pocket.
She was originally trying to figure out who this guy was, but since he had already taken action, it would be unreasonable not to teach him a lesson.
The hooded man said nothing more as he pulled out a few more arrows and nocked them on the compound bow.

The sight of Valerie raising her hand to catch an arrow shot at her face made the hooded man realize the difference in physical abilities between the two sides.
He immediately gave up close combat, pulling the bowstring while keeping a distance from Valerie.
Valerie was not in a hurry to fight with the hooded man. Although she once thought that the Suicide Squad was just so-so, they were not the kind of people who could be easily dealt with by ordinary people.
And when looking at this man, Valerie always had the feeling that she was looking at Batman, that is, this guy had the temperament of a rich man.
Valerie narrowed her eyes, turned on the scanner, and simply opened the box.
The hooded man seemed to sense the uneasiness and he immediately shot an arrow.
The hooded man shot fourteen arrows in a short period of time in a posture that was difficult for ordinary people to do. The arrows grazed Valerie from three directions and embedded themselves in the walls and the ground.
Ropes shot out from the arrow tails, intertwined in the air, forming a dense encirclement net.
Valerie stood there and watched the ropes connected together. As the hooded man moved, white electric currents climbed up the encirclement.
Valerie looked at the electric current jumping on the metal rope, stroked her chin and thought for a moment, and suddenly she had an inspiration.
But it's not time to put it into practice yet, the ropes are already shrinking, obviously trying to tie her up like the Suicide Squad did.
Valerie raised her gloved hand and grabbed a rope that was blocking her view.
The current itself is not lethal and has no effect even when wearing insulating gloves.
Valerie grabbed the rope, a gleam in her light blue eyes. She looked around at the surrounding area with flashing electric lights and made some calculations in her mind.
Then he exerted force in the lower left direction, pulling the rope hard, just like pulling up a water pipe.
The intertwined ropes were pulled together, and the arrows that were embedded in the walls and the ground like nails were pulled up.
The ropes flashing with electric light brushed against Valerie's body, and with a calculated amplitude, the net-like ropes were really swung up like a fishing net.
Several arrows hit each other in mid-air, turning a mesh prison into a rolled-up whip.
Seeing what Valerie did, the hooded man had no time to be impressed by her strength as he nocked another arrow and this time shot it onto the ground in front of Valerie.
Because he was inhumane, he rarely used arrows with real poison gas, and the green mist he had shot at Valerie before was more like a jet of pepper spray that irritated the senses.
However, Valerie has shown a strength that is completely different from that of ordinary people, and he has decided to use severe punishment.
The arrow that pierced Valerie made a puffing sound, but no color of gas was emitted.
Fortunately, Valerie had been scanning her vision, and she clearly saw the red mist floating out from the tails of the two arrows, trying to cover an area.
Valerie made a double jump over the area covered by the poisonous gas, swung the electric whip in the air, and the arrow drove the rope to nail onto the billboard on the wall behind the hooded man.
The hooded man thought Valerie would come over like this, so he immediately drew his bow and aimed it at the path that Valerie would take.
However, Valerie did not slide out of the arc. She loosened her hands slightly in mid-air, allowing the electric wire whip to slide in her hands until she caught the tip, and Valerie jumped directly to the ground.
After landing, she immediately tightened the rope and the electric net was straightened.
The hooded man realized what she was going to do, he dropped the arrow and immediately did a front flip.
At the same time, Valerie pulled down the billboard, and the heavy sign hit the ground like a collapsed wall, brushing against the hooded man's back, stirring up a cloud of dust.
The hooded man subconsciously glanced back, then he immediately turned back and stared at Valerie with a sharp look.
However, Valerie had disappeared, and all that remained was the tangled electric whip thrown to the ground.
The hooded man heard someone jump behind him, and although he had no idea how the woman got there, he immediately drew his bow and turned around to aim.
However, it was not until he turned around that he realized Valerie was very close to him.
The woman reached out and directly grasped the hooded man's wrists, forcing his hands apart, causing the hooded man to open his heart.
The hooded man immediately flipped his right wrist, allowing the arrow to hit the woman's face directly, intending to risk mutual destruction by pressing the switch of the stun grenade.
However, the woman was faster, and before the hooded man could complete his move, he felt a huge force hit his chest, as if he had been hit by a car.
The hooded man flew backwards like a cannonball and fell into the range of poison gas that he had set up himself.
He realized that something was wrong and struggled to get up, but because he was hit in the abdomen, he subconsciously took a deep breath after landing.
Perhaps it was because of the heavy blow he had received previously, or perhaps it was because the dose of poison gas was large enough, the hooded man collapsed to the ground, feeling his consciousness gradually drifting away.
In his last moments, he watched the blue-haired woman slowly retract her kicked foot.
……
When the hooded man regained consciousness, he found himself tied up and hanging upside down from a street lamp.
The dilapidated alley was still in front of him, and several criminals he had defeated before were tied together, including the trader who had been put down by the blue-haired woman.
"You woke up pretty quickly. It seems my medicine is quite effective against this toxin."
