"Good morning~~" Nietzsche felt something rubbing against his leg. He bent down and saw Crookshanks' furry tail wrapped around his calf. "In a few days, you will have to say goodbye to her."
He squatted down and let the cat jump onto his arm.
Several friends around him were excitedly discussing the recent Quidditch match, but he was not interested in these. He was just thinking about the things that had happened one after another recently:
First Granger's interruption, then Sirius at the Christmas party...
"Have you heard?" Theodore stopped at the second floor staircase. "I heard that Dean Snape poisoned Lupin to death because of this Defense Against the Dark Arts class. Professor Lupin hasn't been to class for a week."
Several Slytherins had bitter expressions on their faces and were reluctant to step into the classroom.
It's not that I have a problem with Dean Snape, but I have a problem with his teaching method - who is willing to risk their life fighting a few werewolves?
Fortunately, Professor Lupin has returned this week. Nietzsche found that he was even weaker than before. His eyes were sunken, with a heavy dark shadow around them, and his old robe was almost hanging loosely on his body.
"Sickly bastard, I thought he would change the sheets." Draco sneered in a low voice.
After saying that, he subconsciously covered the back of his head, but this time no heavy book suddenly fell on him.
Then the Slytherins handed in the two werewolf papers they had written overnight.
"I learned this from Gryffindor in the last class..." Lupin waved his hand and said leisurely, "Actually, you don't have to hand it in. We haven't learned that yet, but I'll still give you five points."
The whole classroom erupted in complaints, and even Nietzsche was no exception.
I did my homework, but the teacher suddenly said I didn’t have to hand it in and wouldn’t check it. There is no greater pain in the world than this.
During this Defense Against the Dark Arts class, Lupin brought out a tank of hinky punk from his office, and Grindelwald would then perform magic tricks, using all kinds of spells to defeat the underwater creatures.
"This little thing is not scary. What is scary is the environment." Grindelwald accurately pointed out the danger of Hinckley Punk.
That's right. If a wizard encounters this kind of creature on the shore, there are all kinds of black magic that can be used to attack it. The slippery skin of a frog does not have a strong magic resistance like that of a fire dragon or a basilisk.
But it's different underwater.
The most dangerous part of Hinckley Punk is its environment - once a wizard falls into the water and cannot cast spells without a wand, he can only rely on brute force to break free.
But there are always exceptions. When facing a wizard like Grindelwald, the water can also form a rope and strangle his neck under control.
Hinckley Punk slammed his head against the glass wall and let out a hoarse roar.
"For creatures whose advantages lie in environmental factors, I have only one warning for you. Either don't give them a chance, or... strengthen yourselves and transcend the constraints of the environment." Grindelwald had a faint smile on his face.
He glanced at Nietzsche who was sitting next to him, as if he was hinting at something.
The teaching content was very exciting, but for some reason, every time he demonstrated practical content, Professor Lupin and the little wizard always felt a little uneasy.
Maybe it was because the other party was trying to hit the vital point directly...
When the bell rang for the end of get out of class, Nietzsche just stood up and was kept back by the old professor.
"I have something to do." The other person stood by the window and said without turning his head.
Lupin quickly realized his interruption, so he smiled kindly at Nietzsche and took the tortured, half-dead Hinckley back to the office alone.
There was no sunlight coming through the window on this winter day, and his short hair and beard were only illuminated by the light in the room, making them look white.
"That's Hogsmeade, where the Dementors roam." Grindelwald wiped the water droplets on the glass with his sleeve. "They are very hungry. They almost broke into the Quidditch game last weekend."
Nietzsche tried to look into the distance, but there was nothing but dark clouds.
Last weekend was the Gryffindor-Hufflepuff game, and the excitement and joy on the Quidditch field was exactly what Dementors feed on... except that Nietzsche was in the Room of Requirement at the time.
"You and Headmaster Dumbledore have been keeping an eye on the school boundaries?" Nietzsche guessed.
"It's mostly my credit... But this is not a long-term solution. As long as they stay around, they will always be a threat to the school." Grindelwald straightened up, "And I can't do all three."
The old professor traveled back and forth between the Room of Requirement and the classroom, and also had to expel hundreds of Dementors outside Hogwarts.
The degree of hard work far exceeds that of a "professor's assistant". Being a friend of Headmaster Dumbledore is really exhausting.
"And once Black runs out secretly, he will attract those Dementors, so I hope you will learn a magic to defend against Dementors."
This is almost an order.
This order was due to the connection between Nietzsche and Sirius. That aura cannot be erased and is engraved in history. Only Dementors possess this special ability.
Nietzsche finally understood why the Ministry of Magic would requisition this 'non-existent' creature without any intelligence.
A natural born hunter.
"The magic you and Professor Lupin did on the train?" His grey-blue eyes sparkled.
"Try the Patronus Charm first. If you don't have the talent for it, try my Fiendish Blaze." Grindelwald took out an ancient book from his arms. "The Patronus Charm is the most useful white magic in existence."
However, Nietzsche noticed Dumbledore's signature on this old book whose name was unclear, and next to it was a strange triangular pattern with an eye and a vertical line in the middle.
White magic...it seems this was Headmaster Dumbledore's suggestion.
He held the book in his arms as he attended the ancient runic literature class with Crookshanks, and then returned to the Great Hall, but found no sign of Hermione.
However, Lavender and Parvati gave him several sly smiles. Nietzsche finally couldn't stand their strange looks anymore, so he quickly filled his stomach and ran to the eighth floor.
"I need a room to guard Sirius Black." Nietzsche stood in front of the tapestry on the eighth floor and walked back and forth three times.
But when he opened the door, he was dumbfounded.
Sirius didn't run away, but he wanted to run away - Hermione pulled out a chair and sat facing the door, tapping her wand with her right index finger, and it seemed that she had been waiting here for a while.
The issue is...
"How do I know?" Hermione said what was in his mind, "Holmes, tsk tsk...are you being held hostage, or are you willing to be Sirius Black's helper?"
Oh no! Nietzsche knew she was angry when he heard her tone.
"Are you hurt?" He reacted instantly and asked kindly.
"I'm hurt!" Sirius said lifelessly, lying on the dining table beside him, "Your girlfriend almost killed me... Haha, a classic combination of Slytherin and Gryffindor."
Nietzsche and Hermione turned their heads at the same time and shouted angrily: "Shut up!"
Then the two looked at each other, but Hermione was not in a hurry at all. She just wanted to see what excuse he could make. However, considering that Nietzsche came up and cared about safety first, her anger subsided a little.
"You didn't even tell me," she accused.
"Me? You know you're the last one who wants to get involved in these troubles. You can't blame me." Nietzsche took two steps back innocently, raised Crookshanks and blocked him in front of him. "You got yourself into this mess this time."
"Then who am I because of?" Hermione glared at him angrily.
But no matter how she was accused, she could not tell the real reason why she pursued the Room of Requirement, so she took advantage of her ignorance and used Sirius as a shield.
So don’t say anything, just say it’s Nietzsche’s fault, and he can only grit his teeth and swallow it.
"So you care about me..." He couldn't blame the other person for his kindness.
"Yes, I care about you...and my career and studies." Hermione said stubbornly.
"Just admit it, you just want to take a risk, otherwise why would you think I would be held hostage by a wizard who doesn't even have a wand, and he's so weak!"
"Who knows? He is a wanted wizard after all."
Sirius frowned, trying to retort to Nietzsche, the Slytherin.
It is not okay to describe him as a weakling, as if just anyone can defeat him. Even if the other person is right, it is embarrassing.
At this time, the door of the Room of Requirement was opened again. When Sirius saw the person coming, he immediately closed his slightly opened mouth, lowered his head, and sat back in his original position in a daze, as quiet as a Ravenclaw.
It was Granger who was back.
"It's you?!"
"you again."
In the front is Hermione who is settling accounts, in the back is the hurried and impatient Granger, and in the middle is the bewildered Nietzsche.
Nietzsche then realized that the worst thing was not the homework he didn’t have to hand in, but his current situation...
Volume 1: Chapter 181 Two Women's Confrontation
"Hmm~ It seems that your girlfriend has a very sensitive sense of smell." Granger was surprised by her appearance.
"Just... just a close friend and colleague." Hermione raised her wand and did not step back because of her height. Instead, she took a step forward. "Who knows who you are?"
Huh? This is getting interesting.
Sirius held onto his chair and began to slowly walk away from the battle.
When using a time-turner, the user cannot let others know that he or she appears in different places at the same time, otherwise the single-unit backtracking will cause deviations, so Nietzsche avoided Hermione before Halloween.
For example, Hermione appears in both the Charms and Transfiguration classrooms at the same time;
But if Nietzsche met Hermione knowing about time travel, then no matter which classroom Hermione he met, it would be deviated into another one due to the observer's cognition.
But it doesn't matter now...
"I'm Hermione Granger, but not you." Granger sighed and said helplessly, "Don't worry, I'm not interested in Slytherin, and I don't have that intention... To be honest, I didn't expect you to care so much."
She glanced meaningfully at Hermione.
She was surprised, indeed, even though she knew that people in parallel universes would be different, but the way she looked at herself was ultimately inseparable from decades of habitual thinking, and she would always subconsciously bring in her own memories.
Hermione stood there in amazement, as if she had been suddenly slapped.
'If she is Hermione Granger, then who am I?'
"Wait...wait a minute, you are my future self? No, no, a parallel world?" She said angrily, "What nonsense are you talking about? Don't think I will forget that you said you were a seventh-year student in Slytherin."
Now it was Nietzsche's turn, and he turned around like a robot.
"Are you serious? Slytherin?"
"I just wanted to see her expression at that time...Haha! So innocent and cute~" Granger held her stomach and laughed.
But the more she laughed, the redder Hermione's face became. The other party almost stripped her naked. If she went to the Room of Requirement because of the incident between the Slytherin girl and Nietzsche, then it would be equivalent to confessing her love to Nietzsche.
It was like telling him: I'm not worried about Blake, I'm worried about you being kidnapped by someone else...
"I thought you were threatened by the Slytherins. You know, some people just like to worship dark wizards." Hermione stammered.
"Really? Then is there any distress signal in the book "Ancient Runes Translation" I gave you?" Granger did not show any panic from beginning to end, and said very calmly, "I should have held him hostage earlier."
The winner was decided after only ten minutes of fighting.
Hermione is strong, but she is not good enough in front of the knowledgeable Granger.
Just when the winner was about to be revealed, Sirius on the side became impatient and shouted, "Why would I ask Slytherin for help? If I have to ask... I'll ask Gryffindor for help."
Nietzsche gave him a glare.
However, after being interrupted by Sirius Black, Hermione finally found the stairs. After calming down, she sat back down at the desk half-believingly, and then patted the person sitting next to her hard.
In order to avoid getting into trouble, Nietzsche sat down quickly.
But Granger pulled a few pieces of dried fish from his pocket and shook them in his palm. Crookshanks, who was still shaking his head from side to side, immediately made up his mind and found his backbone.
"But why did you come here?" Hermione changed the subject and brought up what had just happened.
"Because I... To be precise, because of us, the only thing I can be sure of is the time turner. This is an anchor point. I originally planned to use this anchor point to return to my own third year."
It made sense, and Nietzsche finally understood why she believed Crookshanks first instead of going to Hermione.
"And then kill some people?" He made a joke to ease the atmosphere.
But in the end...Granger just nodded seriously.
What is this, another Granger-style bad taste?
"You want to see her expression again, right?" Nietzsche hesitated.
"Do you think there is any difference between Draco now and the young Lucius?" Granger flipped her hair and said casually, "No, they were both spoiled, so we have to admit something."
Admit it, clever Sherlock Holmes, human behavior, environment, and the ideas one accepts form a closed loop.
But these words scared Hermione. She frowned and didn't like the other party's remarks...whether it was about the present or the previous things.
"Then how is your indiscriminate killing different from that of a dark wizard?"
Unfortunately, the other party ignored her, but stood up and walked to Nietzsche, leaning over and whispering in his ear. This whispering style of speaking was only audible to the two of them.
It looked like Granger didn't care what Hermione thought.
"If you don't believe me, you can do a little test..." Granger's voice was suppressed like a snake, and to others it only sounded like a hiss.
Nietzsche tilted his ear slightly and remained silent.
"You've already sent Lucius to Azkaban, so do you still expect others to forgive you? You and them have long been at a dead end. The difference between you and Hermione is just that dispensable procedure."
