The mage who couldn't beat the computer locked his phone in frustration.

"Of course, I came here specially to see you."

Mori Yuesa pretended to listen, waiting for this quirky lady to speak.

She said, "No, not now. I will come back in three days. Then, it will be time for you to make a decision."

Ancient One stood up, smoothed his yellow robe, with admiration in his eyes.

She took her phone and handed the house key to Mori Yuesha. Seeing the girl's puzzled expression, she said, "You can stay here. I have a date."

She winked at the girl with her right eye, opened the door and walked out.

Mysterious...

Mori Yuesha pouted and closed the door, then looked for a mirror in the room and waved her hand, and an ancient courtyard appeared in the mirror.

…………

"I can have them spread out across the ship and keep an eye on the mage."

Arrietty sat in her special seat - on Mori Yuesa's shoulder, eating nuts while listening to Mori Yuesa tell her what had just happened.

Kunna was on Leng's side, her foot on Mori Yuesha's collarbone, disagreeing with what her leader said.

"We only have a dozen of us, and this isn't an assassination. Surveillance is simply not enough."

She didn't take her hammer. She wore shorts and a small vest, lying on her back comfortably. "Besides, Her Majesty the Queen said that the wizard is very powerful. We'd better not provoke her."

Arrietty looked at Mori Yuesha, who nodded in agreement: "She probably has no ill intentions, but what will happen in three days?"

The female knight curled her lips: "You are just being mysterious. This ship can't possibly sink, right?"

Kunna: “That’s possible.”

Mori Yuesa put the two girls down and knocked on the mirror to let the other little fairies come out to play.

"Don't get lost, I'm going to go check on Jack."

After instructing Arrietty to keep an eye on them, Mori Yuesa opened the door and turned right into Jack's room.

In case Jack had any strange habits like Howard's father, Mori Yuesa deliberately stayed at the door and knocked patiently several times.

No one answered.

The girl took out the key and opened the door.

The house was filled with smoke and hazy white mist, making people feel like they were in a hot spring.

"Ahem... ahem, Jack? Jack Dawson?"

Mori Yuesha kept waving her hands to fan herself; the thick smell of smoke was both disgusting and pungent.

In the suite, Jack was wearing a white shirt with a golden pen stuck on his chest.

He staggered with the cigar butt in his mouth and reached out to Mori Yuesa with a painful look on his face.

"What are you doing?" Mori Yuesa frowned, picked up the cigar, opened the window and threw it out.

A strong sea breeze blew in in an instant, blowing away the smoke and waking up the confused Mr. Jack.

He dry-heaved a few times, gestured with his hands, pushed Mori Yuesha away, and stumbled towards the bathroom.

vomit--!

The girl noticed that there was a cedar box on the table. When she opened the lid, she saw seven or eight brown cigars with large ring gauges inside. Under the table lamp, there was also a brand new cigar cutter that seemed to have just been unpacked.

"Don't tell me you smoked that stuff like you smoked a cigarette?"

Mori Yuesa leaned against the bathroom door with her arms folded. In front of her, Jack was sticking his butt out, hugging the toilet and vomiting violently.

The girl opened the doors of all the rooms so that the sea breeze outside the window could penetrate the entire lounge.

"No... that's right. Ugh—"

This was the first time that Mori Yuesha saw someone who was more troublesome than herself.

"The person who gave you the cigar, didn't tell you how to smoke it?"

"Ugh... I, I... Fuxk, this is disgusting!"

Jack turned around, his face pale. He took the tissue handed to him by Mori Yuesha and wiped his mouth: "If I ask, wouldn't it reveal that this was my first time smoking it?"

"You can't breathe it into your lungs." Mori Yuesha said helplessly: "You made the room like a hot spring, I thought it was on fire. Don't try those things, Mr. Hanhan, why are you so hard on your own mouth?"

Jack stood up with the help of the wall, still feeling a little dizzy.

Mori Yuesa actually admires him very much.

She noticed that the cigar was almost burnt out.

In other words, his dear Mr. Jack, puff by puff, inhaled the entire cigar into his lungs, making a circle.

"You should go to London and help them deal with the exhaust gas produced by the smoke. You should be able to make more money than gambling, and it will be more addictive than smoking cigars."

The girl teased and poured him a cup of tea: "Mr. Jack Dawson, London Fog Buster."

Jack made a bitter face, kept pressing his temple, put his left hand on his chest, and breathed hard: "I feel like I almost died."

"Anyway, you'll feel uncomfortable if you don't cause some trouble."

Mori Yuesha put the room key on the table: "I live in the room next door, you don't have to go to the common room."

She briefly tells Jack about the Ancient One, of course, only portraying her as a kind-hearted lady traveling alone.

Chapter26 Are your clothes sturdy?

In the evening, the sea breeze began to warm up.

The Titanic crossed the English Channel and sailed along the route to North America.

The sea water was gray-blue, solemn and terrifying, but the waves were lively. The bow broke through the water, and on the way forward, the propeller stirred up streams of bubbles, like a zipper, leaving traces behind the stern.

Under the night sky, Jack Dawson lay on the bench on the deck, thinking about himself, Mori Yuesa, the Statue of Liberty in the Lighthouse Country, and the future.

He thinks his life is quite interesting. He feels that the world is his home and he can meet all kinds of new people and new things.

He helped others and others helped him.

I learned to paint, although I can’t match Mori Yuesha’s level;

I learned to repair shoes, and for a while I made a living by doing so;

He even worked as a blacksmith.

It just didn't last a few days.

Who knew that the blacksmith didn't want to teach him skills, but was interested in him personally -

His gambling skills are not very advanced, he can only be considered a master among ordinary people.

In the casino of this huge ship, Jack won enough money to last him for half a year.

Waiting for the place...

The man shook his head, put his hands behind his head, and looked at the starry sky.

In short, whatever he does, he treats as a pleasure rather than a drudgery, as an enjoyment rather than a labor.

Because of this, Mori Yuesha has always lamented that his face reveals a mature yet childish look. After years of wandering, he does not show any scars or fatigue.

Jack was so relaxed that red sparks came out of the cigarette in his hand. He threw away the box of cigars and swore to the toilet handrail that he would never touch it again in his life...

In the quiet night, the sound of waves crashing is comfortable and cozy.

Suddenly, he felt someone running towards him in a hurry from behind. The clattering sound came from far away and almost hit the back of the chair he was lying on after a few seconds.

Jack sat up sharply.

The back of a woman in a long skirt was seen running down the gangway as if she was escaping for her life.

Her long skirt was blown up by the sea breeze, her steps became faster, and her hands were waving out of control.

The curious man threw the cigarette on the deck and crushed it, then followed the woman.

At the end of the stern deck, the woman grasped the railing with both hands, leaned her upper body out, facing the dark, churning sea.

The stern deck was empty and quiet.

The girl lifted her foot and stepped on the iron railing about 30 centimeters above the deck. She leaned forward out of the boat, then stepped onto the outer edge of the hull and stood up on the extremely narrow edge.

Jack broke out in a cold sweat just by looking at it from behind.

If a strong sea breeze came or if her hand loosened, the girl would surely be buried in the sea, dying silently.

"Don't be like that." Jack said softly, and he stopped when the girl turned around.

The girl was startled and found the young man not far behind her.

"Don't come over! Back off! Back off!" She shouted commandingly, "Don't come near me!"

Jack remained calm, but began to move slowly, getting closer to the suicidal girl.

"Give me your hand and I'll pull you back." He said friendly but firmly, moving his feet.

After turning the side corner of the hull, Mori Yuesa sat on the chair.

Beside him, Howard was holding a half-opened lobster and eating it with relish.

"What are they doing?" The two people watched the whole process, and the boy was very confused by the girl's behavior.

Up ahead, the interaction between Jack and the girl was still going on.

Mori Yuesa listened attentively. The two seemed to be having a pleasant conversation, and Jack even started to take off his clothes.

"They..." Mori Yuesha said with a smile: "They are probably in love?"

Howard sneered, "Do you think I'm deaf or blind? That girl is about to jump into the sea."

"That's how love happens. You know what I mean." Mori Yuesha disagreed and pointed at the girl: "She seems to be——"

"Her name is Rose DeWitt Bukater, and she's a noble." Howard continued. Facing Mori Yuesha's surprised eyes, the little boy tapped his temple as usual.

"I've seen the invitation list for this ship. It's all in my mind. Besides, she's so close to Mr. Karl, everyone knows her name."

Why do we need to remember the list of people?

Howard answered as a matter of course: "Specially? No, I remember it after taking a look at it. Is it necessary to remember such a small name specially?"

Mori Tsukisa: ...

Howard jumped off the chair and quietly threw the lobster shell into the sea. Mori Yuesa took out a tissue from her bag to wipe the little boy's mouth.

After the work was done, the child took advantage of the situation and commented on the girl: "You did a very good job. I guess I was wrong - you should be a nanny?"

Mori Yuesa pinched his face hard.

"Not far."

In the distance, Jack was struggling to hold on to Rose - Miss Rose, and both of them were almost hanging outside the boat.

"I am the oldest orphan in the orphanage. It is my responsibility to take care of my brothers and sisters. If you say I am like a babysitter, that's fine."

Howard's round face showed a rare embarrassment. He lowered his head and apologized to Mori Yuesha in a low voice: "I'm sorry... I didn't know you were--"

The girl smiled and waved her hand, ruffling his neatly-knit hair.

At the stern, two people were still struggling.

"Aren't you going to save them?"

Howard changed the subject. He saw two people not far away and began to get nervous. He tugged at Mori Yuesha's sleeves and said, "They are going to fall!"

"Shhh—someone's coming."

Mori Yuesa pointed at the gangway.

Several crew members on the deck in the distance heard someone calling for help at the stern and quickly ran over here.

Jack held his breath, grabbed Rose's arms tightly, and carried her to the deck of the boat.

Because both of them used too much force and too violently, the moment Ruth climbed over the iron railing, the two of them fell onto the deck, hugging each other.
