Hogwarts and the Holy Grail War

"I poked you, are you going to let go and yell?"
Alanna had become adept at acting like a bullied girl, and Ethan could only reluctantly let go of her hand, secretly savoring the feeling just now.
As expected, the girl’s face is soft, delicate and smooth. I love it.
Alanna rubbed her slightly red face and pouted slightly: "So... you are still alive? Then where am I?"
Ethan ruffled Alanna's hair: "Well, of course I'm alive and well, and so are you."
"This is St. Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries. You fell into a coma after I removed the curse from you. Anyway, I was going to come here to treat your sister, so I asked for a bed so that you can recuperate as well."
"It's just..." Ethan lowered his head, with some sadness between his brows.
"Just what?" Alanna saw Ethan's listless look and felt a little flustered, so she asked quickly.
"It's just that you slept for a long time." Ethan observed Alana's reaction out of the corner of his eye. "You have been in a coma for four years. Cassandra and I graduated from Hogwarts half a year ago. Your sister got married a long time ago, and her children can run around now."
"Eh?"
Alanna was stunned for a moment, then pulled out the pillow from behind and threw it at Ethan, feeling angry and laughing:
"You're teasing me again, aren't you?"
Ethan caught the pillow thrown to him steadily, hugged it in his arms and smiled: "The little girl has become smarter. It seems that it will be difficult to fool her in the future."
“After being fooled by you so many times, of course I have to be alert.” Alana chuckled and her stomach suddenly growled.
"It seems that our little sleeping beauty is hungry." Ethan teased, stuffed the pillow back into the blushing girl's arms, stood up and walked out of the ward, "I think so, you slept for almost a whole day, I'll go get you something to eat."
So after a while, the girl held a roasted chicken leg in her hands and nibbled it in small bites, listening to Ethan telling stories about the past.
One day ago.
In the dungeon beneath the tower, Professor Figo, covered in dust, and his group were hurrying along the stone path in silence.
After they entered the Red Tomb City, everyone cast a large-scale "Prototype Manifestation" together, hoping to find traces of the spell cast by Ethan or the Fire Snake Party.
Soon, they followed the nearest trace and found a basement. When the spell was played back, they could vaguely see two figures, one tall and one short, fighting on the lawn in front of the basement. After the fight, the smaller figure stayed there for a while and then walked into the basement.
Although they could only see the general outline, the professors were very familiar with the figure's expression and shape.
That is Ethan. I guess this is Ethan’s base in this city.
Moreover, judging from the magical barrier covering this basement, there was no black magic or the ominous feeling of the barrier that just covered the entire Red Tomb City. Judging from the academic method, it should have been done by the student Ethan.
The corners of Snape's mouth curled up slightly. It seemed that this kid was quite alert, and the various shielding spells he set up were perfectly combined with each other. It seemed that his teaching to him was not in vain.
But Snape was too happy too soon. When they stepped into the basement, they were immediately attacked by the trap set by Ethan.
First, an unlucky young Auror stepped on a trap and fell to the ground with a wail, unable to stand up again. When they finally got the Auror's leg out of the trap, the burning spell set on the trap set the sleeves of his loose robes on fire.
Even though they were on high alert because of the careless start, there were still occasional wailing sounds in the basement, or someone's hands were stuck to the back of the sofa, or someone started tap dancing uncontrollably, or someone was turned into a four-legged barrel...
Ethan: That's right. Although I haven't fully comprehended the incomplete Transfiguration Spell and dare not use it on myself or my companions, it's no problem to use it on the enemy.
The overly dense traps made it impossible for the group to defend themselves at all. Everyone was injured to some extent. Even the experienced professors could not avoid being hit by AOE attacks due to the mistakes of others.
Finally, with Dumbledore's "End of All Curses", all the magic traps in the room were finally stopped. The group of people who had returned to their original state wiped the cold sweat from their foreheads and looked at the danger-ridden basement with lingering fear.
How did Ethan think? How was he supposed to set up such a dense trap?
But their thinking as wizards held them back at this moment, because what Ethan prepared here was not just a "magic" trap.
bang-
Just when the group finally let down their guard and prepared to continue searching, the Auror whose leg had just been caught in a trap limped open the wooden door of the summoning room and was tripped by the tripwire that was attached to the door and fell to the ground again.
The Broadsword mines hidden in every corner of the room were instantly triggered by the tripwires, and thousands of small steel balls and rusty metal fragments gathered from all directions towards the center of the room.
"Protego Maxima!"
"Impregnable!"
"Repello Inimicumt!"
Several defensive spells were superimposed on each other, barely blocking the incoming kinetic weapons.
The group looked at each other again, their eyes filled with fear.
If any one of them had reacted a little slower, they would probably have ended up becoming a sieve.
From this they also came to a conclusion that Ethan had definitely abandoned this stronghold, and the only thing left here was the trap he had set.
But when they wanted to leave the basement, they found that the shabby wooden door that had been closed since some time ago could no longer be opened.
Drop drop-
A strange sound rang out dully in the basement.
"Apparate!"
Dumbledore didn't give it time to think, and immediately teleported the rest of the group to a place outside the basement. They watched in silence as the fireworks from the explosion blew away the tightly closed wooden door, and the black smoke melted into the night.
Snape twitched the corner of his mouth silently.
He wouldn't have done something of this magnitude...right?
Naturally, the scene of the professors being attacked was also transmitted to Ethan. Ethan looked at the picture projected in the crystal ball in his hand in silence, and the hand holding Alana began to tremble again.
As long as I insist that I didn't do it, I shouldn't be beaten to death by the professors...
Since they did not enter Asterios's treasure, the professors took a different route in the crypt than Ethan. They opened all the rooms they passed along the way and saw the mummified bodies of the Salamanders.
"It's the same dark magic, created by the same person." Dumbledore made his judgment after briefly examining several bodies.
The expressions of the group suddenly became heavy. With such a horrific and large-scale black spell, Ethan was probably in great danger.
The professors were terrified all the way here, fearing that what they would see after opening the next door would be the dried corpses of their students. However, until they reached the door between the Holy Grails, they still did not see Ethan.
They didn't know whether to breathe a sigh of relief or continue to be worried.
Pushing open the half-open stone door, a figure standing in the middle of the room disappeared from their sight using some kind of teleportation magic, leaving only a wisp of white smoke in its place.
"Ethan!"
Professor Figo called out Ethan's name reflexively, and then hesitantly asked the other professors:
"Was that... Ethan?"
"It's Ethan, definitely him." Professor Garrick said firmly, "I've seen that silhouette countless times, there's no way I could have mistaken him."
"If it's really Ethan, where would he go now?" Professor McGonagall pondered, "And the person he's holding in his arms is..."
"It can't be Miss Shanans, right?" Professor Garrick smiled awkwardly.
"It doesn't matter who it is. What we need to find out now is where Ethan went." Snape glanced at Professor Garrick. "Since he was held instead of supported, it means that the man has at least lost consciousness and is seriously injured. It is likely that he was cursed and needs treatment. There is only one place he could go."
"St. Mungo's!" several people said in unison.
In an alley in central London, a white light curtain unfolded and Princess Ethan walked out holding Alanna.
Across the alley was the Leaky Cauldron. There weren't many people on the street now, and since the clothes he and Alanna were wearing were Muggle styles, they didn't attract the attention of passers-by, who thought he was just a guy taking his sleeping girlfriend home.
Ethan stopped in front of a six-story red brick building. This old-fashioned department store called Tao Tao Ltd. was a disguise for St. Mungo's Hospital.
I can only say that luckily I walked around London when I set out, so I still have some impression of this place, at least I know where to go.
Ethan approached the window of the department store and whispered to the female mannequin in the window:
"Hello, we are here to see a doctor. Someone has been cursed."
The dummy nodded imperceptibly and waved its five connected fingers towards Ethan twice, agreeing to his request to enter.
Ethan stepped through the glass of the window, as if he was walking through a layer of cold water, and came to the interior of St. Mungo's Hospital.
Although it looks like a shabby department store from the outside, it has all the functional facilities of a hospital from the inside, and it also has enough space to treat wizard patients from all over the UK and Muggles who have suffered various magical attacks.
It was already late at night, and the waiting room was empty. There were no patients waiting for treatment. A young blonde witch was sitting behind the desk at the information desk, fiddling with the quill in her hand listlessly.
"Hello, ma'am." Ethan stopped in front of the information desk. "My companion has been cursed. We've already done some emergency treatment, but I think she'll need further treatment."
"Wait a moment," the blonde witch nodded and pressed one of the buttons on the wall behind her.
Two therapists in green robes ran over from the corner of the corridor, gently took Alana from Ethan, carefully placed her on a silver suspended trolley, and walked away, leading the trolley one after the other.
"Just wait patiently. I will notify you after the examination and treatment are completed." The blonde witch smiled. "Now I have to trouble you for a while. I need to register the patient's information."
Ethan retracted his gaze and nodded: "Okay."
"Patient's name?"
"Alanna Shanans."
The blonde witch frowned, paused for a moment and then continued:
"age?"
"14."
"Are you a student at Hogwarts?"
"Yes, a fourth year from Slytherin."
"What's your relationship with the patient?" The young witch looked up at Ethan secretly.
"Boyfriend." Ethan answered briefly, then he remembered something and asked worriedly:
"If it's just a boyfriend, it shouldn't affect visiting or signing the consent form for treatment, right?"
"Don't worry, little brother. We don't have as many rules and regulations as Muggles do here." The blonde witch smiled like an auntie. "As for visiting patients, as long as you are not visiting aggressive patients or intending to bring uninspected unknown items into the ward, generally there is no problem."
"Oh, thank you very much, young and beautiful lady." Ethan smiled kindly, "But I have another question for you."
"Her sister, also named Shanans, is also cursed and is being treated here. Can you tell me which ward she is in?"
-
Today, Maoke sent me a private message saying that a picture I posted hundreds of years ago was suspected of violating regulations and banned me for three days. Is this a performance boost at the end of the month?
But the pictures still need to be posted, today here are some pictures of the professor~
Chapter 238 Brother-in-law and Sister-in-law.rmvb
"Miss Shanans, right? I have an impression of it. Let me take a look."
The blonde witch lowered her head and flipped through the list. Her finger stopped on a row of names and moved to the bed number at the other end of the paper:
"Is it Ariel Shananth? She's in the Sen Bakar ward on the fifth floor in the Spell Injury Department."
The witch pointed to the right: "Go up the stairs and it's the fifth room on the left."
"Thank you." Ethan nodded slightly and turned to walk towards the stairwell.
Alanna's examination and treatment would not be completed in a short time. He would have to wait for a while anyway, so he might as well take this opportunity to resolve the curse on her sister.
The patients living in the Sen Bakar ward are all cursed with various things that make them unable to move freely and take care of themselves. There will be therapist assistants to take care of their food and daily life until they regain their mobility, which is considered to be adequate care.
In the bed farthest from the door, Ethan saw Alanna's sister, Ariel Shanann.
Ariel and Alanna look somewhat similar. Although she is still in a coma due to the curse on her, the difference in temperament between her and Alanna can still be clearly felt.
If Alanna gives people the feeling of a soft yet strong bamboo, then Ariel is a bamboo that exposes its strongest side. I guess it’s because she has to take good care of Alanna that she has to hide her weakness.
Looking at his future sister-in-law's pale face and the thin muscles caused by long-term lack of exercise, Ethan sighed silently, sat on the edge of the bed, and with a hook of his finger, he pulled up the printed curtain that separated the head of the bed from other beds.
Don't get me wrong, it's not that Ethan wants to take advantage of Ariel to do something shameful. He's just going to use ancient magic to treat her, and although the other patients are already asleep and there are no therapists or medical assistants checking on them, it's still not good if someone sees her.
Ethan performed the treatment with great familiarity. He had done the same thing once before on Alanna, and now he was even more proficient at it.
Moreover, the curse on Ariel was simply attached to her soul and was not as fierce as Alanna's, so he didn't need to rush and could just take it slowly.
Ariel, who had been unconscious for a long time and almost stopped thinking, suddenly felt something entering her body. Under the impact of this warm current, the curse that had been entangled with her like a thorn in her bones began to slowly dissipate, replaced by an indescribable sense of comfort, which slowly moistened her body and mind like a long drought.
Ariel's pale complexion gradually regained its former rosy color, and her thin body became plump again. A satisfied moan came out of her mouth amid her steady breathing:
"Hmm~"
Ethan shivered with fear, and alertly opened the curtain a little to peek at the movement outside. He breathed a sigh of relief when he saw that the other patients were not awakened by the groan.
Fortunately, the sound Ariel just made was so evil that anyone who heard it would think it was wrong. If it was really heard by other people, there would be no way to explain it.
On the hospital bed, Ariel slowly opened her eyes, hesitantly looked at the crystal bubbles floating on the ceiling, and slowly sorted out the confused thoughts in her mind that had become chaotic due to her long coma.
