"So what you're telling me is that vampires and all the other things live in another dimension?" Jason was confused after all why even bother being here if they had another dimension to be in.

"It's not another dimension they still exist in this world." Michael was struggling to find the right words to describe the incredibly complex situation to Jason who was completely ignorant of it. Ashley stepped in to help her brother explain further.

"What its like is the two sides of the same coin. For example, you see let's take this building we are standing on right now. On the first side, there are humans walking all around and us as well if we are around but by weaving that magic that the ancients did it means that under the surface we can also be there but with our true forms. On the surface, we would look like humans walking around but underneath it will show our true forms and their space overlaps so that two objects can occupy the same space. So that while buildings on the Topside can be filled with humans but the same building on the Underside can be filled with vampires or ogres or even dragons. Humans on the Topside won't be able to see our true forms due to the interference from the Underside as well so it serves to give us a place to exist and it keeps us a secret from humans. But of course, there are humans that know of us and they are even able to enter the Underside but they are usually only there briefly to travel due to the fact that space is easily manipulated in there due to it being falsely created and twisted from the Topside space." Ashley was more eloquent than her brother and was able to easily explain compared to her brothers fumbling for words but that didn't mean he was idiotic or anything it was simply that compared to Ashley's in-depth magic knowledge Michael was more ignorant of how the Underside was formed.

"Okay so basically it's like water with humans on top and then underneath the waves is the Underside filled with all types of weird shit?"

With their Master's words, Ashley and Michael felt a bit awkward at the description filled with all types of weird shit after all vampires would be included in that description. But of course, there was no denying the fact that there were weird species involved in the Underside.
