Chapter 407 The Best Carrier, Second Soul vs. External Incarnation

Chapter 407 The Best Carrier, Second Soul VS External Incarnation

To control spiritual treasures, not only does one need time to continuously deepen one's understanding, but one also needs endless years to nurture and strengthen one's true spirit. Only by combining the two and enhancing their compatibility can one skillfully control and harness the spiritual treasures and hone them to the level of proficiency that makes one use them as easily as using one's own arm.

This is getting off topic. As for the Ancestral Dragon, the Original Phoenix, and the First Qilin?

Their souls and bodies are separated, and their physical bodies suppress the earth veins/sea eyes/volcanoes. Their main souls have been entrusted to the Way of Heaven and are bound by it. It is hard to say whether they can be considered incarnations. Moreover, they are not the Three Corpses who have attained the Way, so they cannot be called the incarnations of the Three Corpses.

In the Investiture of the Gods and Journey to the West, at most, "slaying the three corpses" was mentioned, but where did any exposed "three corpse incarnations" appear? If there were any, they were just the "one qi into three pure ones" mentioned above, which were only superficial. As for the golden body of Zhunti, it was the original body, not an incarnation.

Moreover, in order to achieve the status of a saint, one has to be in a complete state of purity, flawlessness and desirelessness to align oneself with the Way of Heaven and achieve unity of the three corpses (good thoughts, evil thoughts and oneself). In the end, won't one still have to continue to control the spiritual treasure in the state of true spirit (a wisp of distraction)?

However, none of this actually matters!

It's all nonsense!

This is because most of the spiritual treasures are simply unable to serve as carriers to house the second soul and develop it into an external incarnation!

5: Suitable carrier!

Beads or spiritual plants that nurture space, germinate spirituality, are neutral and peaceful, have strong plasticity, and possess pure energy or single-directional abilities are undoubtedly the best carriers for assimilating and replacing their (world) consciousness, entrusting their primordial spirit, and cultivating their incarnations!

For example, the famous Dinghai Pearl, Five Elements Spirit Pearl, and Five Elements Fruit Tree are on the list.

In the Investiture of the Gods, the Dinghai Pearl, which was used by the celestial being to clap his hands and shout "My Dao is complete", allowed him to cultivate the 24 incarnations of the heavens, not only gaining the power of the heavenly world, but also the power of human faith, almost becoming a saint. Regardless of whether he has become a saint or not, he has already been invincible, with no rivals below the saints, and no one above the saints dares to fight and kill him.

(Otherwise, they will be repelled by the power of the world and humanity, and will be entangled in karma, their enlightenment will be stagnant/obstructed, their good deeds will be lost, their luck will fall, etc., bringing disaster to themselves and their sect disciples. After all, their luck has run out, and they will surely suffer misfortune and retribution.)

In addition, our little hero, Nezha, is the reincarnation of Lingzhuzi~ (Note)

There is also the [Snow Soul Bead] in Deng Bagu's hand in "The Legend of Sword and Fairy", which is condensed from the essence of ice and snow for thousands of years, the [Qiantian Fire Spirit Bead] cultivated by Wen Zhu, and even the [Xuanpin Bead] of the Green Robe Patriarch, which can all be trained into a second soul or an incarnation.

And so on, many more.

There are also spiritual plants, and those that transform into shapes are even more common.

For example, the immortal Shen in "The Legend of the New White Snake" and the golden body of Bodhi of Zhunti.

Spiritual plants have both spirit and body, which is natural. Before they are born with spiritual intelligence, or even after their spiritual intelligence is erased, they can parasitize here and become an incarnation.

Of course, spiritual plants are limited by their original bodies and can only be incarnations. They are not like spiritual beads, which can choose a second soul or an external incarnation.

As for which one is stronger, the external incarnation or the second soul, there is no definite answer. It all depends on the input of the original body!

As long as the power of the differentiated soul is strong enough, it can also be used as a second soul. It also has the protection of a physical body. The combination of the two incarnations will undoubtedly be more able to withstand various attacks, whether physical or mental.

After all, the primordial spirit has nowhere to rely on, so it is very vulnerable and dangerous when encountering soul/spiritual attacks and magic weapons that specialize in attacking the primordial spirit!

For example, the [Fuxi Lute], [Soul-Falling Bell], [Heart-Shocking Bell], [Tiger Soul Knife], [Immortal Slaying Flying Knife], [Blood-Transforming Divine Knife], [Dutian Divine Evil Flag] are all magical weapons that can influence, confuse and distort the mind and are specifically designed to defeat the original spirit!

PS: 3 pieces of evidence (original text) that Nezha = Lingzhuzi = treasure = rare treasure = Lingzhu:

1: Chapter 13 of The Investiture of the Gods (Taiyi Zhenren said to Shiji Niangniang):

The light of the sun and the moon is like a golden pearl, which shines through the room. It can move the world and know its power, and it can avoid life and death and see its success.

Wandering around the world, leaving traces behind, returning to the Three Pure Ones to establish a name. Going straight up the Five Clouds, the road is steady, and the Purple Luan and Red Crane will come to welcome you.

2: End of Chapter 13 of Investiture of the Gods:

(After Nezha committed suicide) his soul had nowhere to go, his spirit had nowhere to lean on, he was originally a treasure, borrowed essence and blood, so he had a soul and spirit. Nezha floated and drifted, followed by the wind, and came directly to Qianyuan Mountain.

3 "Investiture of the Gods" Chapter 34 (Nezha stands on the wind-fire wheel. How can we see this? There is a poem to prove it. The poem says):

【Exotic Treasures and Spiritual Pearls】Falling in the dust, the true god escaped in Chentang Pass. Li Gen was killed at Jiuwan River, and his anger pulled out the dragon tendons. Ao Guang was dressed in front of Baode Gate, and Qianyuan appeared in his second incarnation. Li Jing was chased for the third time and recognized his father, and was given a spear with a fire spear. The scarf on the top of the head was shining, and the water-sealed robe was tied with tiger and dragon patterns. Gold bricks were everywhere without cover, and the Qiankun circle was matched with the Hun Tian silk. Xiqi fought successfully many times, and the Zhou Dynasty was protected for 800 years. Five passes in the east were the front, and the spears were unparalleled. The lotus incarnation had an indestructible body, and the eight-armed Nezha was known everywhere.
