Reboot the heyday

Chapter 3576 Ji-eun and Yoo In-na

Ji-eun has returned to South Korea.

It's been a while since we last saw each other. IU has been busy with her concert activities in Japan, so Wang Taika and she can only talk on the phone occasionally, and they hang up quickly after only a few words.

That's how career-minded women are. Sometimes Wang Taika even wonders if she's fallen out of favor.

However, it seems that's not the case at the moment. Ji-eun was exhausted after returning, but she still very bluntly ordered Wang Tai-ka to see him.

Immediately, right now!
A very impolite commanding tone.

Wang Taika put down what he was doing and went to Ji-eun's house to find her.

I arrived at around 3 p.m.

Wang Taika had been to Ji-eun's house many times and knew the way well. He rang the doorbell, and the door opened quickly, revealing a familiar face.

But not Ji-eun-chan.

It's Yoo In-na.

The two looked at each other for a second, then both froze.

Yoo In-na was dressed casually, her hair pulled back loosely, looking as if she had just gotten up from the sofa. When she saw Wang Tai-ka, a complex emotion flashed in her eyes, followed by a polite yet subtle smile: "You're here? Ji-eun is waiting for you inside."

Wang Taika asked, "What are you doing here?"

Yoo In-na immediately objected: "Why can't I?"

Wang Taika felt inexplicably uneasy. His relationship with Yoo In-na was complicated in some ways, but simple in others.

Initially, for some reason, Wang Taika gave Yoo In-na a rather unpleasant experience. However, after learning about some of Yoo In-na's past, he helped her resolve her inner conflicts. Then, naturally, the two of them did something that betrayed Ji-eun.

However, with the addition of Ji-eun, there's always an inexplicable and subtle feeling when the three of them are together.

In fact, this was the first time the three of them had met after that incident with Yoo In-na.

Wang Taika shamelessly said, "Just don't be jealous."

Yoo In-na quipped, "What right do I, a stupid woman who interfered in other people's relationships, have to be jealous? Do I even have the right?"

Wang Taika admitted defeat: "Okay, the problem lies with me."

Yoo In-na used to be very afraid of Wang Tai-ka, but after their current relationship, she's not afraid anymore: "You're the one who needs to keep this a secret, remember that!"

Wang Taika was at his wit's end. He changed his shoes and went inside, only to see Ji-eun coming out of the bedroom.

Ji-eun was wearing a loose knit sweater, her hair was down, and she had no makeup on, making her look much softer than on stage. However, the fatigue in her eyes was very obvious, and her eyes were blurry.

Upon seeing Wang Taika, Ji-eun's eyes lit up, and she pounced on him, shouting, "Terrorist! Arrest him!"

"Oh my, she's so thin." Wang Taika hugged Zhi En and felt a soft spot in his heart. "Looks like you've really worked hard. You've gotten so thin, your face has shrunk a lot."

"It's good to be thinner." Ji-eun smiled, but the joy in her eyes was impossible to hide.

Liu Renna watched from the side and smiled, "You guys chat, I'll go get some coffee."

So two people were left standing in the entryway.

Ji-eun pulled Wang Taika to sit down in the living room and started chattering about Japan: "The food there is so bland, I crave kimchi stew every day. The concert went very well, the fans were so enthusiastic, and I even sang a Japanese song."

These are just trivial matters, but it depends on who's talking about them. Wang Taika listened, occasionally interjecting, his gaze always fixed on Ji-eun's face.

I feel incredibly satisfied!

When Ji-eun speaks, her eyes crinkle into a smile—an expression only those very close to her can see. The dazzling superstar on stage is actually like this in private.

Halfway through her sentence, Ji-eun suddenly stopped and looked at him: "Terrorist, why are you staring at me?"

"I missed you," Wang Taika said. "I thought you stayed in Japan and weren't coming back."

"Who knows if it's true or false!" Ji-eun pouted, looked away, and muttered softly, "Anyway, you don't need me by your side."

Wang Taika said, "If that's what you think, then you might as well quit being a singer. Then you'll be the only one by my side."

Ji-eun snorted, "No way!"

"Look at you, saying one thing and meaning another." Wang Taika hugged Ji-eun and whispered, "Why didn't you say that Yoo In-na was there too?"

Ji-eun pursed her lips and said, "Can I say that I was actually confused because I was so busy? We were supposed to meet at different times, but somehow the times ended up together. But you've all met before, so what's there to be afraid of?"

Liu Renna came out of the kitchen with a cup of coffee. When she saw this scene, she paused for a moment, then casually put the coffee on the coffee table: "You guys chat, I'm going to the balcony for some fresh air. Let me think if I have anything else to do later."

Wang Taika was both amused and exasperated; Yoo In-na's act was quite convincing.

"Unnie, sit down." Ji-eun pulled her along: "Why are you going to the balcony alone? Let's chat."

Yoo In-na glanced at Wang Tai-ka, then at Ji-eun, thinking to herself that she was really worried that the two of them would start doing something naughty in front of her. But after thinking about it, she finally sat down.

Wang Taika said, "Yoo In-na is now an artist under XB Entertainment, so she's practically family. You can just call her that from now on, just like IU-chan."

Yoo In-na was truly speechless at how shameless they were, so she asked in a huff, "Isn't this inappropriate? Shouldn't Ji-eun call you 'husband' now?"

Ji-eun looked utterly bewildered: "Unnie, unnie!"

Actually, Ji-eun rarely calls him that; she herself isn't ready to enter into marriage. Love is love, and marriage is marriage. Sometimes, a change in how you address someone reflects a different state of mind.

It's not because I didn't love him enough, but because I felt that youth shouldn't end so quickly.

However, Ji-eun-chan didn't expect that Yoo In-na would actually say such inappropriate things; it was terrifying.

Wang Taika laughed heartily: "Sometimes Ji-eun calls me 'Dad,' Yoo In-na, you can call me that too."

Ji-eun, who would normally never blush in front of Wang Tai-ka, blushed instantly when talking about this in front of Yoo In-na.

Calling someone "Dad" depends on the occasion, situation, and posture; those who know, know.

"Shut up! Shut up! You terrorist!" Ji-eun exclaimed angrily, "No, nothing at all. Terrorist, stop talking nonsense and shut up!"

Liu Renna couldn't help but laugh and said, "Mr. Wang is a well-known pervert. Since Ji-eun has called him 'Dad,' maybe Mr. Wang has called him 'Mom' too?"

Ji-eun almost vomited blood, she was on the verge of a breakdown, and she grabbed Yoo In-na and pleaded, "Shut up, unnie, please stop, I beg you, please stop!"

Wang Taika really didn't expect that Yoo In-na would dare to provoke him like this, so he went all out and said, "Yoo In-na, if you want to be a mother, I don't mind helping you."

"Terrorists!" Ji-eun clutched her heart, gritting her teeth as she said, "Shut up! Shut up!" (End of Chapter)
