Reboot the heyday
Chapter 3581 Shanshan Zhangchi
Wang Taika helped Ji-eun put on her high heels.
Ji-eun sat down on the bed, staring at the ceiling, and suddenly asked, "Terrorist, do you think we can always be like this?"
Wang Taika sat on the edge of the bed, looking at Zhi En: "What does it look like?"
“That’s it.” Ji-eun turned to look at Wang Taika: “Going to the supermarket, bickering, and then finding a place to rest. Just an ordinary day.”
Wang Taika was silent for a moment, then said, "Yes."
"Really?"
"Hmm." Wang Taika looked at Zhi En: "If you want to, you can."
"Then why were you silent for a moment? Were you hesitating?" Ji-eun asked.
“Actually, I wanted to give a firm answer, but I felt that pretending to think about it for a moment would make the answer seem more solemn,” Wang Taika said.
Ji-eun smiled, a sweet smile: "As expected, this is how terrorists answer."
Wang Taika said, "I am indeed serious."
Ji-eun reached out, took Wang Taika's hand, and gently shook it: "Then from now on, I will make a wish every day, hoping that it can always be like this in the future."
Wang Taika asked, "Does making a wish work?"
"I don't know," Ji-eun said. "But if you make a promise, there's hope."
Wang Taika looked at Ji-eun and his heart melted. So he leaned down and gently kissed her forehead.
Ji-eun closed her eyes, her lips curving into a smile.
The room was quiet, with only the sound of two people breathing.
After a long while, Ji-eun suddenly spoke up: "Terrorist."
"Ok?"
"Have we forgotten something?"
Wang Taika thought for a moment: "What is it?"
Ji-eun thought for a moment, then suddenly sat up: "Inna unnie! Didn't we just say we were going back? Why are we sitting down and chatting again?"
The two looked at each other and were both stunned.
Yoo In-na is still at home waiting for them to come back and cook!
In just a few minutes, this was the second time they'd been forgotten. It's hard to tell if they're heartless or if they only have eyes for each other.
If it's just between them, then Ji-eun can say she has a clear conscience, but it's hard to say for Wang Taika.
Ji-eun quickly checked her phone and found that Yoo In-na had sent a message two minutes earlier: "Did you guys go to the supermarket or to buy supplies? I'm starving."
A message came a minute ago: "No rush, he's already dead."
Ji-eun chuckled, then quickly replied, "Unnie, I'm so sorry! We'll be right back!"
Wang Taika stood up and packed his things: "Let's go, or Liu Renna will starve to death."
Ji-eun put on her shoes and took a couple of steps, but her feet still hurt a little. Wang Taika saw this, switched the shopping bag to one hand, and offered her the other: "Hold on."
Ji-eun looked at Wang Taika's hand, smiled, and placed her hand on his.
The two walked out of the hotel. The night was beautiful, and there weren't many people on the street.
As Ji-eun walked next to Wang Tai-ka, she suddenly said, "Terrorist, today is the happiest day I've had in a while."
Wang Taika glanced at her: "More fun than holding a concert?"
"Mmm." Ji-eun nodded. "It's even more fun than going to a concert." Wang Taika squeezed Ji-eun's hand. "Me too."
Ji-eun noticed a blind spot: "What are you? You also held a concert?"
Wang Taika grinned and said, "The atmosphere was just getting romantic, and you ruined it. Don't follow my example again, really. The way you're annoying is exactly like me, which is really not good."
"It's alright, as long as she can get married. Terrorist, you can take her in."
"Uh, okay, I'm speechless."
I strolled home.
When they arrived at her doorstep, Ji-eun started to feel guilty and pushed Wang Taika inside first.
Wang Taika opened the door and brought Ji-eun inside, only to find Yoo In-na sitting on the sofa, hugging a cushion, staring longingly at the doorway.
Upon seeing the two people enter, Yoo In-na immediately lay down on the sofa and began pretending to be a corpse.
Ji-eun muttered under her breath, "Aigoo, unnie has already starved to death."
Wang Taika laughed, made a gesture towards Ji-eun, and then said, "Ji-eun, do you know the story of Sleeping Beauty?"
Ji-eun, oblivious to what was going on, nodded: "I know, the prince kissed Sleeping Beauty, and Sleeping Beauty woke up. Wait a minute, what are you trying to do, you terrorist! She's my unnie!"
Wang Taika said, "I'll show you today if I'm a prince. Isn't this Sleeping Beauty right in front of you? Come on, let's get married!"
What kind of talk is that? It's like announcing "dinner is served."
Ji-eun knew Wang Taika well enough to guess what he was talking about halfway through. However, knowing that Wang Taika was playing a prank, she deliberately played along: "Aigoo, never mind, you can do it, I'll pretend I didn't see it."
Wang Taika walked over, deliberately making strange noises. It was the kind of "hissing" sound that lecherous thieves in movies and TV shows usually make—a very stereotypical sound. Not disgusting, but rather inexplicably funny.
Yoo In-na didn't really care, after all, she and Wang Tai-ka had done everything. But she couldn't do that in front of Ji-eun!
"Okay! Okay! I'm back to life, I didn't die!" Yoo In-na was so frightened that she sat up.
This performance of lying on the ground like a corpse really startled Ji-eun.
Wang Taika was alright, because he knew that Yoo In-na would definitely realize what was going on, so he smiled and said, "It's good that you're resurrected. Once you're resurrected, you can get back to work."
Yoo In-na was genuinely frustrated. She was starving, but those two heartless guys were gone and wouldn't come back. She wanted to order takeout, but they were still buying groceries—at least that's how it was supposed to be—so she felt bad about eating alone.
If I had known it would be like this, I could have just ordered takeout and had plenty of time.
Yoo In-na put on a stern face: "So you guys finally decided to come back? I've been starving to death."
Ji-eun rushed over and hugged Yoo In-na: "Unnie, I'm so sorry! We shopped for too long and forgot the time. Um, mainly, my high heels didn't fit well, look, they're all red and swollen. So we looked for a place, um, to rest for a while. But we forgot to check the time, I'm so sorry, unnie."
Liu Renna, being hugged by Zhi En, couldn't help but laugh, saying, "Alright, alright, it's not really your fault. Okay, let me see what you bought. Hurry up and cook, I'm starving."
She's taken so long to come back; Yoo In-na isn't stupid, she can guess what happened. But she can't control that, and she doesn't care.
But you guys were having so much fun while you went hungry, and that's Wang Taika's fault. Yoo In-na pouted; it was definitely Wang Taika's fault.
Otherwise? Blame Ji-eun? Yoo In-na wouldn't do something like that.
"I'll go wash my hands first." Wang Taika went to the restroom first.
Looking at Wang Taika's retreating figure, then glancing at Ji Eun beside her, Liu Renna asked softly, with a double meaning, "Having fun?"
Ji-eun, unaware of what was going on, nodded and smiled with her eyes crinkling: "I'm especially happy."
Seeing her like that, Yoo In-na smiled too.
As long as you're happy. (End of Chapter)
