“As for resources, perhaps we need to reconsider,” Irina Smirnov said hesitantly. “Your proposed relocation plan is a massive, unprecedented undertaking. Nothing like it has ever happened in the wizarding world.”

“Of course not,” Tiera said sarcastically. “You didn’t call it migration before, you called it fleeing. You were driven around like rats by Muggles who had only pitchforks and torches centuries ago.”

The wizards below the stage couldn't help but show embarrassed expressions.

“Of course, I am a merciful person,” Tiera smiled. “I could, and have the ability, force them to migrate through violence, but I still choose to let you take the lead in this matter, let you negotiate the terms, and let you solve their migration problem.”

The atmosphere in the meeting room was both heavy and cheerful.
