Chapter 2366 (1)

In that game, around the mid-game, I got the pseudo-legendary Pokémon Victini, a Pokémon I obtained in the story. When I got it, it was level 35. After accelerated training and various enhancements, it lived up to its pseudo-legendary status, possessing considerable strength. At least it could hold its own against some Pokémon with high or relatively high base stats. I had already trained it to level 93, making it one of my main Pokémon.

The Pokémon Victini has relatively low Special Defense, but its other five stats are quite good. It possesses the Serene Grace ability, which increases the chance of triggering additional effects on its special moves. For STAB moves, its effectiveness is expected to be even better. That Pokémon is likely a Psychic or Fire type. The Psychic-type move, Psychic, delivers a powerful psychic attack that lowers the opponent's Special Defense. It has a power of 90 and is a good move. Thunderbolt is one of Pikachu's commonly used moves, and that Pokémon can also learn it. It has a power of 95, attacking the opponent with a powerful electric current, sometimes paralyzing them. The Fire-type move is Fire Punch, attacking the opponent with a fist imbued with flames, sometimes causing burns. It has a 100% accuracy and a power of 75, which isn't low. There are other Fire-type moves it could learn, but either they weren't learned, they were replaced, or they have fewer uses, or they lack the burn effect. There's a reason to use those other moves. Another skill is Iron Head, a Normal-type skill that involves charging at the opponent and attacking. Sometimes it causes the opponent to flinch. It has a power of 70. I didn't choose any other skills, just that one. All four skills have a 100% hit rate and each has a chance to trigger additional effects, so overall they are quite useful.
