Chapter 2367 (4)

In the Fighting-type Gym in Newmasi, defeating some Fighting-type trainers will allow you to choose one of two Poké Balls, both containing a level 70 Fighting-type Pokémon, which is considered quite high in the mid-game.

At that time, the chosen character was a Taekwondo-style demon with blue skin, dressed in a Taekwondo uniform. He belonged to the Fighting type and possessed a black belt—a belt wrapped with ki that increased the power of Fighting-style skills when worn.

That Pokémon has the Sturdy ability, making it immune to one-hit KO moves. Its STAB move is Superpower, which attacks with brute force, lowering the user's Attack and Defense. The move is quite powerful, boasting 100% accuracy and 120% power. I don't use that Pokémon often; among the many Pokémon games I've played, Fighting-type Pokémon are rare.

Looking at that Pokémon's move list, there's a move called Body Slam with a power of 85, a Normal-type move with a chance to paralyze. There's also a super-powerful Normal-type move called Explosion. If a high-level Normal-type Pokémon with high attack power uses that move, it could potentially deal significant damage, as its power is over 200, which is truly astonishing. A Pokémon near death can be revived with a Resurrection Pokémon to re-engage in battle. There's also a Rock-type move called Earth Slide, with a power and accuracy of 90, which throws rocks at the opponent.

According to the Pokédex entry, that Pokémon trained diligently in seclusion deep in the mountains to acquire the strongest attack, a single strike. With proper training, it could possess some Fighting-type striking power, but it wasn't used much. It was trained to level 75, and after that, it wasn't used much anymore.
