Riding the wind of rebirth

Chapter 421 Full Color

"The elbow's luck is really good." The fourth aunt said: "Look, first there is Shi Yannian's "Poetry on Raising a Pen and Station", and then there is the "Zitting Dragon Picture" written by the monk Chuangu..."

The fourth cousin and Zhou Zhi looked at each other, and both of them suddenly thought of a question.

The blind box was opened twice, the calligraphy of famous Song artists was opened once, and the paintings of famous Song artists were opened once...

I'm afraid it's not some good luck, but that there may be carefully selected collections in that box!

Such a probability of finding a treasure can only explain one thing - this big box is definitely a big treasure!

After all, Zhou Zhi was considered an expert, so he knew that there was no rush, so he had to take the same thing and repair it, so as not to cause more damage to the baby.

"How about I do this?" Zhou Zhi said, rolling his eyes.

The current "Ziting Dragon Picture" has progressed to the stage of repairing, which is to use small paper strips and small pieces of paper to paste the cracks and incomplete parts of the painting center, and then rely on the original traces of the work to remove the redundant parts as much as possible, so that The repaired part should be as small as possible, and it can restore the strength of Huaxin.

This job would not hurt Hua Xin, so Zhou Zhi dared to do it.

"Don't be cowardly!" Uncle Si Biao said with a smile, "It's too late, and sooner or later! Is there anything more perfect than this by taking the famous Song Dynasty master Fatie as a teacher?"

"The premise of perfection is that the workmanship is not slippery..." Zhou Zhi was still worried.

"Stop talking nonsense! Hurry up!"

"Oh……"

Seeing that he couldn't get away with it, Zhou Zhi had no choice but to pick up the brush and start to work on the "Poetry of Raising a Brush".

The procedure is actually very cumbersome. Although it is nominally just to cover up the repaired cracks and lack of ink on the screen with color, the technique is also exquisite.

First of all, the first step is to fill in the back color, that is, to apply a background color to the restored painting heart, and to erase the splicing traces between the painting heart fragments.

Because Uncle Si Biao deliberately kept some old traces to make the calligraphy works full of antiquity, so those natural old traces became the difficulty of complementing the color.

The color of the traces can be dark or light. When complementing the color, it takes some ability to keep this effect of light and dark too much, and make it undetectable to the viewer.

Fortunately, Zhou Zhi often does this job. At the beginning of traditional Chinese painting and calligraphy, he often lays the background color first, especially for traditional Chinese painting, he often paints the color and alum before and after the painting, and sprinkles alum crystals on the paper to create The natural effect of ink color smudging and separation in water.

These operations are often performed by Zhou Zhi, so Zhou Zhi is no stranger to them.

After carefully filling in the background color, the entire picture of the Fatie can basically be seen.

The second step is to replenish the ink.

Ink replenishment is to fill in the breaks and incompleteness in the strokes with ink.

For the same reason, the ink must also be made by traditional handwork, and theoretically it is best to use the same ink as the original.

But that is impossible. Famous calligraphers and painters in the Song Dynasty generally liked to use Tingyu ink and Pangu ink. These were hard to find when calligraphy and painting were created more than 1000 years ago, let alone now.

Therefore, it can only be based on modern times, such as clear ink, or even modern hand-made ink, according to the "recipe" that the restorer has collected and tried repeatedly, adding additives such as isinglass, borneol, dragon musk, and even rosin to reconcile the hair color. , thickness, glue feeling, and the complementary color ink that is as close as possible to the ink used at that time.

The remaining kung fu is the timing of complementary colors.

The adhesive used in the restoration and mounting process of Chinese calligraphy and painting is a paste, a special paste.

After this paste is diluted with water, it can be a lubricant, impurity removal solvent, cleaning agent, adhesive, fixative...

In short, it is the same, but in each process, the concentration of the paste is different, and the roles it plays are also different.

After brushing the painting heart and the new life paper on the wall, peel off the face paper, and the rest is the drying process.

This process is not a one-off, because of gravity, the water in the painting heart gathers less on the top and dries quickly, while more gathers on the bottom and dries slowly.

Therefore, during the drying process, the tension on each part of the painting center is different.

In order to make the tension even, the restorer will repeatedly moisten some parts of the painting heart, so as to achieve the uniform tension of the whole picture during the drying process.

This process is very strange. Zhou Zhi once asked why the wall is not laid flat, so that the drying process of the painting heart can let the water get rid of the adverse effects of gravity?
This question really caught my uncle Si Biao, who only said that it was not easy to operate, and it was not easy to monitor the state of Huaxin, and it was troublesome to replenish water.

The key is that ordinary workshops do not have such a large space.

Uncle Si has already mixed the ink for color complementing, and the method of repairing is naturally the "double hook method".

The principle of the double hook method is to first outline the outer edge of the stroke with a thin line, which is also the origin of the name "double hook", and then fill in the inner range drawn with ink.

Before getting started, Zhou Zhi made a lot of noise and didn't dare to mess around, but once he got started, he became calm and serious.

It quickly entered a state of immersion restoration.

The fourth cousin held a long, thin bamboo stick similar to a mutton skewer stick, and did not speak, only silently pointing out the order of Zhou Zhi's restoration.

Theoretically, it should be big first and then small, first central and then peripheral, first whole and then local, and first key and then details.

But because Zhou Zhi was a little timid after all, the fourth cousin adjusted the order, and wanted Zhou Zhi to "practice" in a few unimportant places in the corners. After gradually finding the feeling and confidence, he moved back to the correct order. .

Gradually, Zhou Zhi entered a state of forgetting himself, and the advice from his fourth cousin became less and less, and eventually there were no more.

But Zhou Zhi also completely ignored these, holding a small plate of ink in one hand, and a brush in the other, experiencing the continuous translations in Shi Yannian's calligraphy, thick and thin, rich and dry, and timely adjusting the ink consumption and the concentration of the brush in his hand. Scatter, turn the wrist back, and fill in the places that need to be filled in the work little by little.

It wasn't until Zhou Zhi finished repairing this long piece of work that he realized that the light in the room had turned a warm yellow.

It was already dark, and it was all lit by warm incandescent lamps.

Zhou Zhi moved his stiff neck and upper limbs, and turned to the silent electronic clock on the small tea table, only to realize that it was already past two o'clock in the middle of the night.

"Huh..." Zhou Zhi let out a long breath. How long has it been since he has experienced such a mental state of forgetting everything?
Close your eyes, the mind is still full of those complicated lines just now, flying white, or dancing like gossamer, or flashing like flying stars, can't stop for a moment.

Zhou Zhi quickly opened his eyes, adjusted the ink again, took a piece of rice paper, and wrote in cursive that he was familiar with.

Throwing away Nanyang is the main concern, and conquering the north and the east is the best plan.

Time comes and the world has the same force, and it is not free to transport heroes.

Thousands of miles of mountains and rivers despise children, and the crown of the two dynasties hates Qiao Zhou.

Only Yu Yan under the passionate water, I still know that every year is next to the post.
