Ordinary quarrels and petty losses in life are all past ties. Let go of the obsession with saving face, and don't waste your present energy on dwelling on the past or trying to save face.

3. A great feud makes an exception
The deep-seated hatred caused by damaging one's foundation and severing one's roots is not within the bounds of the Qingyuan Law, and there is no need to forcibly let go of cause and effect.

4. Does not deplete the source.

Insisting on overdrawing one's vital energy and spirit, and forcibly circulating the Great Heavenly Cycle to make up for past deficiencies, will only leave hidden damage to one's Dao. Old losses will not be repaid and new losses will be added, falling into a continuous cycle of depletion.
