Chapter 1100 The Heinous King Roland

Chapter 1100 The Heinous King Roland

“Caslo!” Roland called out.

"Your Majesty!" Caslo wasn't angry at being dragged out of the Green Dragon Tavern by Roland; he just looked at Roland with a puzzled expression.

“Give us a ride! We’re heading north!” Roland nodded to Caslow.

"Wait? What do you mean by 'give us a ride'?" Aragorn was taken aback, and the next second a huge dragon claw grabbed him and lifted him up from the ground.

"Lagrange Empire Dragon Express! Say thank you!" Roland shouted from the dragon's back to Aragorn in its claws.

"Roland, you...! Waaaaah~" Then Aragorn's voice became indistinct, as the high-speed wind had distorted his face and he could no longer open his mouth.

"Tsk! So young and already mute?" Roland listened for a while and found that Aragorn was no longer moving in Kaldor's claws.

"That's fucking dizzy!" Doss's voice echoed in Roland's mind.

"It's good that you fainted, I thought you were dead!" Roland nodded seriously.

"Damn it! Your Majesty, it seems your friend who was riding with you is a bit dead!" Caslo muttered as he glanced down.

"It's alright, he'll get used to flying eventually! The days when he can take off again when he fights the Ringwraiths are still ahead!" Roland waved his hand.

“It is his good fortune to know you!” Caslo said to Aragorn with pity.

"So what exactly do you want?" Caslo suddenly asked.

……

"Oh! By the Dragon God! Take this thing away!" Have you ever heard a dragon scream? If not, you can hear it now!
At this moment, Kaldor stared in shock at Roland, who was binding the orcs in front of him. The entire dragon was in a daze. You mean that I, a dignified high-ranking dragon species - the Storm Dragon, am going to fly in the sky carrying these things?

"Your Majesty..." Caslo was also stunned. After all, no one could hold back when Roland landed and asked him to capture a half-orc alive!

"King Roland, is this your plan? Are you insane? Why capture a bunch of orcs? Do you expect them to tie up that lady?" Aragorn, who had already finished vomiting, said with red eyes. As he spoke, he felt nauseous and collapsed to the ground to vomit again.

"Superficial!" Roland glanced at him, then looked down and pulled out a small knife.

"Agh!" The shrill scream startled even Aragorn, who was used to slaying orcs every day. Caslo, on the other hand, was unfazed, but he frowned with a ferocious expression because he realized he couldn't understand what Roland was doing.

"Don't rush!" Roland glanced at the two and continued what he was doing.

"Uh, forgive my bluntness, but why did you skin it?" Aragorn looked at Roland in shock, never expecting Roland to have such a hobby.

"Take this! Wrap it in a cloth! Don't get the blood on yourself!" Roland tossed the entire piece of skin from the orc's back over, the grayish-white skin, still covered in blood and flesh, rolling around in the mud and getting covered in grass clippings and dirt. "..." Aragorn frowned, his whole body stiffening.

"Swoosh!" The battle aura of the small knife in his hand burst forth, and a foot-long blade of light flashed, instantly separating the still wailing orc from his head.

"Awooo!" Roland stepped on another orc and began skinning him.

“Don’t be disgusted. This is not presentable. You have to disguise it properly. Hobbits are halflings. They are all natural gourmets with excellent senses of smell and taste! You don’t want them to smell your scent and expose you, leading to your disgrace, do you?” Roland glanced at Aragorn.

"Why me?" Aragorn stared at Roland in disbelief, not understanding why Roland had chosen him.

“It’s simple, you’re a Dúnedan! You’ve been cutting down orcs in the wastelands all day long, you’re practically pickled in the smell! With this thing covering up your scent, the hobbits won’t be able to tell!” Roland waved the orc skin in his hand and casually added a stab.

"Then...then what about the remaining orcs..." Aragorn asked, looking at the other orcs tied up like dumplings on the ground. He accepted Roland's explanation. After all, the dirty work they had done was immoral, and they couldn't reveal their identities. But how could two people need so many human skins?
"Them? They're going to be released into the town of Bangshui in a bit!" Roland said casually.

"Pfft!" Aragorn, who had just raised the water pouch, spat out a mouthful of water.

"Your Majesty! Do you know what you're doing? This is immoral! My God! You..." Aragorn pointed at Roland in shock, as if he had discovered the arrival of a true god. In fact, in Aragorn's eyes, Roland was already a god!

"Releasing orcs will cause chaos! We're the villains now! We're bandits! What kind of work do bandits do? Do you want to be a righteous thief? If you're going to do dirty work, you have to be prepared for it! Wanting both is foolish!" Roland rolled his eyes at Aragorn. Ever since he decided to drag the Shire into making Bilbo king, it was no longer just a simple strategic issue in the North; it was now a political issue. Politics is destined to be full of darkness, and Roland just happened to decide to walk into that darkness!

"I must be going crazy!" Aragorn said, but his hands didn't slow down. He tore off a piece of burlap and rolled it up around the piece of leather, then helped Roland tie up the orcs, since it would be difficult for the dragon to fly if they were twisting around with it!
“You’re not crazy! You’ve only learned the basics of a political creature! You are a lord, the future king! Necessary darkness is a prerequisite for the majority to stand in the light! We just chose to throw ourselves into the darkness!” Roland chuckled, but his laugh was a little cold.

“How filthy…” Aragorn murmured, it was unclear whether he was referring to the state of the world or to Roland.

“Congratulations, you’ve successfully seen the true face of this world! If you really want to marry Alvin, learn to be more mature! Knight novels won’t help you become king!” Roland picked up the orcs and threw them at Kaldor’s feet.

“Caslo! Go back tonight! We’ll wait here for a while, just make sure we get back to Bywater by midnight!” Roland nodded.

"Just how many orcs have you tied up?" Caslo looked at the pile of orcs and couldn't help but silently mourn for the Shire's hobbits for three seconds.

"A mere fifty or so! And they're unarmed!" Roland said nonchalantly. As for a few hobbits dying? It didn't matter. If they didn't die now, it would be the soldiers from the North who would die later. For Bilbo's great cause and everyone's game, who cared about sacrificing a few ordinary hobbits? As the saying goes, a grain of sand in the era can become a mountain on an individual's head!
“What should we do with these orcs? Just dump them all in Bywater Town? That would cause a huge mess!” Caslo shook his head.

"Foolish! Of course, we should scatter them. Our soldiers will all be back at the camp by midnight, so they'll have to ask our soldiers for help! We can also improve the locals' favorability while we're at it. Isn't that killing two birds with one stone? We can also let the people here remember what it feels like to be invaded by orcs without soldiers to protect them. That way, the resistance to us electing Bilbo as king will be much less!" Roland smiled sinisterly.

“…” Aragorn closed his eyes. Thranduil was right after all. This guy was really ruthless to the extreme. After all his actions, the hobbits should probably thank him!
Roland probably never expected that a simple little trick would directly solidify his title of the utterly depraved King Roland. At this moment, Roland was still immersed in the joy of his perfect strategy.

……

"Let's go! It's time to get moving!" Roland gave a wicked smile.
