Chapter 1640 Establishment and Collapse

The eight characters "The Great Voyage Organization: The String Piper" are deeply imprinted in the history of the Lolt civilization, and the ideas of the Great Voyage have since exploded within its civilization.

The Lolt civilization embarking on a great voyage will become a historical trend, but in their jubilation, they have not yet realized that this path will be far more difficult than they imagined.

Although Yue Yuan had mentioned it when he told them about the Great Voyage, it was hard to understand a civilization that had never left its own galaxy.

However, the Lolters will soon encounter something that will leave a lasting impression on them.

Because the leader of the Galactic Heart Civilization told Yue Yuan that they discovered that the galaxy where the next exit of the Stargate was located had an extremely harsh environment, and the civilizations there were constantly fighting and killing each other, almost destroying half of the stars in the entire galaxy.

The main reason is that, due to their environment, most of the civilizations in that galaxy believe in the Dark Forest Theory.

On the surface, there isn't a single Level 6 civilization in that galaxy, but in reality, there are about a dozen Level 6 civilizations. However, they usually hide and will adopt an offensive strategy if they discover other civilizations.

Those dozen or so Level 6 civilizations basically all shared a grand dream: to wipe out all other beings at the same level and then rule the entire galaxy themselves.

However, it seems they have been fighting for tens of millions of years, and only one level-six civilization has been destroyed.

Due to the harsh environment, even primitive civilizations are extremely rare.

Many Level 4 and 5 civilizations that operate openly in the galaxy are actually being monitored by a dozen or so Level 6 civilizations.

The reason for this environment is that the star system is much farther away from other star systems, making it impossible for a Level 6 civilization to leave.

Since they can't leave, they'll turn their attention to their own galaxy and fight amongst themselves.

It must be said that the geographical environment of that star system is similar to that of the service area star system, but their internal environments are completely opposite.

The service area galaxy has only four level-six civilizations. They also fight among themselves, but they generally cherish the resources of their own star system and rarely bomb stars or planets. The four civilizations even once joined forces to make a common pact to restrict the behavior of destroying planets.

They defined the act of bombing stars and planets as a sin.

These regulations are still in effect today, and it is precisely because of this rule that the Great Voyage Organization's act of making the star disappear here has become so conspicuous.

If this were in another star system, other level six civilizations would probably think that some damned thing was waging war again.

In short, the Lolt civilization, which has crossed the stargate and embarked on its great voyage, will surely face a difficult battle. Even if they unite four level-six civilizations and set off together, it will still be difficult, and they may even be defeated in the next star system.

How can the progress of civilization be without setbacks? Not all civilizations are as lucky as the Celestial Dog Civilization.

"The String Player is gone. I never imagined that such a powerful civilization was actually within an organization. It's hard to imagine just how powerful the Great Voyage Organization that the String Player mentioned really is!"

Looking in the direction where human civilization disappeared, the Lolters knew that it was the stargate built by the Great Voyage Organization. A stargate! They had never heard of such a thing before.

It had never appeared in the service area galaxy before; before this, the Lolters only knew that there were wormholes in this universe.

"I wish I could follow in the footsteps of the great string player and embark on a great voyage right now, but alas, we are not ready."

"Yes, we are not ready yet, and the Great Voyage is much more difficult than we imagined. The String Piercers also said that there will be many unexpected dangers on the Great Voyage, and they said that the universe is already riddled with holes. We should be fully prepared before setting sail."

After human civilization departed, the leadership of the Lolt civilization held an emergency meeting on their flagship to discuss the future direction of the Lolt civilization.

As expected, they all agreed that they must be fully prepared before setting sail, since the stargate wouldn't disappear anyway.

Many Lolters believed it would be best to bring the other three Level 6 civilizations along, forming an organization and traveling together. Their reasoning was simple: even a powerful civilization like the String Piercers had an organization, so why should they go it alone?

The reasoning is sound, because not a single Lolter said the String Piercers' actions were inappropriate; the influence of a powerful civilization is still considerable.

However, the formation of an organization or alliance requires the consent of other civilizations.

Fortunately, the hatred between the several Level 6 civilizations in the service area galaxy is not very deep. After learning that there are more advanced civilizations, they are generally inclined to cooperate.

Thus, about a thousand years after human civilization departed, a sixth-level civilization alliance led by the Lolt civilization was born.

They called their alliance the Charge Alliance, which meant charging towards the great voyage, showing their high spirits.

After three hundred years of preparation in their own galaxy, the Charge Alliance couldn't wait to step through the stargate left by the Great Voyage Organization and begin their own Great Voyage.

So they came to the galaxy that believed in the Dark Forest.

Accustomed to their power within their own galaxy, they paid little attention to concealing themselves. As a result, they were discovered by a level-six civilization in that galaxy as soon as they stepped out of the stargate.

Also discovered was the stargate that the Awakeners had secretly built.

The reason it was built secretly was that after discovering that the star system believed in the Dark Forest, the Awakeners did not want these guys to directly invade another service area star system through the stargate.

But now this passage has been opened by the Lolt civilization and the other three civilizations forming a crusade alliance.

The war began without any declaration of war. The Charge Alliance was caught off guard, and the four civilizations were caught off guard by the fierce attack from the shadows.

Although the Lolt civilization temporarily stabilized the situation thanks to the power of its flagship, the combat experience and many weapons of war of the civilization that grew up in the Dark Forest system were far superior to theirs.

The two sides fought for nearly three hundred years in the central black hole region.

The final result was that the Alliance fleet suffered a 90% loss, and the flagship of the Lolt civilization was completely destroyed. The remaining Lolt civilization fleet successfully escaped the battlefield and fled back to the service area star system through the stargate.

Before long, the Lolt civilization, which had been hiding in its ancient microcosm, discovered that the other side was chasing after them and was also attacking and plundering lower-level civilizations all over the service area galaxy.

In an instant, the service area's star system was shrouded in a dark forest.

The Lolt civilization could only watch helplessly, and they didn't even dare to "watch helplessly," so they could only secretly send out probes to investigate.

The ambitious grand plans of the Charge Alliance seemed to be extinguished overnight, crumbling in an instant.

The other three civilizations, having been thoroughly defeated, directly blamed the Great Voyage Organization. They believed it was a deliberate arrangement by the organization, and that the String Player was now hiding in the shadows, watching their war with those civilizations like an ant.

The Lolt civilization, however, harbored no complaints; their ambition for a grand voyage remained steadfast. Furthermore, by noticing that the Lolt civilization hadn't attempted to reach the service area galaxy via the stargate before their arrival, they correctly deduced the Awakener's intention in constructing the stargate.

They believed that the String Piercer had already taken care of them, helping them build the Stargate, pointing out the way forward, buying them so much time, and repeatedly telling them that they must be fully prepared before embarking on the great voyage.

It can be said that everything that could be said and everything that could be reminded has been done, but it is only because I did not understand the extent of the danger of the long voyage that I have led to today's result.

The Lolt civilization did not complain or blame others; instead, it took this as a lesson learned from its carelessness and began to quietly develop in its ancient universe, hoping to make a comeback.
