Beginning as a Tantric Academy Monk

Chapter 621: Wait for you to become a Buddha? Wait for me to become a Buddha!

Chapter 621: Wait for you to become a Buddha? Wait for me to become a Buddha!
"Elder Mingli" was still kneeling in front of the Bodhisattva and praying for blessings, when Master Zhichun walked up quickly from outside. Master Zhichun was also a monk who practiced "Yoga", but after he went up the mountain, he was a little out of breath.

However, rather than saying that the breathlessness was due to his weakness from climbing the mountain, it was more accurate to say that he was nervous, just like the drumbeats at a Dharma assembly, which made people feel uneasy.

He stood outside the door, calmed himself down a little, and before he could open his mouth, he saw the door in front of him suddenly open, revealing the "Mingli Elder" inside.

The tall figure of "Elder Mingli" was obscured by the "butter lamp", making it impossible to see his expression clearly. Only darkness remained in the room. He called Master Zhichun to come in. Master Zhichun felt the cold in the room, but he did not have time to take a closer look, so he knelt in front of "Elder Mingli".

"Elder Mingli" closed the door and did not close the window, but the cold air still came in from that room.

The "Mingli Elder" was named Daxueding. He looked at Master Zhichun and said slowly, "I have something that you need to do—"

"Yes, elder. Zhichun will obey the order."

Master Zhichun waited for a long time but the "elder" still couldn't say the rest of the words, so he just agreed first. Even when he spoke, he was very cautious and didn't dare to look at the face of the "elder who understands reason".

There was silence for a long while.

Master Zhichun knelt obediently before the "Mingli Elder" and did not dare to make any movement.

Only the biting cold wind from above the heavy snow outside rushed in, lowering the temperature here and making everyone's breath turn into mist.

There was also a sound like a strange cry.

Just when Master Zhichun began to feel cold all over, Elder Mingli spoke. His voice came from his central channel and was very strong. He said, "From now on, you will be the teacher of the Buddha. I will find another teacher for the Buddha. Then, you two will teach the Buddha together.

After a while, I will leave the temple, and then the temple will be a good place for you."

"Elder Mingli" said this suddenly, but as soon as this sentence came out, Master Zhichun felt that these words not only did not make him happy at all, but instead caused great fear in his heart.

My hands are shaking so much that I can't control myself.

The upper half of his body couldn't support the strength anymore and he fell to the ground helplessly.

As for his chest, it was as if a demon's hand had grabbed his heart, choking him to breathe. In such extreme fear, he instead generated a strong force, and immediately knelt straight. His hands once again generated a strong force, and he knelt straight and said, "Elder, Elder, Zhichun doesn't understand--"

“You don’t need to understand!

I only ask you to be a teacher of the 'Buddha's children'. You don't need to understand this matter.

You just need to know that when the time comes, the 'Buddha' is still young, and you are not the one who can control the sky with one hand in the temple.

Therefore, you do not have the final say in the temple. Such good days may come before next New Year, or before the New Year of the year after, and then you two teachers will have ideas - even if you don't have ideas, others will. Human greed will never be overwhelmed by fear. It will be like a chieftain seeing silver. Even if he knows that the silver is not from his own vault, he will still reach out for it.

Until the master of the house came back and killed the chieftain, but before that, the chieftain did have the silver treasure.

It is the same with you. You control the temples, and because you are afraid that your power will slip away, you will collude with external sects.

There will always be chieftains and clan leaders who are not afraid of death."

Speaking of these words, the "wise elder" spoke indifferently, as if he was talking about something that had nothing to do with him and was not concerned about it.

When Master Zhichun heard this, he was so shocked that even his Buddha heart began to waver.

His mouth was so dry that there was not even a drop of saliva left.

He opened his mouth and wanted to speak, but no words came out.

All he could do was utter a weak "Ah! Ah! Ah!" sound in vain.

Sweat was pouring down.

He finally managed to make a sound from his mouth, but saw the tall monk's boots move away from him and then were pulled back weakly.

He curled up on the ground like a castrated lamb.

The "wise elder" looked at him like this and remained indifferent.

But Master Zhichun even felt a sense of auditory hallucination - he felt that the elder above him was looking at him grimly and sneered, but in fact, the "Elder Mingli" did nothing, he just stood there, and everything that happened just now was actually just the "necessity" he said.

Don’t look at Master Zhichun lying on the ground in fear now, unable to use any tricks at all. But when he has been a powerful monk for five or even ten years, he will not give up the power in his hands.

At such times, there were even daring monks who would think of poisoning the "Buddhists". It was impossible to succeed with secular "poisons", but there were countless such "poisons" in "witchcraft" and "Buddhism" and in the "former Tibetan court".

Among the "Four Great Noble Clans", some specialize in "cursing" and some are "good at poisoning".

There are also such things in temples, but ordinary monks cannot touch them at all. They are like "poisonous snakes" that seduce people. If they have a little thought and see these "poisonous snakes", their desires will be endlessly magnified.

Now he was kneeling on the ground, seemingly without any such thoughts.

But he waited until he really sat in that position.

Wait until he got this "venomous snake".

Then the "reincarnated Buddha's son" is nothing more than an "obstacle demon" that hinders his future.

That is, ask him to swear an oath here.

It has no effect.

Many wise "great monks" died because of their vows. If you don't have enough wisdom, everything you do will be wrong.

So “Mingli Elder” - or now we can just call him “the first abbot of the Dharma.”

There was no fluctuation in his eyes at all. He looked at Master Zhichun who was lying on the ground, looked at the "weird charm" emanating from him, poured "nectar" on his head and said, "When you can get up, go find Zhidu and ask him to come up.

You and he will both be the teachers of the "reincarnated Buddha" from now on, and will be in charge of everything in the temple."

After the “First Abbot Dharma Master” said this, he called the yellow-robed monk at the door to come in, and dragged Master Zhichun away like a dead dog.

"Leave it at the door and let him go whenever he can."

The "First Abbot" said this without any sadness or joy, without a trace of worry. If a monk like this froze to death outside, then he should freeze to death.

As for what impact this would have after he did it, it was not within his scope of thought. As long as he could achieve "unity of Dharma nature", then at that time, all the things he had said before would be nothing more than the sand on the road, not worth mentioning, and the great power of the mantra would flatten everything.

The slight noise outside naturally dissipated and retreated, and the "First Generation Abbot Dharma Master" continued to kneel on the lotus cushion and began to think about what to do next.

As the "discipline elder" of the temple at that time, "Elder Mingli" knew exactly how many available people there were in the temple, just like he had just eaten a portion of tsampa.

It is also clear how many usable things are left in the temple.

So it didn’t take long for the “First Dharma Master” to sum up and know that it was not enough. After the “last incident”, the “First Dharma Master” had actually done a lot to make up for that disaster.

These included but were not limited to asking the provincial government to allow the examination for selecting "sixth-level monks" for three consecutive years. There were two examinations a year, and each examination was conducted with great convenience.

Furthermore, the “First Abbot Dharma Master” looked for people with suitable aptitude and made them his “attendant monks”, thus quickly organizing the “mantra chanters”.

There is also a difference between "mantra-chanters" and "mantra-holders".

Experienced “mantra chanters” are what the “First Generation Presiding Dharma Master” expected. The current “mantra chanters” are what the “First Generation Presiding Dharma Master” took them for, which is like sending them to their deaths.

To die in accordance with the Dharma is a “great merit”!
In other words, even if some serfs wanted to die for "Buddhism", it was impossible for them to do so.

Therefore, the life and death of these people is not of concern to the "First Abbot Dharma Master", but it is within his consideration.

Over the years, even with all his efforts, the "Endless White Pagoda Temple" has not recovered its original vitality, just like the "Endless White Pagoda Temple" used to be a strong yak, but now, it is a half-dead yellow sheep.

The most glorious time of the entire "Endless White Pagoda Temple" was naturally before the Dharma nature of the "First Abbot Dharma Master" was broken.

"It's all just demonic obstacles."

The "First Master Dharma Master" slowly talked to himself, shaking the "prayer wheel" in his hand, with a lot of thoughts in his mind. It was the catastrophe that caused his "Dharma nature to be shattered", which was actually divided into two parts.

The former refers to the many strange things that happened when he subdued the "devil in the back mountain".

The latter was also the incident that led to him having to be in the "mandala" in person, which was the "debate" he and the "old monk Akang" had over their differences in Buddhist teachings.

His thoughts were in a turmoil, but all returned to normal as the prayer wheel turned.

On the second day, the "First Abbot" had already given instructions to all the people, and three monks whose names start with the word "Wisdom" were to lead the team. They prepared the animals and food and were ready to set off.

However, it is impossible for the "First Abbot" to select the troops and generals and set off that day.

It will take three days to prepare everything.

It's totally incomparable to before.

The whole temple was busy and restless, but the "First Abbot" did not say anything about it. He turned his prayer beads and climbed up the "Diaofang" on the mountainside without any effort. The road leading to the Diaofang on the mountain was usually not crowded, and today there was no one.

After walking past the Dharma flags erected on the roadside and arriving in front of the watchtower, the "First Abbot of the Dharma" suddenly discovered that the door of the watchtower of the "reincarnated Buddha" was open.

There was no sound of "chanting" coming from inside.

But it was not just the breathing sound of the "reincarnated Buddha"!

There were actually breathing sounds of other people inside!

The door was ajar, and the face of the "First Abbot" suddenly became solemn. In this situation, it was no longer a matter of the yellow-robed monk entering the "blockhouse". He pushed open the door and saw six monks standing there. Two of them should be the "yellow-robed monks" outside the door. At this moment, the two yellow-robed monks were chanting the "Six-Syllable Mantra", and the "reincarnated Buddhist son" was still sitting at the other end.

As soon as they heard the door open, the six monks and the seated "Buddha" did not move their eyes over.

It was as if none of them saw the "First Dharma Master" walking in.

The first person you see when you see the “First Abbot Dharma Master” is the monk in the front, who is also the tallest!
The monk in the lead was wearing a red monk's robe and looked exactly like the "Red-robed Monk".

But after coming in, he discovered that this person must be the most special and noble among these people!
Even if someone came in, he was not in a hurry and slowly hung a piece of white silk around the neck of the "reincarnated Buddha".

Hearing the sound of the door opening, the man turned around, and the other monks went to look at him.

When he saw the face that was the "First Abbot Dharma Master", he also had a look of realization.

Lu Feng faced him, turned around, and stroked the head and shoulders of the "reincarnated Buddha", then put his hands together and said to the "First Generation Dharma Master": "Should I call you Elder Mingli, or should I call you the First Generation Dharma Master?
No matter what, you are my teachers. "

He put his hands together and saluted the teacher.

For some reason, the "First Abbot Dharma Master" moved sideways.

Lu Feng didn't care about this.

After paying his respects, he looked at the “First Generation Dharma Master” and said, “Master, Yongzhen has not come to pay respect to Master for a long time. It is Yongzhen’s fault.

Please also ask the Master to forgive Yongzhen.

There is only one thing that I know I shouldn’t say, but I still have to say it.

Is my teacher, the wise master still here?"

The "First Abbot" stared at Lu Feng and saw that he did not stand up for a long time. He just bent down and put his hands together. The monks around him did the same.

His gaze passed over the big Buddha wheel behind Lu Feng and the many "guardian gods" behind the two boy monks.

After a while, he finally took a skull out from his neck.

He said: "When I become a Buddha, he will enter my Pure Land."

"in this way."

Lu Feng said calmly, motioning "Cedan Lhunzhu" to bring the "skull" over, and said: "In this case, there is no need to trouble my master. I have become a Buddha, so I will ask him to enter my Pure Land.

"My Master, be merciful!"
