The reincarnation of the heavens begins with the path to immortality

It's not unusual for someone to pretend to be a good person for a while; after all, even the worst person will have a moment of kindness in their life.

But it's not easy for a person to pretend to be a good person for a lifetime. After all, the darkness in one's heart is sometimes hard to control, and one may secretly do some bad things.

But the Emperor lived his entire life—no! Not just his entire life! Because he lived through several lifetimes, and in each of them he was upright, virtuous, and full of talent and ambition, without the slightest flaw. Such a person simply cannot be faked!
Therefore, even the ancient venerables who were dormant in the forbidden zone of life back then praised Emperor Venerable highly and admired him greatly. They recognized Emperor Venerable's strength as well as his character and conduct.

Therefore, the Emperor invited them to join him in entering the Immortal Realm and becoming immortals. Very few refused him. Apart from the Carefree Celestial Venerable, almost all of them agreed to break free from their seals and emerge into the world, willing to lend him a helping hand.

This is naturally because the Emperor's benefits are great, the Emperor's strength is great, and people see the hope of breaking into the Immortal Realm and becoming immortals. Most importantly, they also recognize and believe in the Emperor's character and conduct, feeling that such a great and righteous person as the Emperor would not deceive them or plot against them!

Unfortunately, the truth proved them wrong in the end. The Emperor had indeed deceived them and had ulterior motives towards them. They had misjudged the Emperor!
But how could this be? How could this be? It's simply unbelievable! The Emperor could actually be this kind of person!

Not to mention that Chuanying, the woodcutter, and other loyal subordinates of the Emperor did not believe any of this, thinking that it was all slander against the Emperor by the Eternal Heavenly Venerable, the Immortal Emperor, and others!
Even the Eternal Heavenly Venerable, the Prison Suppressor Emperor, and others back then would never have dared to believe that all of this was the Emperor's conspiracy.

Back then, when the Immortal Emperor secretly colluded with them, believing that the Emperor had problems and was plotting against them, it wasn't that no one objected or didn't trust the Immortal Emperor!
The Celestial Venerable of Immortality, the Prison Suppressor, the Corpse King, and others in the Underworld even went so far as to venture deep into the Underworld to demand an explanation from the Underworld Emperor. After all, the Underworld Emperor and the Emperor were both teacher and friend. If the Emperor truly harbored ill intentions towards them, the Underworld Emperor, as their teacher, could not possibly be unaware of it!

But what was the final result? The Underworld Emperor and the Underworld Lord were no longer in the Underworld; they had already left, and to cover their tracks, they didn't even take the Heavenly Underworld Treasure with them!

This result was extremely shocking to the Eternal Heavenly Venerable, the Prison Suppressor Emperor, and others at the time. After all, the Emperor was still shouting that he would lead all of them to fight their way into the Immortal Realm and become immortals. But the Underworld Emperor and Underworld Venerable, as their master, had already disappeared. How could people not be suspicious?
The disappearance of the Underworld Emperor and the Underworld Lord has become the biggest mystery. The Emperor may really be plotting against them and is about to take action against them!

As long as there is doubt in one's heart, then whatever the Emperor does next will be wrong and suspicious. This doubt will ferment under the constant collusion of the Undying Emperor in private, and will eventually develop into a conspiracy to deal with the Emperor!

At the crucial moment when the Emperor was on the path to immortality, they joined forces to turn against him and kill him. Everything seemed so reasonable!

Moreover, in Shen Pingkang's view, the Eternal Celestial Venerable, they were not wrong. The Emperor Venerable did indeed have ulterior motives towards them and wanted to take action against them. After all, at the end of Shrouding the Heavens, the Emperor Venerable actually wanted to refine two worlds into a cauldron and also refine Ye Fan, the Empress, the Great Emperor Wushi and others into the cauldron. It was simply insane!
It's no surprise that such a mad emperor would do anything!
But now, thinking about it carefully, it doesn't seem to make sense anymore, and there are some parts that are hard to understand!
First of all, why would the Emperor be so contradictory? In his previous lives, he was so great and righteous that even the ancient celestial beings and venerable beings who were dormant in the forbidden zones of life were impressed and willing to break out of their seals and serve him.

Why did it become so insidious, vicious, twisted, and ferocious later on? Not only did it want to refine the Heavenly Venerables and Ancient Venerables, but it also wanted to refine Ye Fan and the others, and even refine two worlds into a cauldron!
The shift between these two was so abrupt and so illogical!
While even the supreme beings who dwell in the forbidden zones of life undergo such changes—at their peak, they guarded the universe and the stars—once they seclude themselves, they might become indifferent to all living beings, resorting to any means necessary to survive, even instigating dark turmoil. However, their transformation is not without precedent: they are driven to desperation, forced to employ any means necessary to survive, even abandoning their original beliefs and ideals.

But what about the Emperor? He was not like that. He was reborn again and again, always at his peak, especially when he was about to enter the path to immortality. He never severed or sealed himself off.

His change was so sudden, so incomprehensible, so unbelievable!
So, what caused such a drastic change in him? Was there a problem with his method of achieving immortality? Did he really need the likes of the Celestial Venerable of Immortality and the Emperor of Prison Suppression to refine and sacrifice the cauldron? Was he willing to sacrifice everything for his own immortality?

This seems plausible. After all, Nirvana and becoming an immortal is an extremely difficult path to immortality. Each Nirvana is a brush with death. Perhaps the Emperor could not continue on the path to immortality, so he killed them to sacrifice to the cauldron and became an immortal himself?

Kill them to use as a sacrifice in the cauldron?!

Thinking of this, a flash of inspiration suddenly struck Shen Pingkang, the Immortal Celestial Venerable, and his body jolted as he instantly thought of the Undying Emperor!

Isn't the Immortal Emperor the one who secretly ambushes and assassinates the emperors, bathes in their blood, and devours their Dao, thus undergoing repeated phoenix rebirths to survive until now?
Could it be that the Emperor of yesteryear also intended to do the same?
Or perhaps, this was originally the Nirvana method that the Undying Emperor offered to the Emperor, secretly instigating the Emperor to kill these self-destructive and corrupt Heavenly Venerables and Ancient Venerables, devour and refine their Dao Fruits, and thus achieve Nirvana!
Then, the Immortal Emperor secretly rallied all of them, including the Eternal Heavenly Venerable, telling them that the Emperor was going to harm them and that they should be careful. He also told them that they should unite to deal with the Emperor!
Therefore, the Undying Emperor was simultaneously instigating the Emperor to attack them, allowing them to successfully undergo Nirvana by bathing in their Dao blood, and at the same time, secretly colluding with them to deal with the Emperor and put him to death!

No wonder! If that's the case, then everything makes sense!

No wonder the Undying Emperor knew that the Emperor was going to take action against them, because it was he who instigated the Emperor to do it!
No wonder that in the end, the Emperor had to fake his death to escape during this upheaval in the ancient Heavenly Court, and they were all seriously injured or died!
Only one person benefited the most, and that was the Immortal Emperor!

The Emperor faked his death and relinquished the Heavenly Heart Mark. Without him pressing down on him, the Undying Emperor was able to truly attain the Dao and become the only one of the supreme beings!
Therefore, whoever ultimately reaps the greatest benefits is most likely the biggest conspirator behind it all!
If the Immortal Emperor gained the greatest benefits, then he is very likely the biggest schemer!
Could it be that the upheaval in the ancient Heavenly Court was actually a conspiracy orchestrated by the Immortal Emperor? Were they and the Emperor manipulated?!
