When they fall asleep, the spirit has no speed to guard, and they don’t know that they have a body or where they are. They follow the soul and the spirit, enter the dark and gather with ghosts. In the dream, there is nothing, and the four elements are not destroyed. The spirit follows the ghost and follows the blessing to be born in heaven and hell. They are all gods without their own will, and they don’t know their bodies follow the waves. The real person who has attained the Tao, the inner elixir is accomplished, the spirit is combined with the body, and things cannot seduce. Therefore, the soul and spirit are lurking, all evils are not involved, and there is no worry. Leaving life and death is all due to me. The trance is unpredictable. Therefore, the alchemy classics say: "The real person has no dreams, this is what it means. The real person who has attained the Tao. The spirit has no place to stay, the soul lives in me, and I can walk freely without hindrance."

Finally, Chen Yun wrote another poem "Wang Jiangnan" as an excuse.

Wang Jiangnan:
The pearl comes from the right, and the purple lightning enters the Dan City. The baby is raised inside and becomes a red elephant. When the five turns come, the yang essence is collected, and fire is born from water.

Burning Ghost Mountain, purple lightning rises majestically. I roam freely in the world, sleeping like a whale lying on the sand dunes, and the time goes with me.

After writing it, Chen Yun proofread it carefully and found no mistakes.
