Those whose problems were not so serious, after going through that cycle of killing, naturally severed the karmic ties with Brahma.

They didn't believe it.

When the Brahma last passed away, Pandita had not yet completely digested the source of the Vedic gods. Therefore, after the Brahma passed away, driven by the source of the Vedic gods, those extinct Brahma were reborn as Buddhas at an incredibly fast speed.

But now, the origin of the Vedas has been completely obscured by the laws of the Panditas.

At this time, after all the Buddhas have passed away, can they once again attain the Great Luo realm with the same ease as before?
"One question." Without a word, the figure of Dipankara Buddha also appeared in the Great Thunderclap Temple, directly transmitting his thoughts to Shakyamuni.

Past, present, Future.

When the three Buddhas of Buddhism gather in one place, the foundation and vitality of Buddhism begin to surge.

The entire Xiniuhe Continent seemed to be covered by an incomparably enormous golden lotus.

Those non-Buddhist cultivators still in Xiniu Hezhou, even those Great Luo Immortals, all rose without hesitation and retreated from Xiniu Hezhou to the Western Sea when the golden lotus manifested and slowly spread from Mount Ling to the entire Xiniu Hezhou.

At this moment, the center of Buddhism shifted from Mount Sumeru to Mount Ling, where all Buddhas of the three worlds gathered.

And the Vulture Peak, where Shakyamuni Buddha resided, was located in the very center of the Western Continent of Niuhe.

"How can we persuade the Great Dragon God who upholds Heaven and Righteousness?" asked the Ancient Buddha Dipankara.

Clearly, this Buddha of the past also deeply resented those Buddhas who had not yet severed the influence of Buddhism.

The reason for this is quite simple.

According to the two saints' plan before their passing, they took the entire Brahma religion with them and then Buddhism was born from the remains of Brahma.

Afterwards, the three Buddhas—past, present, and future—led the Buddhist order.

The Buddha is now in charge of Buddhism, holding complete authority over it—therefore, the Buddha is now Shakyamuni, and not someone else.

Because Shakyamuni was the manifestation of Duobao Daoren, the chief disciple of the Jie Sect, and a disciple who studied under the Shangqing Sect before the Three Pure Ones separated. He was the one who inherited the common lineage of the Three Pure Ones!
Although he is a Buddhist, he has the highest level of respect in the world!

Even if his decisions clearly offend the Xuanmen (Taoist sect), the Xuanmen members will still consult with Shakyamuni (Buddhist sage) out of respect for him... to put it more directly.

The existence of Shakyamuni Buddha can completely eliminate the possibility of a real war between Taoism and Buddhism!
That is why it was Shakyamuni who took charge of Buddhism!

At the same time, the only choice in the world—even Ao Bing, who is recognized as having the most face in the world—is not as suitable as Shakyamuni.

Of course, if it were the current Ao Bing, who had inherited the faith of so many Da Luo, jointly signed the Golden Book of Faith, and then obtained the Da Luo Dao Fruit, he would also be a very suitable person to become the current Buddha.

However, it is clear that at this time, Ao Bing could not become the Buddha he is now.

Besides the present Buddha, Maitreya, the future Buddha, is the one whom the two saints of the Western Paradise trained and on whom they placed their hopes—it is only natural that Maitreya would take charge of the future of Buddhism.

Finally, there is the Dipankara Buddha.

What he inherited was the past of Buddhism.

What was the past of Buddhism?

It is a Western religion.

It's Brahmanism!
This means that the fruits of enlightenment attained after the extinction of Brahma, as well as those powerful beings who belonged to the Western religion and did not perish with Brahma, were all under the control of Dipankara Buddha.

This is the root of Dipankara Buddha's dissatisfaction with those Buddhas who are now influenced by Buddhism—those are the powers that should rightfully belong to him.

This is the true essence of Buddhism.

However, they attained the Great Luo realm too early, thus moving from the 'past' to the 'present,' leaving Dipankara Buddha helpless against them.

Now is the time to set things right, to let those things that should belong to the past be completely buried by the past.

However, there is still one major problem.

How can we get Ao Bing to cooperate with them?
In the eyes of the Ancient Buddha Dipankara, the Great Dragon God who now sits high on the Execution Platform has always held some prejudice against Buddhism.

This prejudice existed even when Buddhism was still a Western religion. Later, when Western religion transformed into Brahma, the prejudice intensified. Eventually, Brahma disappeared and became Buddhism. Ao Bing's prejudice against Western religion and Brahma has also been carried over to Buddhism today.

Under such circumstances, the fact that Ao Bing was able to cooperate with the Sage Subhuti to enable the Great Sage Equaling Heaven to manifest and enter the Buddhist order, and that he allowed the Sage Subhuti to open up the Buddhist order from the Western Sea, was already a gesture of respect for the Sage Subhuti.

But now, getting Ao Bing to cooperate on another plan... that's most likely impossible.

Dipankara Buddha was unusually pessimistic about this.

Not to mention, earlier, when Ao Bing came out of the East Sea and headed towards the human world, he specifically went to stop Ao Bing's footsteps.

"He who upholds Heaven and righteousness," Shakyamuni said, his smile still present. "How could someone with such a revered title not possess the spirit to receive the mandate of Heaven and Earth?"

“A person with such courage will definitely cooperate with us once they know about our Buddhist plans.”

"Moreover, our purpose in cleaning up the internal affairs is consistent with the purpose of the Great Dragon God of Upholding Heaven and Righteousness in clarifying the world."

Shakyamuni continued to transmit his thoughts through telepathy.

His current position in the world can be described as extremely high.

In addition, his experience of transitioning from Taoism to Buddhism—especially the experience of being personally tested by Mara, the Primordial Celestial Venerable, when he attained Buddhahood—allowed Shakyamuni to see many things.

After the Pantian Sutra swallowed the Vedas, the structure of heaven and earth was transformed into five continents.

Beyond the most exquisite Central Region, four major continents surround it.

Beyond the four continents lies the Four Nine Heavens Palace, connected to the Four Directions Great Heaven.

Let's take a look at the powers that control the various continents.

The very center is covered by both the human dynasty and the heavenly court, and it is the most exquisite central region in Pantian.

That is the true foundation and essence of Pantian.

As long as the Central Region remains stable, even if trouble arises in the Four Great Continents, the power of the Central Region can suppress it.

Dongsheng Shenzhou – Xuanmen Taoism.

Xiniuhezhou – Buddhist Temple.

Southern Continent – ​​Demon Race.

Beiju Luzhou – the human race, or more precisely, the most ancient and primitive human race.

The four continents directly face the four great heavens. Within the Pantian realm, each major power governs a continent and directly faces a particular great heaven.

With such division and design, one can easily imagine the schemes and plans of the Great Heavenly Venerable Haotian, who originally orchestrated the plan to swallow the Vedas.

From the very beginning, they were prepared to face the four great heavens simultaneously after swallowing the Vedas!

That was a rumor that no one knew who spread it, and it only circulated among a very small number of people with great supernatural powers.

It was a rumor that everyone heard about in an unpredictable way, but no one dared to tell it to anyone or even ask about it.

The Central Region, the heart of the world, a place since ancient times, was divided into nine provinces, each governed by one of the Nine Tripods.

But the Nine Provinces in the Central Region are called the Lesser Nine Provinces.

Besides Little Kyushu, there is also Big Kyushu.

Let's not even mention the small Kyushu region—just look at the current state of affairs in the world.

The central region - the four major continents - the four directions of the sky.

If Shakyamuni couldn't see what the Great Nine Provinces meant under such circumstances, he might as well be dead.

Shakyamuni was certain that if the Great Nine Provinces plan existed, then this plan must have been foreshadowed when the Jade Emperor was still in power.

To complete the plan for the Great Nine Provinces, it means that the forces of Taoism, Buddhism, the Demon Race, and the Human Race, which respectively govern the four continents, must all become pure.

Only in this way can one have the possibility of venturing into the vast world.

Furthermore, with the unprecedented calamity now being instigated by the Jade Emperor, powerful figures from all four directions are stepping into the chessboard of Pan Tian...

Under these circumstances, Pan Tian's power, based on the four continents, already has the foundation to advance beyond the realm!
"Time waits for no one," Shakyamuni sighed softly to himself.

Looking across the world and all directions.

The power of Dongsheng Shenzhou is quite pure; it can be activated at any time if desired.

In Beiju Luzhou, there was long ago a Chaos Sea, which connected to the Chaos and even to the four great heavens.

Powerful beings from beyond the realm, even those who created the world, have repeatedly attempted to influence the situation in Pantian through the Chaos Sea—whether it's the earliest Xiongnu or the current Turks and other alien races, if you trace their origins, you can find them all in the Chaos Sea of ​​Beiju Luzhou.

And the Southern Continent is even more out of the question!
The demons of Nanzhanbuzhou, led by the Bull Demon King, had long since entered the Southern Heaven and were indistinguishable from the Southern Heaven.

If the Great Nine Provinces plan truly exists, and if the strategy for conquering the four directions truly exists, then the Southern Continent would have already gained the greatest advantage in that plan.

In contrast, the Buddhist community in Xiniu Hezhou is still not at peace.

The will of all Buddhas has not yet been unified.

Despite possessing the largest number of Great Luo Immortals in the world, the power of Buddhism has been unable to be fully manifested due to various internal entanglements.

In such a situation, if the Great Kyushu plan were to be implemented, Buddhism would not only fail to become a pillar of the Great Kyushu plan, but would instead become a burden to it.

At that time, Buddhism will have no meaning in this world—at that time, Buddhism will no longer be able to exist in this world.

This is something that Shakyamuni could never accept or tolerate.

After all, he is the current Buddha of Buddhism. If, under his leadership, Buddhism becomes this wretched state, utterly useless in the world, or even a burden to the world, and ultimately perishes in the world, then he, the current Buddha, would be utterly disgraced!

Therefore, the purification of Buddhism is of utmost urgency!
"Don't worry, I can persuade him." Seeing the hesitation still on Dipankara Buddha's face, Shakyamuni transmitted his voice again.

He was not surprised by Dipankara Buddha's hesitation.

After all, the entanglement between the Ancient Buddha Dipankara and the Great Dragon God Ao Bing, who upholds the principles of Heaven and Righteousness, is no small matter.

“Since Buddha is confident in persuading the Great Dragon God Chengtian Bingyi, then this matter is settled,” Dipankara Buddha responded.

Then, he uttered a greeting within the Great Thunderclap Temple.

"Amitabha."

"I, the old monk, cannot agree with the words of the future Venerable One."

"As the Venerable One said, if we offend the Great Dragon God who upholds Heaven and Righteousness, the great prosperity of Buddhism may be affected."

"However, the great prosperity of our Buddhist sect is the general trend of heaven and earth."

"Since it is the grand trend of heaven and earth, how could the Great Dragon God who upholds heaven and righteousness alone possibly stop it?"

The ancient Buddha Dipankara shook his head, his expression one of sorrow.

"The sea of ​​suffering is boundless, but turning back is the shore; lay down the butcher's knife and become a Buddha on the spot."

"This is precisely the meaning of Buddha's compassion and universal salvation."

"It is also the foundation of our Buddhist tradition."

“If we follow the concerns of Venerable Maitreya, worrying that it will ruin the great prosperity of Buddhism, and become timid and hesitant to accept those who have laid down their butcher knives, wouldn’t that destroy the very foundation of our Buddhist tradition?”

"If the great prosperity of our Buddhist sect is to be ruined, it will surely be because of this place!"

The voice of Dipankara Buddha was resolute and unwavering.

"Therefore, this old monk believes that there are many financial deities in the Golden Palace of the Ministry of Finance."

"If there are those who are willing to turn back, our Buddhist community should uphold the spirit of universal salvation and open the door of expediency for them."

Do the Buddhas agree?

The Great Thunder Temple was completely silent.

Dipankara Buddha, one of the Three Buddhas, clearly expressed his stance: he wanted to accept the wealth gods of the Golden Palace of the Ministry of Finance.

As a result, the Buddhas who already held this view, as well as those Buddhas influenced by Brahma, were greatly encouraged.

Thus, in that unspoken understanding, the overall decision of the Buddhist community was made.

Welcome the God of Wealth.

Purge the dragon race.

Participating in the killing.

Ultimately, Buddhism flourished!

Although some Brahma Buddhas considered the dangers of participating in the killing spree when this decision was made.

But Dipankara Buddha said: "In this calamity, Buddhism is destined to be the victor." So, in this calamity, would anyone not give face to the destined victor?
That one sentence dispelled everyone's worries.

At that very moment, Jin Chanzi, who had stepped into the East Sea with the talisman in hand, also stopped in his tracks.
