After the shock of their feet suddenly sinking into the void, Chen Ze and Tian Siyao seemed to have instantly traveled through a time tunnel.

When the two regained consciousness, they found themselves in a fog-filled area.

The line of sight was limited, but enough to see a large number of ghosts floating around.

These ghosts were all different; some resembled a constantly shifting black mist, while others were humanoid but with indistinct features.

Chen Ze gripped the Five-Colored Pagoda tightly in his hand, and the pagoda immediately released a dazzling light, illuminating the surroundings.

This light was particularly effective at repelling evil spirits, and sure enough, the ghosts around it all kept their distance after seeing it.
