“It’s not just about aura; you’ll soon see.” Dartz gracefully drew another card from his hand. “I’ll then activate the Quick-Play Spell ‘Toy Machine Box’.”

This is a magic card used by Amelda, one of the three musketeers of Dorma in the anime. It's an anime original and hasn't been made into a physical card. The decks used by the three musketeers in the anime are filled with a large number of cards produced by Dorma's own card printing factory. As the leader of the organization, it wouldn't be difficult for Dartz to obtain cards from the three musketeers' subordinates.

This is also the trump card used by Ameruda, the archenemy of the three musketeers.

"Gigrate, the Sky Fortress, attack the 'Red-Eyes Undying Dragon'!"

The fortress locked onto its target, and all the cannons fired simultaneously. Missiles trailed magnificent plumes of fire, and the artillery fire, whistling and shrill, exploded across Bakura's field, engulfing the immortal dragon.
