For example, the J-10 and J-11 fighter jets are produced using a pulsating assembly line, and the annual output of one production line can reach 25 aircraft.
This output is already very high.

After all, this is done from a security perspective, to ensure that even if the entire 011 aviation base suffers a devastating blow, aircraft engines can still be produced and aircraft manufactured elsewhere.
This is bottom-line thinking.
Although this will result in less than ideal production efficiency, it is necessary for safety.
All major countries in the world do this.
The same goes for not only aircraft engines, but Panshan Group has also set up aircraft production lines in other places instead of concentrating all aircraft production lines at the 011 Aviation Base.
This ensures that unless the enemy is 100% sure of destroying all the factories, even if some of the factories are destroyed, aircraft can still be produced continuously for the troops to use.
After inspecting this aircraft engine factory, Liu Tao went to inspect another aircraft engine factory, which is specialized in producing different aircraft engines required for the J-7 series. The J-7 series' self-use version of the aircraft engine has been replaced with the latest model, which can have more powerful aircraft engines, making the aircraft have greater speed and greater maneuverability.
There are differences between the domestic version of aircraft engines and the export version of aircraft engines. The difference is not only reflected in the service life of the aircraft engines, but also in the performance. The export version of aircraft engines is roughly equivalent to 70% of the domestic version of aircraft engines.
The engines needed for the J-7 modification are the largest in scale. Not only because the latest J-7 modification needs engines, but also the existing J-7s and the exported J-7 series fighters need to be replaced.
Although most of the original J-7s have been sold, there are still some in service in the military.
Currently, the Chinese Air Force has about 125 American third-generation fighter jets. The most numerous domestically produced aircraft are the J-7 and J-8 modified models, with a current number of about 600. Another 400 will be produced in the future. Both models have reached the level of second-generation and a half fighter jets; a small number of J-7s and J-8s have been modernized, with a total of about 30 aircraft.
