Zhang Rujing was transferred to Huaxia Southwest Electronics Group Corporation as general manager. Previously, he served as deputy general manager and member of the party group of Huaxia Southwest Electronics Group Corporation, and concurrently served as general manager of the semiconductor group. After more than ten years of trials, he finally stepped onto a higher level.

Hu Xiangbei was transferred to China Construction Group Corporation as general manager. Prior to this, Hu Xiangbei served as the person in charge of the Chengdu Ordnance Industry Production Base. Chen Dejiang was transferred from Panshan Group to the Ministry of Machinery Industry, and Lin Xing was appointed as the general manager of China Mobile Communications Group Corporation.
